1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes.
3. As we find, there is a great deal of a nervous disturbance indicated since last we had this body here. This is tending to reduce the resistance, as well as the strength and the vitality of the body.
4. The body should rest more in open air, and take more of the vital forces and energies which would add to the general upbuild of the body; rather than any specific or acute disturbance being existent in the present.
5. At least once a week the body would do well to have a general relaxing; this done by a masseur or masseuse, rather than a chiropractor or osteopath. A neuropath or masseur would be the better - just to relax and to remove the tension on the segments along the cerebrospinal system.
6. Rest at least two or three hours a day IN the sunshine, or partial sunshine - more than the direct sunshine, you see.
7. Take at least two raw egg yolks each day, preferably one in the morning and one in the afternoon; with milk, beer or spirits frumenti.
8. Take at least a tablespoonful of beef juice during a day, - this only sipped, however, but taken a teaspoonful at the time about two or three times a day. There's about four teaspoonsful to a tablespoonful; then four times each day take a teaspoonful, but take at least ten minutes to take this amount, just sipping it, see?
9. Then have liver that is just broiled; beans, carrots. Both the raw and cooked carrots, as well as the juice of raw carrots (extracted in a juicer). Have all of the vegetables that grow UNDER the ground, including potatoes but not too much of these. All of these foods would be the better for the body.
10. Not so much meats, though broths of chicken or lamb or

beef, or the beef juice would be taken - but not the meats so much. For, greases will not assimilate until these nerve tensions are relieved and the digestion is much better.
11. Exercise only such as walking, and not pulling or hauling anything about much.
12. Do these, and we will make for better conditions for this body.
13. Ready for questions.
14. (Q) What causes aching in lower part of back? Can this be relieved? (A) This arises from general weaknesses and too much exertion in lifting and pulling things. All of those relaxations as indicated will relieve same.
15. (Q) Is the blood supply normal? (A) No - as has been indicated; and the food values to make for more and better quality of blood are necessary. Hence the needs of the open air, the rest, and the type of foods indicated; and at least once a week the gentle massage to first relax the body - specifically in the upper cervical and the brachial center, lumbar center, and then to stimulate the whole body through the limbs and the activities of same for better circulation.
16. (Q) What causes pains in the sides, at times? (A) Just those same conditions as we have indicated, from general weakness and the tendency for the lack of the food values in the system to produce better assimilation. There is a tendency toward adhesions, you see; hence the general tiredness of the muscular forces of abdomen as well as the areas across the diaphragm - for these extend downward from same.
17. (Q) Are there any tubercular germs present? (A) As indicated, these conditions are more of a general nature than of a specific nature; though there is very good ground for the fertilization of tubercle germ with this body. Hence the needs for the foods of the nature that produce resistances for the body.
18. (Q) Are liver injections advisable? (A) As we find, these properties would be better assimilated if taken in the manner as we have indicated; broiled liver, saving the juice of same; just as the stimulating effects of the beef juices in the manner indicated. They will be more harmful than helpful, however, if not taken AS indicated! Do as we have outlined, for better conditions of this body. We are through for the present.
