Time of Reading 11:50 to 11:55 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Florida. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before.
2. As we find, many changes and many different conditions are indicated; and these are rather acute in the present from the indiscretions; so that unless precautions are taken beware that these do not turn upon the greater nerve system and the mental forces of the body.
3. We find it best that there be those precautions first about being not too often on the feet for long periods of time; at least for a period of some two to three months.
4. Do not take too long walks. A good deal of time spent in water is well, if the water is the correct temperature; as in swimming and that type of exercise, but not too long on the feet.
5. Have prepared a combination to take as a helpful tonic, as well as in wearing an abdominal support; not too tight, to be sure, but rather a brace to the spine as well as an abdominal support; and this should be that which would make for best posture under the conditions that exist. For there will be tendencies for tissues that have been ruptured by the straining of the body to produce scar tissue, or an overflow of the lymph to protect the body.
6. Hence the properties that are given will be helpful in making for the ability of the body to absorb. Hence bodily eliminations - alimentary canal - should necessarily be kept very regular. The preferable manner, rather than laxatives or cathartics, though these are necessary at times, would be to use enemas or colonics. However, when laxatives are necessary, use rather the vegetable than the mineral compounds; such as Inner Clean, or those that carry small quantities of Podophyllum, or those compounds that carry a little strychnine - as phenolphthalein, Alophen - these as we find would be preferable (Parke, Davis, see?). These as we find are the preferable types when necessary to be taken. Preferably use enemas than too much of these.

7. The tonic would be prepared in this manner.
8. To 2 ounces of Strained Honey add 4 ounces of Distilled Water. Let come to a boil. Skim off the refuse, then add to this first 1 ounce of Pure Grain alcohol. Then to this as the carrier, add - in the order named: Elixir of Lactated Pepsin...................1/2 ounce, Compound Syrup of Sarsaparilla..............1/2 ounce, Tincture of Valerian........................1/2 ounce, 10% solution Iodide of Potassium.............15 minims, 10% solution Bromide of Potassium............50 minims. Shake the solution well, and take about half a teaspoonful three times each day; before the morning meal, before the noon meal, and upon retiring.
9. These as we find are precautions also: Keep the feet dry. Do not stand on feet too much or too long. Be sure to have the body braced; and keep the eliminations.
10. Ready for questions.
11. (Q) Will I ever be able to get over the effects of the strain from lifting? (A) Not unless there are those constructive precautions as indicated, for these will tend to make for accumulations of lymph in pockets or in formations or pressures upon the coordinating between the nervous system of the body and pressure upon or producing brain lesions. Take those precautions then as given.
