Y.M.C.A. Parlor, Time of Reading Cor. 17th & K Sts., 4:15 to 4:25 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. Washington, D.C. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [684]; this we have had before.

2. Most of the factors that have been disturbing through the physical forces of the body show improvements. There is still a great deal of sediment in the gall duct area, and this makes for that heaviness, that catching in the right side, and that bad taste that arises after the meals and of mornings. Also there are those tendencies for the breath to become disturbing to the body, making for poor eliminations and causing a bad color for the body and making for - especailly through the LUMBARS - a heaviness, and the lower limbs giving distresses at times, as of an under the skin itching or irritation from the ankle to the knees. Some pains at times along portions of the hips, and those reflexes for the eyes as make for the disturbance produced to the lower hepatic circulation and its direct association and connection with the activities along the sympathetic nerve forces to the vision and the activities of the body respecting same.

3. As we find, we would continue with the adjustments that have been given at times, and the stimulations through the use of the diathermy - that will make for an equal balance.

4. First, however, we would DRAIN the gall duct. This, as we find, may be accomplished during a period when the body may rest for a day. In this manner would we do same:

5. The morning before that the body is to rest the next day, take one Zilatone Tablet about wo hours AFTER the morning meal. That evening before retiring take THREE Zilatone Tablets.

6. The next morning (the day of rest), before arising take two tablespoonsful of Fleet's Phospho-Soda, in a glass of HOT water - as hot as can be taken. Lie on the right side,

with a pillow bracing the area about the liver - or with the pillow UNDER same.

7. This will drain the gall duct.

8. During that day let the diet be rather of liquids, but not too MUCH citrus fruit juices; rather more of soup, potato soup or vegetable soup or things of such natures.

9. And we would find that this would drain the gal duct and tend to clear the duct and the bladder of those sediments there.

10. This, to be sure, would require that the body take it rather easy for the next day or so, but with the GENERAL application of those suggestions made - with these as a specific application, the body should be cleared of the disturbing conditions in these directions.

11. Ready for questions.
