1. EC: Yes, we have the entity and those relations with the universe and universal forces, that are latent and manifested in the personalities of the entity now known as, or called, [683].
2. In entering the present experience we find, from sojourns in the earth and the application of the abilities of the entity in such sojourns, not only those influences of the astrological that are in the mental application but those of the more material in the numerological, as well as in tones and colors, have influenced and do influence the entity. Not always in this experience has there been the proper interpretation of such influences. And they in their application by the entity have at times been rather confusing; thus causing some disturbance in the relationships of the entity with other minds as related to the body-mind of the entity. Hence in giving that which may be helpful, hopeful and developing for the entity, we will give that which we find here from those records that have been made by the entity in the earth's plane in its own soul or spiritual development. Then analyzing these they may become as useful experiences in the entity's application of them in the present experience.
3. Do not confuse, then, mental experiences that are innate and those that come through spiritual awareness or awakening within self with those that are of an earthly urge by having - in the mental body, with the environs of a physical surrounding - experienced urges that may confuse; yet know all have their place in the experience of an entity, an individual, in the application of its abilities. Learn and practice, then, the first things first; as this: The entity, the soul, is supreme in itself as related to any circumstance or influence, whether an environmental,

hereditary or a passing condition, through the WILL - that is the gift of the Creator. And IF the entity in its seeking applies that which is shown within self it may NEVER confuse self as to the correct, positive, direct manner in which to apply the impulse that motivates an activity towards the application of that gained within self. For it is not in knowledge alone but rather in the application of such understanding that the mental body, the soul body, grows. Hence, as has been given to all: Study to show thyself - THYSELF - approved unto thy Maker, divining the words of truth.
4. So, in the application of that THOU KNOWEST does there come the knowledge, the understanding of what, of where, of how, the next step, the next activity, is to be taken.
5. As to the astrological aspects, then, through the sojourn of the entity in the environs of the earth - not in an earthly-material body but rather in that body which befits the environs of that sphere of activity in which an entity has builded through the application of that the soul-entity understood, and in which the entity has dwelt; for the law of environment, relativity, heredity, is the same in the spiritual activity as in material-earthly-MATTER conditions:
6. From Venus we find the creating, or making, or imposing into the entity throughout its experience the innate seeking - seeking - for that which in the material plane is an expression of, and manifestation of, that which Venus indicates in the thoughts of man; as it does in its environs; Love, helpfulness, hopefulness, optimism in its broader, greater sense. Yet these experiences in the entity's application have been so often shattered. And as we shall see, we will find out the WHY through the experiences in the earth, and how this has been builded in the experience as a karmic condition (as termed by some); for these are words - just words, but carry - as does an impulse from within - a meaning to an individual entity that to the entity is ALL its own. Hence, as given, it IS the expression that makes for growth within the soul forces of an entity. Hence it may be said of the entity in this direction, GROWTH has been and IS the experience of the entity in this sojourn. Then, the lesson to be learned by the entity in this direction in this experience is PATIENCE. This has, through the very expression of love to the fellow man by the entity, been a drawback. For oft has the entity in the experience, in losing patience with others, with self, turned to material urges that have brought confusion. Hence the warnings: Judge spiritual urges in spiritual realms by spiritual things, and material and mental urges

only by material application.
7. Yet this growth in the activities in the present from the Venus sojourn has not always been tempered with a Mercurian influence, for it has been rather in an adverse position - through an influence of Saturn's activity in the experience. Hence we find that tendency for the change when there were those disturbing factors in the experience of the entity in the present, to turn to seek in another direction. This is from an influence, an indwelling in Saturn where even the influences may have been perfected; yet they come as tests, as trials, as experiences, that the injunction which has been given may be fulfilled in the experience of the soul; "Stand ye steadfast TODAY and see the glory of thy God WITHIN!"
8. Hence these have been as tendencies for the entity in the experience to fail here, in that it turned occasionally to those things that bespoke rather of the material things, or the influences from without appeared to be as necessities for the moment; losing patience with this, that, the other. Patience is not as a passive thing, but patience is necessary in the experience of each soul rather as a POSITIVE, ACTIVE thing WITHIN the application of same. Thus an entity becomes aware of its own soul and that soul's vision of the glories that may be its experience in its associations with those promises in the creative force of the soul along that IS eternal and in the image of the Maker.
9. The Jupiterian influences, we find, have made and do make for - in the expressions of the entity - a wide, broad field of activity; which to an unstable one in the position of that indicated as the experience of the entity, while it has its advantageous experience also may become the very influence of a stumbling experience for a soul. But the vision here is, as we find, as it grows - the entity's ability in the application of those attributes that have made for the expending of self in love, in hope, and though wandering afield at times in its inner self - those attributes of patience become as applicable things in the experience with that already gained. Then do those benevolent influences from those visions and experiences in Jupiter bring a field of activity for the entity that will make for happiness, contentment, harmony, and those things that are of the earth-earthy, yet may be used in the material expressions of those benevolent influences that have been the privilege of the entity in its application to have gained in Venus. Hence we will find, if the entity will hold fast to that which is good, rightly divining the

