Time of Reading 11:00 to 11:35 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.Y. (Physical Suggestion) (Body-enquiring mind, etc.)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [657].

2. Now, as we find in the physical forces of the body, there are conditions that the body should take warning concerning in the present; and with this warning there may be brought about that which may enable the body to make such corrections that would bring the better physical reactions - and thus fit the body in this experience to make a greater mental, material and spiritual advancement.

3. These, then, are conditions-physical as we find them with this body, [657] we are speaking of:

4. In the BLOOD SUPPLY we find there are tendencies for a separation and a lack of coordination in the eliminating channels of the body. Hence we find at times the tendencies for irritation in the superficial circulation, by the body attempting to eliminate poisons that should have been emptied or strained from the circulation in the functioning organs; and we shall see as to how or where this is brought about. [Vitiligo]

5. This produces in the exterior portions, or in the skin or epidermis itself, a rash. As indicated in portions of the organism itself, this arises from two specific causes that do not always work together; but by the activities and the diet this is aggravated at times - at others the aggravation may and does arise from physical exercises of the body. At others there is something of a combination, though at times it may be attributed to the nervous reactions in the body - and this would be one of the conditions of which the body would be, or should be, warned.

6. The pulsations are near normal. The pressure at times varies. It is not a pathological condition in the arterial or heart or lung activity; neither does it arise from a disturbance in organs that usually produce the increased or decreased amount in pressure. Hence, as we would find, not so specific in the metabolism as in the katabolism of the

657-1 Page 2

system.

7. As to the elements in the blood supply, there have been periods in the past when there were carried excesses of acid. This is indicated by the manner in which the glands secrete throughout the system. While specific character of elements in the diet make for changes in the activity, or as to what the activity of the glands as related to the assimilation produces, it is indicated more specifically in the ducts and glands in the adrenals. Thus we have an irritation and an excitement at times to the glands of the genitive system, and we have the effect of a body being oversexed; this producing or making for conditions in the sympathetic nervous system that becomes distressing at times. Not that it would be the better in this direction that the body abstain from such activities, but that there be changes in the elements that affect the body; else these would eventually produce in the nervous system of the body, that is already disturbed, conditions that would become aggravating and detrimental to organs of the system.

8. As to the NERVOUS SYSTEM, here we find much of the basis of the physical disturbances in the body. Much at TIMES through repression in certain portions of the body, as indicated in the sympathetic reactions and the incoordination between the eliminating systems of the body. For, if there are not the proper drainages from the system in a coordinated manner, the blood stream and other portions of the body - to which these poisons are carried, or drosses, or the excess of poisons in the form of acid, alkali, or even the potassiums or the iodines - may and do make for irritations that disturb the physical organism. This, as indicated, is from the nerves' incoordination between sympathetic and cerebrospinal. Here we find a specific condition that exists in the 2nd lumbar and in the 3rd and 4th cervical in the present, where there are such subluxations. Not as a lesion but a tautness; not simply passing, though in one of these in the present we find a more acute condition than ordinary. But with the proper alignment in these specific areas, and with the coordinating of the ganglia along the cerebrospinal system that make for the more specific association and connection with the sympathetic and cerebrospinal system, we would find much of this tautness - not only in the nervous systems but in the activity of the organs as related to their coordination in the eliminations, the activities throughout the system would be materially aided.

9. The ORGANS themselves of the body:

10. Brain forces are very good, though we find there are

657-1 Page 3

indications - in the brain's activity itself, from the impressions that are created in the various chambers or activities of centers in the brain force of being under a stress and a strain; for a sufficient period to produce at times the tendency for irritations that are NOT normal to the body. For the discretion, the discreteness, the ability for the proper dissemination of ideas, ideals and activities, are indicated from the very basis of the centers in the brain force itself. But anxiety and suppression of activity in normal directions have been a contributory cause to producing oftentimes those conditions in the areas and ganglia specifically as indicated, that have made upsets; sometimes of minor natures, at others making for a more definite, a more decided change in the general physical forces of the body.

