1. GC: You will have before you the body and enquiring mind of [658] present in this room. You will answer the questions which she will ask regarding the perfecting of her hair tonic preparation, and regarding obtaining funds to carry on her work.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [658], present in this room. Ready for questions.

3. (Q) How can I get the stickiness out of my tonic now? (A) As we find, without injuring the effectiveness of the tonic, and without producing any ill effect to the bodies that use same, to each eight ounces of the tonic in its raw form (that is, in the liquid state, see?), add one-quarter grain of oxalic acid, and distill the whole solution. This will remove the stickiness, or that resinous substance that comes from the gelatinous effect as produced in the present state.

4. (Q) Should I cook it, or have it raw, before adding the oxalic acid? (A) In the raw liquid state.

5. (Q) Will this make the tonic complete, and ready to go on the market? (A) Save with the addition of that as the preservative, in the alcohol as necessary for all vegetable compounds.

6. (Q) How much alcohol? (A) This will require only sufficient amount to make same a preservative in same, which would be about a five percent solution of alcohol in same.

7. (Q) Any further advice regarding the tonic, or making of same? (A) As we find, this would make a complete tonic in itself.

8. (Q) How can I get the money I wrote about sometime ago? (A) As we find, this is still under consideration by the individuals, or individual, to whom the body has written, and the recent indisposition has prevented there being some action taken in respect to same. It would be WELL that again there be some correspondence, or request that there be

the consideration given, or acknowledgement that there would NOT be some given, and this would make for the setting in motion of things that would cause some ready action, in a way and manner as to supply the needs and means for carrying on. With the perfecting, also, of the compound, or preparation, we will find there would be sufficient interest manifested by individuals that will insure the action of others in enabling the body to carry on with same, even irrespective of this particular interest. Act, then, as if there was not anticipated aid - but this aid would enable the body to set many things in order, that there may be no worriments in the matter of financial situations or conditions.

9. (Q) In writing again, should I mention the tonic? (A) As indicated, as that just given, this should NOT be considered in that direction - but rather that, that as may be obtained through these channels in carrying out OTHER things - and if NECESSARY these may be used in these channels also, but not MENTIONING of same in that connection.

10. (Q) Was the man at my house, who came in last night, sent there to investigate about this matter? (A) An indirect investigation, yes - but not KNOWN by the man for what the investigation was!

11. (Q) Just what should be my attitude toward him? (A) Just in the same way and manner as the activities of the body have been respecting all such incidents, or individuals, that have heretofore come into the life as respecting this association or connection. In the NATURAL, NORMAL, manner.

12. (Q) Any other advice for this body at this time? (A) Because there are apparently hindrances from time to time, do not become faint-hearted - but know that, as the body perseveres and carries on, there will be given that light necessary for farther and farther developing; knowing that, as ye do unto others so will it be done unto thee.