words of truth, the days must come in the earth yet when many will call it blessed and count it a priviledge to have known, to have been priviledged to have been a helpmeet for the entity in its activities in the earth.
10. These as the spiritual.
11. As to the numerological influences, the color tones, that have played and do play - from the material angle - an influence in the experience of the entity, these - we shall find - come more from particular or definite earthly sojourns and the activities of the entity that were manifested during such experiences.
12. As to the early sojourns, then:
13. Before this we find the entity was in that portion of the native land during the periods when there were the settlings of the land on the eastern coast, and when there were being those conditions set up through those that were later called the Quakers.
14. The entity was among those people that were active in that land now known as Pennsylvania, with Penn, Chatham, Chatterton, and the entity's own people - Hallowell (Hellowell - it arose from a Dutch and English parentage). Then in the name Edythe Hallowell, the entity made for the applying of the principles that were presented by Chatham and Chatterton at those relationships with the natives of the land.
15. Early in years the entity began its activities among those people. Hence those things pertaining to the active forces of the Indians, as were called in that land; the medicine man, the associations of the colors, the associations of trinkets, the associations of the various activities that had been handed down by the people from the mound worshipers that had come into that portion of the land. The entity gained much of an insight into how these had influenced the people that, with the kindliness, the tenderness shown by the leaders in that land, had affected and did affect the people in such measures and manners as to cause them to swear their allegiance to those people during the period of activity of those people in the land.
16. This made for a SOUL development. The sojourns of the entity in the land carried it among many of those in what later became the northwest, in Ohio, Indiana, even into the southernmost portions of Ontario, Michigan, Minnesota; for to those peoples the entity became almost as a goddess. And the worshipfulness shown the entity has made for the tendencies to resort at times to form, colors, numbers, conditions, to influence the material activities of others as related to the body itself. A development, yes; tempered

in mercy and justice and, most of all, patience; for the spiritual forces may bring harmony in such measures that there will be an experience in the present that will carry ON and ON in the establishing of that period when the glory of the Father may - through the sons of men - walk and meet His seekers face to face.
17. The experience has brought these to the entity: Sounds as of the far away tinkle of the cymbal, as the rattle of the drum - not of war but rather of service; those things that pertain to the dance - not of the body but as of a service - are an innate influence, and bring for the entity much that often harkens to those experiences during that sojourn. And if the entity listens within it becomes to the entity an evidence of those experiences that the soul in THAT body, Edythe Hallowell, gained in that sojourn; and in this experience, as the entity finds these things rising within let them rather than becoming the mysteries be as the assurance of God, the Father, in that promise: "If ye will keep my commandments in thine activities to thy fellow man, I will bring to thy remembrance those things necessary for the assurance that I will abide with thee." Ponder these well in thine inner self, for they may become those things whereupon thou may depend, where thou may gain strength, where thou may find that succor, that aid, that will bear thee up lest THOU - in thine lack of understanding - dash thine head against a stone. For His love would constrain thee, even as THOU in thine expression would constrain to show that love thou has gained in thine experience, even as this - the love for the souls of men that are the expression in material bodies, flesh, of the love of the Father.
18. Before this we find the entity was during those periods when there were the activities being carried on in the city of many hills (or Seven Hills), when the persecutions arose, and when those that had espoused the cause of the teachers from the Holy Land were taken rather from place to place and were HOUNDED - as it were - for their beliefs.
19. The entity then was a keeper of goats in the hills beyond the city; beautiful in body, clearness of voice, of vision; hearing only through the passersby that message that had been carried by Peter, Paul and the other disciples that had come to strengthen those. Yet when Titus and Philemon came (for the entity was then among the daughters of Philemon, the keeper, that sent his servant to Paul to strengthen him while in the house), Titus then became as the teacher for the entity - who was then in the name Sylvia. The entity harkened to the teachings, yet kept an even balance; and those things that pertained to the music of the

reeds were in the hands of the entity during that sojourn.
20. And the entity might have in the present made of itself a musician on the flute or clarinet, or the reeded instruments that would bespeak of the sylvian dells, the great outdoors, the dance of the nymphs and of the gods and of the beautiful things that are awakened with the touch of the sun upon the hilltop, the gambol of the lamb, the goat, and those in the earth or in the dell as they bespeak of the glories of the activities of the Spirit of the One God upon those things in the earth. For these were the dreams of the entity, and the fantasies to which it turned its abilities and activities during these periods of its greater development. Yet when those hours came that were the needs of strengthening those that were kept in the caves for days when their cries might be heard by those who defied the living God in bringing destructive forces by having them called into the arena, the strength to many was given by Sylvia as she came to encourage, to raise the hopes again in that there had been the promise in those things that had been seen by the entity through its activities in the lessons it had gained by its closeness to nature, its closeness to spiritual things that through the earthly expressions may find the way to manifest their glory. For, as it had been given by Him as He walked into the city, "Were the voices of the people to be stopped, the very stones and the hills would cry in their glory to the Father, the God." The entity had experienced this in those moments when there had been the pondering of those messages, those promises that Titus had given to the entity in the walks and talks there.
21. Again in the expression in the present the entity has found many of these confusing at times, for when there has been the application to the material things in the present many have called the entity impractical. And the lack of the patience that was attained in that experience makes for periods when doubts and confusions arise in the experience of the entity in the present. Yet, as has been indicated, if the entity will turn within it may gain the lessons again that were given by that Teacher among men, learn again those messages with which it strengthened those when the fear of death was upon those that were young and strong in body, those that were old and were being separated from those they loved the most in the earth, and how that strengthening cry went up; "Lo, I am with thee always, even unto the end of the world! Put thine trust in me and thou wilt know that thy Redeemer liveth, and thou shalt see Him as He is." For He has promised that He will comfort and strengthen and

