Time of Reading 11:25 to 11:35 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va.
1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before.
3. As we find, general conditions in the present are very good, though there are still those thinned conditions through portions of the intestinal system, and the chemical forces of the digestive area become easily upset.
4. We would keep to the taking, more often, the Saffron Tea as indicated; and we would change or alternate this at times with Camomile Tea. For these tend to form, in the regular activities of the body, the best in the gastric flows for the intestinal disorder.
5. The chewing of Slippery Elm would also be well. While it would be necessary that this be done in private, owing to the looks of it, we find that it will be most beneficial to the activity of the glands - the salivary glands as well as those in the pylorus, and in the duodenum also. Swallow the saliva that is indicated in the chewing of same; not the powder, but the bark itself, see?
6. Alternate, though, between the Saffron and the Camomile.
7. Then be precautious as to the diet and the activities.
8. Keep in the sun more; not so much as to cause sunburn, but be in the sun often enough to work up a good perspiration - this would be good for the body.
9. Ready for questions.
10. (Q) What treatment suggestions given in previous Readings should be continued? (A) As indicated - especially the Saffron Tea; adding the Camomile Tea as well as the elm.
11. (Q) Does the skin disturbance which I have had lately come from the same cause as indicated in previous Readings? (A) It comes from the seepages through the intestinal tract. Hence the supplying of the vital forces in the lymph circulation through those portions of the body; and these we

find will be better supplied through those elements indicated.
12. (Q) What causes the lumps on the back of the head? (A) This is poor circulation. Get up a good sweat and it'll rub 'em down!
13. (Q) What should be done to clear up discoloration of eyes? (A) The same activities. This is the effect of poor circulation. Getting up a good perspiratory activity, and then taking a warm and then a very cold shower, will be the best.
14. (Q) Suggest any changes in the diet which I have been following that would be helpful. (A) We would keep rather close to the outlines, though - of course - the seasonal changes made for variations. Plenty of fruits as they develop, and as they are obtainable, would be well, cooked and raw; with plenty of vegetables - not too much grease in same, but the juices and salts of same if they are fresh when gathered; not those that are sprayed or prepared as under preservatives.
15. (Q) Why have I not gained gained more weight since I began taking the Adiron tablets? (A) Because of the general conditions through the intestinal tract. This as we find will come later, when conditions are improved so that assimilations are better from foods taken.
16. (Q) Should Adiron be alternated periodically with Yeast Cakes? (A) This would be well, but let at least a week elapse between either of these.
17. (Q) Should the use of enemas be continued to aid in eliminations? (A) Continue these until there is better peristaltic movement from the better flow of the lymph through intestinal system. In most of these use soda and salt. Do not take them with the plain water.
18. (Q) How often should an eliminant be used for general cleansing? (A) This depends upon the eliminations. Be sure there is one or two good evacuations each day. When there is not, take something - Castoria or those of the Senna base are the better for the body, this body.
19. (Q) When periodic headaches occur, should any particular treatment be followed? (A) The better eliminations, and quiet.
20. (Q) What can be done to improve the condition of my hair and scalp? (A) Wash it oftener and use the Vaseline in same, or vaseline oil, or Vaseline Shampoo after washing. Wash with soap.
21. (Q) What should be done for hemorrhoid condition?

(A) The better eliminations will aid better, and the exercise of morning and evening. Standing erect, gradually rise on toes with the hands gradually raised above the head, and bend forward towards the floor. Do this for at least ten times, upon arising and just before retiring. This will give the better activity to the system, with the general outlines followed as indicated - and these, we find, will be material aids for the body.
22. (Q) Any further suggestions? (A) Keep the mental attitudes of a constructive and not of a critical nature.
