Time of Reading 11:00 to 11:30 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. Washington, D.C. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [685], present in this room.

2. Now, as we find, while in many ways physical conditions are very good, there are disturbing factors which with the correction in the present would bring a much nearer normal condition for the body.

3. In the present we do not find ALL the conditions being considered when making applications for resuscitating forces in the body. Here, as we find, there are disturbing factors that produce an improper functioning of organs; hence an incoordination between the eliminating systems of the body.

4. These, then, are conditions as we find them with this body, [685] we are speaking of, present in this room:

5. We find the BLOOD SUPPLY at times is not sufficient in the superficial circulation. Hence there are periods when the effects of these are experienced in the physical body by the MANNER in which extremities and portions of the body appear to be separate, or deadened, or leaden in their activity.

6. Also we find an effect produced in the circulatory system through the liver, which produces a disturbance in the hepatic circulation, making for drosses that are disturbing, or producing those effects - and this makes for a strain upon the eliminations through the kidneys. This is a disturbing factor and one not being considered as much as it should be.

7. These effects in the circulation again show a subluxation in the upper dorsal and cervical area, affecting the auditory circulation. This produces the collapsing of tissue in the head, the Eustachian tubes, the antrum, the soft tissue in face becoming involved, so that all portions of the sensory organism are at times involved in this

685-1 Page 2

circulatory condition. This produces the effects or conditions that prevent the auditory activity especially in the left portion of the body. Though these find activity and response, unless they are altered and the CAUSES of these disturbances removed, there must be only a temporary relief.

8. In the NERVE SYSTEM we find, as the natural consequence in a disturbed superficial circulation, there are periods when the internal system or the deeper circulation becomes heavy, and the periods of rest we have hot or cold flushes internally. These make for, or produce in the internal circulation, disturbances that make for a lymph accumulation in the various portions of the system - which makes for dullness in activity, or lack of the return of vital forces after periods of rest, that SHOULD be built up by an even-balanced circulation.

9. As to the functioning of the ORGANS themselves:

10. Brain forces are very good. The discernments, the judgements of the body in its ability for differentiations are good. Well in its selections here, there, though not ALWAYS agreeable with those with whom the entity or body may have its own ideas; thus producing conditions that - not in the physical force but in the mental at times - become disturbing.

11. The organs of the sensory system are affected as indicated. Through subluxation or strain in the 2nd and 3rd cervical, the 2nd and 3rd dorsal (as secondary condition) we find there is the impairment to the circulation, to the head, which produces for to sensory system those disturbances as indicated.

12. These are aided, as indicated, through a disturbance more in the hepatic circulation. Hence the metabolism or the pressure in the heart's action, the pulsations are changeable - though near normal, and are ONLY indications of a disturbance in portions of the body.

13. Lungs, bronchials, larynx, as we find, show at times the disturbance in the superficial circulation, and especially to the throat and head.

14. Digestive area, through the disturbances in the hepatics, or in the coordination between the activity of the liver and pancrean and spleen area, is a basis - or a condition that must be considered for the bettered activity to remain in near a normal condition for this body, [685] we are speaking of, present in this room.

15. These disturbances have made for, do make for, this reflex condition or pressure upon the circulation through the kidney area; the GLANDS rather being the disturbing factor about same. Hence the irritations at times arising

685-1 Page 3

from this are the bases that must be considered when corrections in the auditory forces, in the sympathetic systems, are made.

16. Then, as we find, in meeting the needs of the conditions of this body, we would continue with those corrections that are being made for the dorsal and cervical area - and those applications both mechanical and electrical for the head, neck, and portions of the circulation in the upper portion.

17. But we would also add these, making a compound in this way and manner:

18. To 1 gallon of distilled water add 6 ounces Clary Flower or Garden Sage. Reduce this by slow boiling to 1 quart. Strain and while warm add: Ambergris, (dissolved in 1 ounce grain alcohol)...........15 grains, Compound Simple Syrup.................2 ounces, Gin...................................4 ounces, Cinnamon (preferably in the stick)....2 drams, Essence of Wild Ginseng.............1/2 ounce. Shake the solution together before the dosage is taken, which would be a teaspoonful before each meal and before retiring.

19. Take those exercises that will make for the MOVEMENTS of the body (these as specific exercises) BELOW the diaphragm, before arising of mornings; stretching of the body, the swinging of the limbs, that would circulate the lower portion of the body. These will make for the activities that will aid in relieving these pressures in the areas that have been indicated.

20. Be consistent, be persistent; keeping the diet in the better division of the necessary activities in the system - carrying properties that are blood and nerve building, so that the acids do not accumulate but that more of the hormones in the blood carry those that make for the proper drainages in the system.

