1. EC: Yes, we have the entity here, and those relations with the universe and universal forces, that are latent and manifested in the personalities of the entity now known as - or called - [649].

2. In the use of the name, all the name should be used together; for the change in the vibrations will - as it becomes more harmonious in the manifestations of the activity of forces in the experience of the entity making an application of itself in the material world - make for better connections. For, as the entity may apply itself, those seeking advice or counsel respecting the chosen activities of the entity, whether in that pertaining to its abilities in the artistic or in the more prosaic activities, will come to mean much.

3. In giving that which may be helpful in the experience of this entity in the present, we will find there are definite urges in the present experience from activities and sojourns of the entity in the earth's plane, as well as the mental urges from those developments in the astrological or in the psychic plane.

4. In correlating these, then, while these are given as urges from the sojourns in environments other than the earth, and while these will make for mental urges, know that no urge or astrological influence surpasses the WILL - that is desire in action in the experience of an entity. While environs in the present may make for what would appear to be as hindrances, the urge will either make - with the will - a change IN the environs or the entity with its urge, its desire, succumbs to or builds that which is the activative force in the experience.

5. From Neptune we find the artistic urge of the entity, and those things that pertain to the elements; as water, fire, wind, storm and the like; these are the particular urges or

649-1 Page 2

basis for urges in the activities in an artistic temperament or urge. These, then, will find their greater expression near bodies of water, and near those environs where the entity's activities in the earth's plane have been a portion of the entity's experience.

6. In Venus also, we find this making for friendships that are often to others rather questioned; yet these make for sincere associations that may build in the present experience of the entity not only an environ but an urge through such friendships and associations, those things that will make for the greater material AND mental advancement in this present experience, bringing in the experience of the entity in the early years - or the twenties - the marital relationships that should be most happy in all the relations, PROVIDED these are made in connection or association with those influences and activities in which the body prompts itself in the physical or material activity as its means of expression or manifesting its abilities. Hence those that would either be as contractors, builders or artists, designers of wallpaper or decorative art; or such should be the activity of the mate of the body in this experience.

7. From Venus we find also that which makes for those urges of the sympathetic nature of the body as towards hurts, those things that are of the home and home life, those things that - with the influences that have been in the material developments of the body in the appearances - have to do with the decorating for homes, offices, or that make for the beautifying of altars or the like.

8. Urges also from the astrological sojourn in Mars and Saturn make for the hindrances in the activities of the entity from an innate urge. Hence these will come, as will be seen from the earth's experiences, as warnings to the entity in allowing little differences in friendships to separate the entity from those very influences and environs that might make for the opportunity of the greater material and mental advancement. For the tendencies are to - while loving in its indifference, but to - hold grudges, as to where the entity feels as if there had been slights to the body.

9. As to the mental urges from the astrological sojourn, we find that the seal or those figures about the entity should be rather the palette with the cross - rather in the form of the swastika cross. Not as the swastika has meant in its more recent [German?] application, but as from the urge when the entity - as will be seen in its Palestine experience - made for an association with this sign; meaning, then, the

649-1 Page 3

brotherhood of man.

10. As to the colors and as to the tones in music; High C as combined with the minors on either the upper or lower treble will make for an answering vibration in the innermost forces of the entity. The colors should be rather the shades of blue and purple; not as combined, but that which makes for their blending with the colors above or below these in their varying shades.

11. Then, as to the appearances in the earth and those that make for the greater influence in the present experience:

12. As we find, the one before this being so near to the present activities in the earth makes for urges both in the inmost self and outwardly as towards those things of desire and activity; and in the environ of that sojourn, where the activities were more in manifestation, will the entity find the place for development, for training, for activities in a way and manner as to prepare self for those things in which - WE find - would be the greater in material advancement, and make for associations and relations that would bring about the advancement in EVERY phase of the entity's development.

13. Then the entity was among those of the household of Lord Baltimore; not in the capacity as a maid or servant, but rather one that aided in KEEPING those IN the household; not exactly as the secretary, but as a companion to those of the household; in the name Marge (Margaret, but Marge always termed) Stalings.

14. In the experience in much that gave to the ruler (in a sense), and in many phases, did the entity develop; and those things that made for the beauty of the household, the beauty of those places in which there were the activities of that judge, governor, ruler, potentate and did the entity act as the one to prepare - or have prepared the surroundings.

