Time of Reading 10:40 to 10:45 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Michigan. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before.
2. In many ways we find conditions are very good.
3. As to the acute condition, having arisen from the activity of foreign substances or influences upon the mucous membranes of weaker portions of the body - or the eye:
4. We would only keep those precautionary measures, keeping the eye wash that has been indicated, bathing these off; and:
5. Also we would have a good, thorough correction osteopathically to coordinate the circulation and the impulses between the sensory system and the general nerve and blood flow of the body. This should include specific adjustments or manipulations in the coccyx, in the 9th dorsal, the upper dorsal, and especially in the 3rd and 4th cervical.
6. These as we find, with not attempting to use the eyes in too strong a light without shades or colored glasses, should make for proper corrections.
7. Ready for questions.
8. (Q) What causes irritation and swelling in left eye? (A) Sympathetic. A weakened condition. Hence the coordination between the sympathetic nerve system and the flow of the lymph, as well as the nerve impulse and circulation along the cerebrospinal system should be coordinated with the general body - that would relax the body. No foreign substance; only sympathetic condition as we find.
9. (Q) Is the right eye alright, or has that been affected? (A) Not if there is, as given, the proper distribution of nerve energies from the cerebrospinal system for nerve impulse as well as blood and lymph circulation; or coordinating of the centers from which impulses of the various natures radiate - blood supply, lymph, nerve impulse.
10. We are through with this reading.