sustain those that to their fellow man show forth the love of the Father. And he that doeth those kindnesses to his fellow man lendeth to the Lord, and He has prepared those mansions - even as He has given, "I prepare a place where I am there ye may be also." If the entity will ponder upon these messages that the entity gave in those experiences as Sylvia, the shepherdess, the one that strengthened so many in those days, there will come a strength, a glory, a vision, an understanding that will raise thee up above. But "He that is the servant of all is the greatest among thee!"
22. Before that we find the entity was in that land now called the Egyptian, during those periods when there was the exodus of the people from that land going into the promised land.
23. The entity then was among the daughters of Aaron, that was the teacher with Moses the leader, the son of Egypt that with his peoples chose to carry those forward. The entity kept well into the teachings in those experiences. And when there were the rebellions when the sons of Korah were destroyed, the entity had turned rather to those things that bespoke of the adding to, even as the brethren had done, when Nabad and Abihu offered strange fire. The ENTITY offered strange fire in those things that became an abomination in the days of Korah, and the earth swallowed up the household of Abazeal, the daughter of Aaron. For in that experience did the troublesome things that make for the aggrandizement through position and power, the aggrandizement of selfish interests, bring those things of defiance to the lessons and tenets and applications of extremes in a material world.
24. In the present we find from the experience, innately, the periods of rebellions that arise. Hence the necessity of those injunctions that have been shown: Learn ye patience! Bear ye one with another and thus wholly fulfill the laws of love, for these are they whose feet shall walk in the pathway of light and lead many aright. Go not after the strange paths that lead into destructive forces even as Korah.
25. Before that we find the entity was among the Arabian people that when into Egypt during the periods when there were the advancements and the establishment of Ra-Ta as the Priest for the bringing together of those that understood the relationships between man and man, and those between the Maker - in the manifestations in the earth - and the people that would purify themselves to become living examples in the earth.
26. The entity then was among the daughters of Ra-Ta that

went into Egypt, yet when the rebellions arose there were separations from the activities and the entity joined then with those of Ibex that made for the destruction in those portions of the land.
27. With the return of the Priest from the Abyssinian land, and the beginnings of the activities with the people that came from the Atlantean land, the entity again - in the name Ali-Shepht - made for ovations to the Priest and the activities in aiding to establish those things known NOW as the medical, the application of the material things from the earth for the healings, and for the things that brought strength to weakened bodies - in the stimulations of same.
28. The entity then advanced to a position of aid and help; becoming that would be termed in the present among the first to be established as nurses in the infirmaries that were established in the land; gaining much from these experiences; but when there arose again the dissensions between those from the Atlantean land and the natives, the entity brought turmoils to self by the harkening to the incantations that were made, and the figures and signs and omens that were set aside, rather than following those that were being presented by those in the Temple Beautiful. But in the latter days the entity again returned to the fold, when there had been the regeneration of the Priest, or the father, and the entity aided then in bringing the lessons of the law of One to the peoples in many varied lands.
29. As to the abilities of the entity in the present, then, and that to which it may attain and how:
30. As has been indicated by the experiences of the entity in that which is innate and builded within the self, study to show thyself approved unto Him. For if the heart is singing with the beauties and joys that may come in the service to the fellow man, it bespeaks of those things that answer from within as to the life being made as a channel of blessing to the fellow man - and IN the path of glory for the companionship with Him.
31. Ready for questions.
32. (Q) What shall I do to be financially successful at this time? (A) First find in self that in which the applications of the abilities thou hast in body and in mind are founded, and seek thou those realms wherein these may be put into practical application, and in the associations of those relations whereunto thou may bring to others not only tenets but living truths within self; and these will bring the returns as their natural consequence. For, as He has given, man may labor in this or that field; God alone can give,

does give, the increase. Let thy life and thy activities with thy fellow man be in accord with that thou hast determined, and leave the increase of the financial or material gains in his hands.
33. (Q) Are there any special persons that could help me? (A) They will be pointed out to thee; for, as He has given, "I will guide, I will direct thee, in the way that thou shouldst go."
34. (Q) Am I breaking any special law that causes conditions to be as they are? (A) As indicated, study that thou hast given; for ye shall find. He that seeks shall find. Study to show thyself approved unto thy Maker, correctly DIVINING, dividing, the words of truth.
