Time of Reading 11:15 to 11:25 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Virginia.

1. GC: You will given the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further correction measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here.

3. As we find, conditions are not so serious as we have had here before; though there are still the inclinations or tendencies, owing to the indiscretions at times in not being able to have, or not having, the proper diet, and not being consistent with the general eliminations.

4. First we would give that there be begun the taking of ADIRON tablets; one taken each time the body eats. Eat it during the meal.

5. But eat rather regularly, and not spasmodically. Be very consistent with the diets as much as practical; keeping away from sweets, keeping away from meats that are of red or rare meats - though meats are not harmful that are WELL cooked, save hog meat.

6. The Yellow Saffron (American Saffron) should be taken rather consistently, as a tea.

7. Be sure there are the full eliminations through the alimentary canal each day; preferably use enemas instead of too great a quantity of cathartics or laxatives. But when laxatives are used, alternate with the various properties that have the senna base. These are better for the body.

8. These as we find, if done consistently, should aid in eliminating further the intestinal disturbances; and build the body for better weight, with the addition of the vitamins AND the iron and the silicon in the ADIRON.

9. Ready for questions.

10. (Q) Please outline proper diet that can be followed, considering my being on the road traveling so much. (A) This has to be considered from the mind, and not from the diet; because it has been outlined as to WHAT things! Then, don't eat those that are not consistent with that! Have plenty of vegetables. To be sure, the trouble here is

641-5 Page 2

in their being prepared properly; but the correct vegetables are obtainable in most of the places where the eating is done - unless it's at a hot dog stand or at a drug store or the like. But go to an eating place - being consistent - and you'll get something to eat!

11. (Q) Should I continue the Yeast Cakes, Malted Milk, Etc. (A) Leave off the Yeast Cakes if the ADIRON IS to be taken. If the ADIRON is not to be taken, keep up the Yeast Cakes. Malted Milks are very well. If you drink two or three of these a day, it will be well for the body; but these are to be taken between meals, not AT the meals, or not having them to supply or take the place of vegetable. These are in addition, so that they work with the gastric flows of the body itself. An egg added to these at times, raw - the WHOLE egg, will be helpful.

12. (Q) Does the skin condition still come from thinning of intestinal walls, as indicated? Would you advise any local application when it is irritating? (A) As it is a psora [psoriasis] condition, its action or activity is from seepages through the small intestines. Use Resinol - but use it at night and then you won't have to have it on during the day when you go about and among people.

13. (Q) Is the intestinal condition better than when last Reading was given? (A) Hasn't it just been indicated that it was better!

14. (Q) Do you find that any benefit to my health would be derived by my continuing to leave off smoking (which I have done for the last three weeks)? (A) This is very well, if it is satisfactory to the mental attitude. There is no GREAT hindrance from the smoking, in MODERATION. But if there is an excess, to be sure this is harmful. More than ten smokes a day is harmful.

15. (Q) Please explain the relationship between my physical condition and the mental and emotional disturbances which I have at times; giving any advice that would be helpful. (A) The entity is made up of body, mind and soul. There are spiritual attitudes or ideals, which are the basic forces of an individual entity. The mental attitudes are the building forces; the general physical conditions are the result of not only the mental attitude but of the environs and the surroundings of these. Irritations arise whenever there are disappointments, or the desire of the mental self to make for the ideal

relationships to others, especially if there is a physical condition that produces irritation. Then, the correct attitude is to KNOW thy ideal; and to adhere to same AS an example and not as a law for someone else!

16. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file (GD's notes: ADIRON should especially be taken from now through the fall and winter months, as it will build resistance against cold. Saffron Tea is made in the proportions of half a teaspoonful to a pint of hot water, allowed to set for about an hour; and is usually recommended as a supplement for drinking water. Consequently, you could make a pint of it each evening and drink it in several doses as water, or take part of it the next morning before breakfast. It would keep overnight alright, without being on ice. You might get a small enema bag - syringe - for traveling. At People's Drug Store they have a small rubber bag, called Goodrich Sojourn, which comes in a little traveling kit and doesn't take up much room. It is very handy to have on hand when needed. Laxatives carrying a senna base are as follows: Fletcher's Castoria, Syrup of Figs (California Syrup of Figs), Bolls Rolls, Senna Leaf Tea - 5 or 6 leaves put in a cup of hot water and allowed to set, taken before retiring, etc. There are any number of such properties on the market, but you are only to use these occasionally, and even then alternate from one to the other, rather than sticking to one all the time. If you wish to have malted milk handy to prepare yourself, you might try mixing it with dry milk - which you may carry along with you and use with water in making the drink. Though not as tasty, you could prepare it without sugar and less expensively. The dry milk is sold under the name of Dry Milk or Clem, etc. You might use this twice a day, and have the malted milk at a drug store with egg occasionally.) .)