21. Ready for questions.

22. (Q) Should the tonsils be removed? (A) As we find, when the drainages are set up in the system by the manipulations in the dorsal and cervical area, and the CAUSE of conditions that produce infectious forces removed, it would NOT be necessary. As everyone SHOULD know, the tonsils are not gills; neither are they unnecessary for the system, for these - kept healthy - are an aid to the activities of the system in no

685-1 Page 4

uncertain manner. Not necessary for the tonsils to be removed, then, provided the manipulations, the electrical vibrations as indicated for the body (not here, but that have been indicated as necessary) are given, as indicated.

23. (Q) Should the sinus operation be performed? (A) No sinus operation, if the drainages are kept - as we have indicated. These are the EFFECTS, you see, of a disturbance in the lacteal duct area, that hinder the circulation; making for a deep circulation and not removing drosses in the system.

24. (Q) Is it necessary for the body to wear glasses at all times? (A) No. For, as will be indicated and seen from that given, when we make for a relief of those pressures in the areas indicated, where the disturbances are to the sensory system, and the circulation is built up, and we have an even activity through the system, the eyes will be strengthened. Take - for SELF - the head and neck exercises; not too often, NOT as rote, but when the circulations are increased for the lower portion of the body before arising of morning, circulate the head - slowly, gently; one, two, three - circulate to the left, then to the right; forward, backward; and we will find this will aid in creating an equilibrium.

25. (Q) What particular type of manipulations and electrical treatments should be given? (A) Those from a masseur or a neuropath. These, as we find, would be better than ADJUSTMENTS; but should be consistent and follow along these lines as indicated.

26. (Q) What type of electrical treatment should be given? (A) The violet ray, which is preferable to the sun ray.

27. (Q) Where should these be applied, and how often? (A) This has all been indicated in other channels, which we have indicated should be followed. Of course, over the places where the areas are disturbed! Upper dorsal and the cervical - head and neck!

28. (Q) How often should the neuropathic treatments be given? (A) At least every other day, until six or eight treatments are given; then they may be given less often - twice a week.

29. (Q) What neuropathic doctor would you recommend in Washington? (A) Any of those that are in sympathy with those activities through which such information may be given.

30. (Q) Would it be well to continue the treatments for the ears from the M.D.? (A) We do not find this necessary, if these treatments suggested are followed out.

685-1 Page 5

Or, we might take THIS as the more preferable in all of the applications: An osteopathic surgeon, that would make direct application of the local treatments, as well as the maipulative treatments - but THEN, not by the osteopath but by SELF, apply the violet ray each evening over the neck, the throat, the head, for a minute to three minutes.

31. (Q) If the treatments are given by the osteopath, how often should they be taken? (A) About twice each week.

32. (Q) Would Ipsab be helpful to this body? (A) Not necessarily, in this particular condition here. These have been hindered by circulation that first (read what we have just indicated) was disturbed in the lacteal duct area, that has disturbed the equilibrium between the superficial and deep circulations of the body. The impingements to the upper dorsal and cervical area have cut off the activities to the sensory system, disturbing the auditory forces, the eyes, the ears, the speech, the nasal passages, making for an accumulation. These naturally affect the head, the gums, the teeth. Now, to add to this by the correction of the conditions through the medications as indicated - and the corrections, osteopathically - will bring normalcy. An antiseptic - as the Lavoris or Glyco-Thymoline (just so it is an ALKALIN antiseptic rather than an acid), as a wash and as a massage, will be preferable to the Ipsab - in THIS particular condition; though in cases where there are the germ formations, Ipsab is preferable. Not in this. Follow these instructions, then: Make the corrections in the dorsal and cervical area, with the treatments to the head; and should there continue to be the falling of the Eustachian tubes the massage of these through the finger surgery MIGHT become necessary. If these are kept TOGETHER - that is, the activity in the system itself, you see, through the medications and the corrections, with the electrical vibrations (and self giving the electrical vibrations because it'll take more of them!), we will find these things will be corrected for this body, [685].

letter [which was enclosed] to Druggist, for your use. Also see letter [which was enclosed] to Dr. Richardson, asking him to recommend a good osteopath here to whom you might go for these treatments. WARNING: DO NOT TAKE JUST ONE PORTION OF TREATMENT OUTLINED! EITHER TAKE ALL OF IT OR NONE, else detrimental conditions might result. Of course, you are not to take the neuropathic AND osteopathic treatments; rather you are to choose between the two, though it seems the osteopath is preferable in this case - hence the reason why we want to find a good one for you in Washington. Dr. Richardson of Norfolk is considered the best in the country for the eye, ear, nose and throat.)
