1. GC: You will have before you the body and the enquiring mind of [658], present in this room, especially in reference to her hair tonic preparation. You will answer the questions which she will ask regarding this:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body, the inquiring mind, [658], and that information as has been given respecting the tonic or compound. Ready for questions.
3. (Q) How can the sage, or raw ingredient, be made to compound properly with the other ingredients? (A) By making same into an essence, or by the distillation of same, so there is the active principle OF same without the body that disintegrates, or that makes for the tendency of the resin in the compound, that produces the discoloration and that makes for dregs forming in same. This, as we find, may be made in either first reducing same, as has been outlined, and then distilled, or this may be made by that of the chemist method where synthetic reactions are made. The better property, as we find, will be produced by the distillation - see? This would not require double distillation, and will then compound with the other ingredients without any trouble, or without the dreg formation. This, then, as we find, also will act as the restorer for the coloring matter in the compound. While the acids and the alcohol make for stimulation to the epidermis and the lobes in the roots of the hair itself, see? for as the compounds have been put together, see, these make for a BETTER product, in making a lasting alteration in the processes of hair than is ORDINARILY seen in same - see? This, then, would be the manner. Make first that as has been given, the tea, see - then make rather as a regular still, with at least three to five coil - that is, cycle - running through the water - see? Then the container in which this is boiled, the tea - see? will give off in one distillation the necessary product for compounding with the other properties, to make the BEST of compounds for the hair.

4. (Q) Will the acids mix with the sage tea and bay rum without a sediment? (A) When distilled, they will.
5. (Q) Should the acids be distilled, or just the sage tea? (A) Just the tea.
6. (Q) Is it necessary to get a chemist to analyze my preparation? (A) Either that one analyze or have same for a sworn statement as to the products in same, but will these be handled - see, we have given two ways in which they may be put together. These as has been outlined here, anyone may make. That as has been given is why chemist should make, that the chemist MIGHT make the combination of tea with rum and acid that would PRODUCE a product WITHOUT the sediment, see? Now it is given as to how this is to be done, see?
7. (Q) Just what should be my first steps in regard to marketing the preparation? (A) First let's COMPLETE the preparation, Then the container is selected, the size, the shape, the style, see? Then the label, or the plaque on the container, is prepared. WE would select, as a label, one that carries one of the famous pictures where hair is shown in its natural state, as combined with the name as is selected, that of the Madonna, or that of Delroso (?), or one of those of the pictures as painted by da Vinci, where the hair and shoulders are seen. Then the label, or tab, would carry this in its natural colors, with the name, and with that of the name of the laboratory as selected as the name for the production, which would be well to name as the same as that of the product itself, and the words would be not TOO MANY, but direct, as that that may be selected by one producing same, or as combined with this - for as the body receives those various impressions in putting the compound or the product together, we find it comes as this: NATURE'S Hair Restorer and protector - see? That would be sufficient for the label, see - these have with the name, as has been selected. Now, there will be - as has been indicated and given - other products that would be well to be considered with this product, ESPECIALLY with this product would there be well to consider the shampoo for such that use the product, or that COMBINES with same - see? This would be prepared with a combination, and this would be the MANNER of combination: With that of the pure castile, as is dissolved, see - dissolve same, then add to this that of a twenty percent solution of the soap weed - see? Now we are preparing, of course, a vegetable compound again - but with this would be prepared, then, with each gallon - that is, of the shampoo,

see, or soap as is being prepared - as may be kept in the liquid form, or it may be congealed in the form with that of the soap, as in Castile - see? This added with olive oil, and with those of the bay rum, IF kept in solution - do not add the rum if NOT in solution, but would congeal activity, see?
8. (Q) How much olive oil would you suggest? (A) The olive oil with this, for the gallon, would be four ounces.
9. (Q) What kind of weed is this suggested? (A) Soap weed. This may be obtained in any chemist shop, see?
10. (Q) Under the name of just soap weed? (A) Under the name just soap weed.
11. (Q) What effect has bay rum on the hair? (A) Cleanses it, with the alcohol content acting as a stimuli for the growth of same, see, as does the acid #2 prevent the drying or the brittling of the hair, see, with its combination with the other; while the acid #1 acts as an altering of the lobes or in the epidermis or in the skin itself, as to prevent streaks or coloration showing too often close to scalp, you see.
12. (Q) What effect has sage tea on the hair? (A) That's the coloration, see, that strikes through, see - as does that of the COMBINED action of the acid makes same pliable, soft, and easy for the coloration as carried in same to be helpful - see?
13. (Q) What would be best to put in my booklet to describe the merits of my tonic? (A) This should be compiled preferably by one who is GIFTED IN compiling or writing such matter, see? but it should contain those of the BENEFITS that one gains by the use of the product, which is resorting to nature's remedies; for, as we see, the body - who has compounded same - obtains same more from its SOJOURN reaction. We don't see gray hairs with Indians, do we?
14. (Q) Regarding the shampoo, what should be the proportion of the soapweed and the Castile, to the gallon? (A) Of the soap weed would be at least - this would necessarily have to be tested for the variations, as to whether it is decided to be put in a liquid or whether it is to be merely active with those in bar, see. Liquid will be much easier, to be sure. This, then, may be obtained in any PURE castile in liquid, see - not congealed, see - To the gallon of this, then, we add the olive oil as given, the soap weed lava, or the soap weed in solution, see, 6 ounces - to the gallon, see?

15. (Q) If preparing the liquid, how much bay rum to the gallon? (A) One PINT.
16. (Q) Any further suggestion, either regarding the hair tonic or shampoo? (A) As we find, will these be followed, see, we will have that which will bring into being, that which will not only be helpful but remunerative, as well as being satisfying in that a real service is being given to those seeking aids in this direction.