15. Hence those things that pertain to period furniture, interior decorations, preparations of walls either for the receptivity of paintings, draperies or hangings, are of special interest; and the entity likes a great deal of frills and very contrasted colors, as may be seen, and especially that deal with wrought iron, silver, gold, brass, as fixings or arrangements about - these were in the activities then, and influence the entity in the present. Hence in that particular surrounding, or where the entity dwelt then (Baltimore), may there be the greater associations or activities in the TRAININGS of self for activities in these directions. Yet, as the warnings are in those things that have been given as innate, do not allow

649-1 Page 4

positions or surroundings or activities of individuals with whom the entity may associate in such things to make for the separation of self from that which may be set as its spiritual ideal. For only in these - for the entity is sympathetic to those things that pertain to church and state combinations, yet these - as may be seen in those experiences - made for the loss of the prestige in self and the dissatisfaction with self as related to spiritual things. For things that are spiritual must be judged from the spiritual angle. Things that are material or carnal must be judged from those angles. Yet that which implies, that which makes for the impulse or incentive for activity, must be in its very essence and nature constructive - or from Creative Forces, or a spiritual background; else the end thereof is turmoil.

16. Before that we find the entity was in that land known as the Holy Land, during the period when there had been those peoples who had looked and longed for, been expectant of, the coming of the promise to a people that sought relief from material bondage as well as from the spiritual activities of those that gormandized themselves and their own interests in the sale of privilege in the activities of those things that were of the letter of the law without the spirit thereof.

17. The entity then was in the household, and of the sisters that were in the temple with that one chosen as the channel through which the Spirit would manifest in the Holy One; hence a daughter of Elois [?], or the priestess that blessed the Holy One in the Temple with Simeon [?].

18. Then the entity, in the latter portion of the experiences in that land, joined in that band who made for what would be termed in the present a prayer band, or ladies' aid or circle, that made the preparations for those that had separated themselves to become the followers of those peoples. And the entity then was with Simon Peter's mother, wife, the children of Zebedee, and their families - as well as Thomas and Luke; for Luke and Thomas were brothers.

19. In that experience the entity, in the name Andra, gained throughout; and the entity aided in preparing much of that which came later in the form of visualizing the paintings on the walls, the drawings that might be carried hither - and that became as banners that might be shown; also the wrappings for the last of the anointing of the body of the Holy One - rather the wrappings than the spices, for Magdalene and Mary and Jose [Josie] and the mother of the Lord prepared these. The napkins that were about His head,

649-1 Page 5

and with those seals that were later made as raised figures, did the entity prepare.

20. Hence the tendencies that are to be governed in the present as related to those activities in the decorations that may be made, for these will become later to be looked upon by many as having been blessed by the very activities of the entity - if the entity applies self in this direction.

21. Then, let these bespeak not of self but of Him, that gave thee charge concerning those things that were to be as the ensamples of the activities; for did we not bless thee in all of thy activities then? Give the glory in all thine doings, then, to Him.

22. Before that we find the entity was in that land now known as the Egyptian, during those periods when there were the establishings of those tenets and truths that were being gathered not only by those peoples from the Atlantean land but from the natives; for the entity then was of the natives rather than of those peoples of the king that had come into the land - but the entity aided in the decorations in the Temple Beautiful, in the Temple of Sacrifice. And with the uncovering of that where those records have been kept there will be found LINEN that was prepared by the entity, Apt-at-el.

23. In the experience the entity gained and lost; for with the dissensions of the natives with those injections of the activities of the Atlanteans, the entity took exceptions and made for those things that produced hardships - and those tendencies for the little grudges that may grow into breaches and into separations that make for hardships.

24. Then, in the present, and that to which the entity may attain, and how:

25. The purposes, the aims, the intents of the soul are for its advancement. The weaknesses of the flesh are ever present. Yet if the body will apply self in that it knows today, tomorrow will bring for itself its own problems and they - too - may be met in His name; for day unto day uttereth speech in His name, night unto night is there shown knowledge concerning His ways among men.

26. Keep thine mind, thine body, thine purposes, in those things that He gave thee as He spoke to those gathered at the Cross: "Peace I give; not as men count peace, but the purpose in the heart is sure in the Lord - I have shown thee the way."

27. Count it not a hardship to suffer in body or mind for the love of the holy purpose that is called in thee for the manifesting of His love to men, and ye will find

649-1 Page 6

contentment; yea, joy in the service of thy Lord.

28. Ready for questions.

29. (Q) What career should I follow, or what should my life work be? (A) As intimated, in those things that pertain to the home or the office. The cathedral or the loft. All of these that make for creating the atmosphere for activities of individuals, makes for the innate desire of the body - and have been the activities through the ages, and in these fields may the entity find, as given, not only the ways of expression but the bringing of associations that will make for the greater pleasures in this experience.

30. (Q) In what school of learning should I receive my training? (A) Some one in Baltimore.

31. (Q) Is the Maryland Institute alright? (A) We don't have the Maryland Institute. But those that apply in this direction as indicated.
