1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [633]; this we have had before.
3. We find, while there are disturbing conditions in the physical forces of this body, much is of a reflex nature - or there are the effects of a general mental attitude toward the material conditions and surroundings.
4. Then, some suggestions as to this:
5. The policies of the associations, as heretofore indicated, have not always been in keeping with the idea or ideals of the body. [See 633-5.]
6. By a little personal work these might be brought more in keeping with the ideal policy of this body, this entity itself; not by causing upheavals or the like, but by the general attitude of a bit of expansion towards the supplying of government associations, camps or the like.
7. Thus there will be created better outlets for the general activities of the body, thereby creating a better condition in relationship to these surroundings.
8. As to the conditions of the body-forces itself, then:
9. This mental attitude has brought general nerve tensions throughout the body. These find special manifestations in relationship to those centers dealing with the nerve and blood supply to the organs of the sensory system.
10. Thus the areas from the 3rd and 4th dorsal to the base of the brain are those areas that should have first a general relaxation, and then a general stimulation for better setting up of drainages.
11. Have at least ten to twelve of such osteopathic adjustments, with special reference to and at those areas indicated, in the MANNER indicated; first the relaxation, then the gentle stimulation to the centers from which organs of sensory system receive their impulse - 1st, 2nd and 3rd

cervical, the 4th and 5th cervical, and the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th dorsal.
12. These as we find will take away those inclinations for irritation to the eyes, as well as the tendencies for clearing the throat, and the tendencies for accumulation of mucus through the nasal passages; also the headaches, and the tiredness that oft occurs from same.
13. Through these periods, for the next six weeks at least, we would take two Adiron [Adiron was the new name for Codiron, made by Lawrence Laboratories, Chicago, as recommended in previous rdgs.] tablets each day - at the mealtime, or with the meals; one tablet at the morning meal, one at the evening meal.
14. Do that.
15. Ready for questions.
16. (Q) Should glasses be changed? [Eyes feel tender and tired.] (A) Not until after these osteopathic corrections are made, as well as the change in the general attitude. If those suggestions indicated are followed, we should find a general improvement in all associations.
17. (Q) Is the diet alright? (A) The diet is very good. For, as we find, ofttimes the greater disturbance is worry - that prevents the body from having the proper digestion, or from taking or assimilating the diets properly. Don't overeat, or force self to eat, when mentally upset.
18. (Q) What causes dryness on scalp and in ears, and what can be done for it? (A) This is from the poor circulation and the nervousness, that should be materially aided by those things indicated. For the scalp and for the hair, we find it would be well to have a thorough massage or shampoo with pure tar soap - at least once a week, and then to massage a little White Vaseline into the scalp after such a shampoo. This will materially aid the hair and produce a better condition there. Through the general health improved will aid or be a contributory influence for a better condition there, we would apply these locally.
19. (Q) Regarding the business, how should I go about making the expansion? (A) As indicated, through those direct channels where there are encampments and the like in various parts of the State, and the vicinity.
20. (Q) Any other suggestions at this time? (A) Do these.
