Time of Reading 11:00 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Alabama.

1. GC: You will have before you [641], who is at his home - which is situated a little more than two miles out from ..., Alabama, on the ... road, about two hundred yards to the right of the road. You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions; also the treatment for the cure and relief of this body.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here.

3. Now, we find while there are many conditions that are very good - there are those conditions that need correction through the change of vibration as would be set up in the system; for these have to do with the effects as are created by the lack of incentives in nerve and blood supply in portions of the system.

4. These conditions are not so much of that by the subjugation or the reaction in centers as of the tissue through which the reaction takes place. Hence the conditions in the digestive system, in the stomach, intestines, and assimilating and excretory system. These are as, then, depletions occurring in the vibration as set forth by the functioning of the system. See? Then, these create the lack of proper secretions to carry on the normal activity of digestion; weakening the resistance in nerve and blood supply. Hence we have these reactions. Not so much of an illness as of a weakness; tendency towards nausea at times. This may soon pass off with the reaction of TOO much activity, either of the system in its elimination or too little of kidney function or too MUCH kidney function, and too little of the liver reaction. No temperature to speak of, yet the body at times feels hot, tired, and debilitated throughout. Forced activity will at times work off the condition. At others this produces low, dull headache, and the tendency to feel throbbing throughout the system.

5. Now, to meet the needs of the conditions as we find them at present:

6. Be careful of the diet. CHANGE often the character of diet. DO NOT continue in any ONE regular diet for a long period. It doesn't matter so much WHAT, as the changes.

7. The conditions to bring about the better vibrations would be found in preparing such as this, or this in particular. Either prepare these from the essence, or tincture, or from the properties in their original state. In THIS preparation, then, would be as this: First we would prepare:

8. To 8 ounces of distilled water, add 3 ounces Wild Cherry Bark (Good season of the year to gather same). Reduce by simmering (not boiling) to 1/2 the quantity - see?

9. Then add those properties as would be in tincture, or as would be in original, with the 3 ounces Wild Cherry Bark. Add: Sarsaparilla Root...........1 ounce, Prickly Ash Bark............1 ounce, Dogfennel...................1 ounce, Yellow Dock Root............1 ounce.

10. Reduce by simmering (not boiling) - when these are added to 1/2 gallon of water - to one-half the quantity. Strain while warm and add 2 ounces of grain alcohol, with 1 dram Balsam of Tolu cut in same. Adding to this (after this has been cut and added to solution) 3 minims Oil of Peppermint and 3 minims Oil of Sassafras.

11. Shake the solution well together before the dose is taken. The dose would be teaspoonful an hour before each meal. Do not over eat, nor do not eat much between meals - but change the diet from day to day - see?

12. Do that. Ready for questions.

13. Were the tincture added of either or any of these to the first solution as would be prepared in that of the cherry bark with the sugar (which would be 2 ounces added to same), we would add in tincture, or in syrup of Sarsaparilla Compound, 1/4 ounce of the OTHERS in solution in the same proportion.

14. We are through for the present.