11. In the soft tissue of head, ears and throat we find some indications of a congestion that is a form of catarrh, as ORDINARILY termed, but is more the lack of the proper circulation; or there is the SLOWING of the circulation through these portions, through the pressures in the cervical area as indicated. With this tendency, or this accumulation, this activity through the salivary glands - or the lack of these being sufficient to supply the necessary digestive forces in the form of the alkalines that should go with same, there are produced at times upsets in the digestive area. These are more indications, yet with the corrections osteopathically in the specific areas indicated, as we find, much of this would be overcome. Not that from these there would be an IMMEDIATE relief, though EASE would be almost immediate from a few of such adjustments or treatments; but it is necessary that those influences from the blood supply be maintained as well as the proper drainages and in their proper coordinating way and manner be maintained for periods sufficient for the body to ADJUST itself to these alterations or changes.

12. Lungs, bronchials, larynx, heart's activity - as indicated there are periods when these are under pressure, but more of a psychological nature than pathological; and the causes are as given.

13. In the digestive system we find upsets at times from those very conditions that have existed, and at times we have recurrence of the gastric juices being disturbed. There will be better changes made in this direction if there will be the adherence to those things that make for more of an alkalin rather than an acid diet. Not that there should be any such SPECIFICS as to make for RADICAL changes; but beware of too much sugars that with the amount of starches

657-1 Page 4

that are ordinary to the body form an excess of the alcohol, or the form of irritation that produces to the katabolism of the system those disturbances that make for stress upon the glands - as we have indicated.

14. As to the liver, the spleen, the pancreas, the activities of the organs here - under normal or ordinary conditions, these function very good; but when these are under stress - either from mental strain or physical - they bring disorders that make for an indication of these being disturbed in their functioning; and, as we have indicated, are more from the nervous system than from any pathological effect save as produced by their activity at the time.

15. Hence the changes we would make would be as indicated; the osteopathic corrections and the change in the diet, adding occasionally such electrical changes as to aid the systems to coordinate the superficial circulation with the deeper or internal circulation. Hence the dilation of the ducts of the liver, or the gall duct, the activities through the pancreas, will make for a betterment. These treatments would be either through the LOW electrical vibration from the wet cell battery or a more severe low reverse activity from the sinusoidal, attaching the plates to the 4th and 5th dorsal - at other times to the 3rd and 4th cervical - and over the area of the ducts of the liver, or over the gall duct. These will make for the changes as from the nerve reaction.

16. In the organs of the pelvis or the genitive organs, as indicated, are rather SYMPATHETIC conditions; and with the alterations in diet, in the activities through the portions of the system indicated, these should be the nearer normal.

17. First, then, we would apply corrections in the lumbar and the cervical areas as specific. A coordination of the centers along the cerebrospinal system, between the sympathetic and the cerebrospinal system. As indicated, in the 4th lumbar area - coordinated, of course, with the 2nd and 3rd. The upper dorsal area, or through the brachial plexus area. The more specific in the hypogastric and pneumogastric plexus in the upper cervical areas. These made to coordinate; not so much by adjustments, but by using the structural portions as the leverage for not IRRITATING but relaxing the ganglia that make for coordinations in these conditions.

18. Change the diet to the more alkalin; less of sugars, but keeping a balance in those foods that aid in eliminations.

19. Stimulate the activity through the ducts of the eliminating and assimilating system through the low electrical vibration, or the lower form and the reverse

657-1 Page 5

activity through the sinusoidal ray.

20. As to the mental and financial conditions, as we find, these are - to be sure - those things that make more for the MATERIAL activities; and are dependent upon the discretion and mental activities as to what may be an aid to the body in making the decisions. These must be rather that which the BODY finds is the proper reaction from the existent conditions. Better that the mental be made in accord with the spiritual activities, that as the body treats its fellow man so may the body expect to be treated by those who contact this body.

21. We would not give speculative interests for the body, nor anything that may portend towards dealing with the outer influences; for the body in its mental, in its mind, may MEET itself by meditation and prayer and looking within. Remember that which has been given, "If ye will be my son, I will be thy God." Honor thy father, thy mother, thy brother, thy friend; yea, thine enemy; for he that is kind to his fellow man lendeth to the Lord - HE will repay!
