Time of Reading 3:25 to 4:00 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. Washington, D.C. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [690], present in this room.

2. Now, as we find, while many conditions are very good through the physical forces of the body, there are disturbing conditions. And these, as we find, may be corrected in the present and will prevent a great deal of distress and disorders that are tending to arise in the body, not only from the accumulations of lymph in pockets or the formations in the body, but those tendencies for the drosses to produce reflex conditions in the muscular forces and tendons of the extremities and shoulders.

3. These, then, are the conditions as we find them with this body, [690] we are speaking of, present in this room:

4. As to the BLOOD SUPPLY, this is very good in the quantity. At times there are tendencies for an excess, which makes for the accumulations in the system of greater avoirdupois than is natural for the body. Yet there are those conditions in the organs of elimination that prevent the proper drainages or proper eliminations of poisons. These tend to make for an accumulation in the lymph circulation, so that in the glands and in the soft tissue - as the abdominal area, as through the mammary glands - we have an accumulation of excess. These, as we find, are produced by disturbing conditions in that gland which both secretes and excretes for the system.

5. The NERVOUS SYSTEM we find is very good in most manners. There ARE pressures created in portions of the system that at times give reflexes to the nervous system, both in the cerebrospinal and the sympathetic, yet these are effects - or as indications of disturbances, rather than being the cause or the seat of the trouble in the nervous system.

6. As to the ORGANS themselves, these - as we find - show disturbances that have been indicated.

690-1 Page 2

7. In the sensory organism we find the effect at times of this disturbance in the lymph circulation, so that we have a singing in the ear at times; sometimes a burning of the eyelids; bad tastes in the mouth. These usually arise after or just before the periods when there is the effect of the eliminations not being carried on properly.

8. The bronchi, lungs, larynx, these are very good.

9. Heart's action near normal.

10. Pulsation in the present 76, with a respiration of 14.

11. In the digestive area we define the AREA of disturbances.

12. There have been in times back the tendencies for the body to gormandize; that is, the excesses of certain characters of foods have made for the tendencies in the liver; for there is a disturbance in the gall duct area. Then this in its regurgitation, with the activities in the spleen and pancreas depleted through the attempts to create the proper secretions in their activity for making for assimilation of the properties in the system, has upset the conditions; thus making for the poor eliminations, making for drosses that have affected and do affect the lower hepatic circulation, or through the kidneys, and producing an irritation at times. Not so much uremic poisoning, but these unless corrected must bring either periods where there will be the production of the lymph ducts becoming involved to such an extent as to produce engorgements or growths, or the liver will be upset - and especially the ducts in the bile duct area, as to cause greater distresses.

13. Then, in meeting the needs of the conditions of this body, [690] we are speaking of, present in this room:

14. First, as we find, we would take those things that would tend to set the eliminating system in order, as in this:

15. First, after each meal for a period of at least six to eight days, take a quarter teaspoonful of AL-CAROID in a glass and a half of water. Then have a rest period of almost an equal length of time. Then begin again.

16. After the first period; that is, after the first six days of taking the AL-CAROID, at the beginning of the first rest period, we would give Castor Oil packs over the caecum and the liver area (that is, the right portion of the body, from below the ribs to the point of the hip bone, across the edge of the abdomen on the right side). This would mean at least three-plys of flannel, wrung out of Castor Oil and applied as hot as the body can stand same. Leave the packs on each evening, keeping them hot, for two or three hours before retiring - or at time of retiring - for two or three evenings.

17. Then after the third application, begin and take for two days the CAROID and Bile Salts tablets, which will cleanse these conditions in the gall duct area and drain same. This will prevent the regurgitation and the tendency for the accumulations of gas or the effects of same in the digestive area.

18. Be mindful of the diets, that these are kept rather in the alkalin reacting foods. And DO NOT eat heavy meats or fats of ANY kind. Fowl, lamb or fish may be taken occasionally. Seafoods, especially oysters (preferably raw), may be taken at most periods. Not too great a quantity of sugars should be taken, and NO white bread. Use rather the whole wheat toasted or rye bread, or even corn bread would be well - or better for the body than the white bread.

19. Also we find it would be most beneficial, just before the periods of elimination through the activities of the genitive system, to use packs of heavy salt across the kidney area, that the activities through the eliminations may be thus released. These would be only applied for a day or two each month, to make for the relaxing of the body.

20. Stimulations with the electrically driven vibrator during the periods when the AL-CAROID is NOT taken will be helpful.

21. Do these and, as we find, we will keep nearer in the normal for the body, and rid those conditions from the system that tend to make for disorders.

22. Ready for questions.

23. (Q) Is there a tumorous growth in the body that would require an operation? (A) Not if these applications and eliminations are kept as we have indicated.

24. (Q) Will the treatments as outlined relieve the gas condition? (A) This is as we have indicated. If we will remove the causes that produce the regurgitation in the duodenum, that produces the activities for the action of the acid in the system, we will relieve these and - well, there won't be any, for we will relieve the condition that causes it!

25. (Q) Would it be well for the better physical condition of the body for it to change its occupation? (A) This depends upon the mental requirements of the body, rather than the physical forces of the body; for if we will adhere to these applications for two or three rounds as indicated, we will have a NORMAL physical body! Thus it will be able from the physical standpoint to carry out any of those activities desired by the body. As to the mental attitudes and that desired or wished by the physical and mental forces, these can be chosen by self.

26. (Q) What can be done to relieve the growth on the chest? (A) If there will be the application of the electrically driven vibrator in those portions of the area along the cerebrospinal system, and the violet ray applied over the areas of the growth, it will disappear.

27. (Q) Is this a cancerous growth? (A) Not a cancerous growth. Only lymph. Do as we have outlined and we will bring the normal conditions for the body, [690], present in this room.
