Time of Reading 3:25 to 3:50 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Virginia. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [667], present in this room.

2. Now, as we find, there are rather the complication of disturbances in the physical forces of this body; that is, the effects that are produced are a complication - or multiple of conditions.

3. These are as of specifics in the structural portion, and the effects that are produced in the functioning of the organs as affected by this condition.

4. Then, these are the conditions as we find them with this body, [667] we are speaking of, present in this room:

5. First, in the BLOOD SUPPLY, this we find below normal in quantity and in quality. There are the deficiencies in the red blood supply. Hence a form of anemia, and produced by specific conditions, as we shall see. Low in quantity, owing to the resistance being lowered to such an extent as to use up nerve energies. Hence we have at times a very low and a very slow pulsation, at others very quick - but not so very strong.

6. As to the NERVE SYSTEM, we find this rather involved through the effect of disturbances than being the cause; though at times the repressions or the exaggerated effect of pressures on nerve centers cause the reactions that make for one that becomes rather quick, jerky, and at times hard to please, irritable; these are the EFFECTS of the deficiency in the nerve forces to receive the supply of energy. Hence becomes a portion of the conditions.

7. Then, as we find, the disturbances - or the cause of conditions exists in the functioning and the position of ORGANS in the system:

8. Brain forces are very good. The sympathetic nerve system is very good.

9. The heart's activity is slow, as indicated.

10. The lungs - hardly sufficient amount of blood supply. No organic disturbances; rather very poor, slow and

667-1 Page 2

deficient circulation.

11. Digestive system and the organs of same, as we find, is the seat of disturbance - and those conditions that cause the periods when there is intense CRAMPING and hurting across the area of the diaphragm and across the lower portion of the liver and spleen area. These, as we find, arise from the excess of acidity in the system, that has been a gradual building up of same owing to the poor digestion that has taken place, and the tendency for regurgitation of hydrochlorics from the lower portion of the digestive area throughout the duodenum - to regurgitate into the stomach proper. Hence we have lacerations in the stomach, near the pyloric end. We have also the POSITION of the stomach ITSELF as a primary cause of the disturbance.

12. These effects, then, are produced in the system: A tendency for the lack of proper eliminations through the alimentary canal. A slow or very low activity through the liver and the secretions from same themselves producing at times very bad tastes in the mouth, headaches, the excruciating pains through those periods when there are the other eliminations from the body through the activities of the genitive system. These are suppressed, and at other periods become so overtaxation to the system as to draw on the activity of the body. These are sympathetic nervous EFFECTS; or the CONDITION being, then, that of not ulcerations but lacerations. But with only temporary relief, as we would find, would produce sooner or later either cakes forming, or thickening of the walls of the stomach proper, or the gathering of the lymph in portions of the system; thus producing either in the pelvic organs an accumulation as to make for either the organs sticking, adhering, or lesions forming, or tumorous conditions.

13. Then, in meeting the needs of the conditions as we find them with this body, [667], we are speaking of, present in this room:

14. First we would begin with those things that are as alkaline producing for the system. Not in such an excess as to cause sedimentary conditions to form, thus producing the lacerations - or producing in the lacerated area a tendency for the thickening of tissue or burning sensations, but those that will make for the system to EMPTY itself in a NORMAL way and manner. These in the greater part, as we find, if there will be the persistency and the consistent effort, may be done at home.

15. First we would make the Saffron Tea - Yellow Saffron Tea, made in this way and manner: To a pint of water add a heaping teaspoonful of the Saffron leaf or bark. Let this

667-1 Page 3

steep as tea. Set aside and cool. Drink as the WATER is to be taken, and drink at least two to four glasses of this each day. This will not be found to be too great an insipid taste, but will ease the conditions.

16. We would find it well also occasionally, once or twice a day, to drink a glass of water in which a pinch of elm is put - elm bark; preferably using the ground elm, this put in only just before being stirred to be taken as a drink. Let it set for three to four minutes, then drink. To be sure, this tends to be rather a thickened condition in the water, yet if put with ice is NOT unpleasant.

17. Be mindful in the diet most particularly, that there are not too much of sweets nor too much of red meats, but rather as these; to be sure this outline may be altered to suit the appetite:

18. Mornings - citrus fruit juices, or the cereals - preferably the dry cereals, with milk or cream; but do not use these WITH the citrus fruit juices, at the same meal. Coddled egg, little crisp bacon, and ONLY whole wheat flour or bread or brown toast. There may be taken a little chocolate or cocoa, or a cereal drink; NOT coffee or tea.

19. Noons (or let one meal each day, preferably in the middle of the day, consist of:) - green and RAW vegetables; as lettuce, celery, carrots, peppers, tomatoes, spinach, onions, onion tops; any of these. These may be used as a combination, with a dressing. And if there is to be taken ANY sweets, let it be after the meal of the raw vegetables.

20. Evenings (or one meal in the day) - well cooked vegetables, with quantities at certain given periods during a week's meals of liver, tripe, pigs' feet, and those things that tend to make for the building up of the blood supply in the system; yet keep an even balance.

21. After each meal REST for at least ten to fifteen minutes, and while resting have your feet higher than your head; lying down in repose but feet higher than the head, that there may be the proper assimilations and proper positions for the stomach itself.

22. At all times take ALL the Olive Oil the body WILL assimilate. This in VERY small doses. Do not take gobs or spoonsful at a time, but half or a quarter teaspoonful, but take it every two or three hours. Not during the night, but be consistent, be very persistent in this direction.

23. We would begin almost immediately with a massage, or preferably the electrically driven vibrator, especially in the areas between the shoulders and across the hips and BETWEEN these two portions along the spine - but these portions or places CROSS-WISE of the body, the rest lateral

with the cerebrospinal system.

24. And use a girdle or band to SUPPORT the stomach. This is preferably made in using a binding cloth. This would be necessary to be kept; taken off when the treatments are given, to be sure, but worn at all other times.

25. Do not JUMP on the feet; though walking or exercise in the open is beneficial to the body.

26. Follow these conditions and, we will find, we will bring normal conditions for this body of [667].

27. Ready for questions.

28. (Q) Why have I lost so much weight, and how can I regain it? (A) The strain or the acidity in the system has made for the hardships upon the digestive system, as indicated, which has gradually eaten up not only the reserve supply but deficiency is created in the blood stream that has made for the losing of weight, and - as indicated - when we have formed those positions and conditions in the system whereby we may rectify these conditions, so that digestion and assimilation takes place in the normal way, before there has been such an attack upon the organs themselves - or the glands of the body, we will find the body will return to its NORMALCY in weight - and it'll be very good! We would take the Saffron Tea as indicated, for periods of five to six days at a time; then rest or leave off for three or four days, then take again. Repeat this for at least four to five weeks. We would at least have from a month to six weeks of the period when the girdle or binding of the stomach to its normal position is used. This should be, to be sure, around the lower portion of the stomach, a band from eight to ten inches wide; tight, not as would be from adhesive, but the general BANDAGE would be the better - but this put on very closely.

29. (Q) What causes pain over heart, and at times in side? (A) The acidity, and those tendencies of regurgitation from the over-acid condition produced in the body. Follow these conditions as we have outlined here, and we will find we will be rid of these disorders. Be consistent, be persistent. Because you feel better after a week to ten days, do not overstep and use those things that are known - from that we have given here, and from the experience - will be harmful; for they will bring on a return of those excruciating pains. Lacerations may turn to ulcerations.

667-1 Page 5

Ulcerations may become cakes, or those conditions that eventually form into those natures that are VERY destructive to the organism. Be consistent, then, and be patient and persistent - and ENJOY well-being.
