Time of Reading ..., N.E., 3:00 to 3:25 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. Washington, D.C. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [694], present in this room.

2. Now, as we find, the disturbing conditions in the physical forces of this body that have brought about much of the disturbance, and that disturbance which is produced, do not always indicate the sources or the seat of the disorder. Hence we have something of a combination, and thus producing complications at times; though the condition most always keeps a form of anemia through the system. Hence as to how the waning impulses as to vitality, and at other periods as to how the body apparently quickly revives, and thus causing the conditions that are presented.

3. These, then, are the conditions as we find them with this body, [694] we are speaking of, present in this room:

4. The BLOOD SUPPLY, as indicated, is not always sufficient in its sustaining the vitality necessary for the carrying on of the activities with the resuscitation necessary for the activities of the organs in the body; producing an effect throughout the system as of a tired, aching feeling; heaviness in the lower portion of the cerebrospinal system; heaviness across the hips; gas formations; dizziness in the head; and headaches that disturb the body.

5. These reactions, as we find, are the lack of elements necessary for the keeping of an equilibrium in the system. Hence this disturbance that may be said to be of the metabolism of the system. However, as to the numbers of the white and red blood cells, these through their count we would find would vary considerable in numbers.

6. As to the NERVOUS SYSTEM of the body, here again we find the effects of a condition that has been the cause; and yet, as seen, the effects of much of the disorders are indicated in the nervous system, though there are specific centers in which we will find that a subluxation or an impingement has

694-1 Page 2

added to the disorders - specifically in the coccyx, the 4th lumbar, and in the 6th and 7th dorsal centers. To be sure, the reflexes from these - through the hypogastric and pneumogastric plexus in the upper cervical area - are rather the indications of the disorders in those portions as indicated, rather than being so much the seat or cause.

7. There has been an injury to the coccyx end of the spine that has produced some disorder through the digestive area, through the functioning organs of the pelvis themselves; irritation that is produced in the nervous system through the genitive system. All of these are rather reflex, and with the correction of these the conditions will be overcome. This is a portion of the combination of disorders in the body.

8. In the ORGANS THEMSELVES:

9. Brain forces are very good, and their reactions to the imaginative or sympathetic and cerebrospinal reflexes would be normal.

10. The organs of the sensory system through the activities of the nerve forces are under disorder, though there is not a specific condition.

11. Throat, bronchials, lungs, larynx, show the indication of the disturbed circulation; as does the lymph circulation through the nasal cavity, the facial forces of the body, the head and neck and activities in the glands, the tonsils and forces in the system themselves; but these, as we have given, are indications rather than conditions that will not respond with the proper applications and corrections in the body.

12. The heart's activity, as indicated.

13. Liver, spleen and pancreas, and the activities of the organs there, we find the other part of the condition in which we would bring about corrections to make for the normal forces within the body itself.

14. The elements of the body, or the divisions between the acid and alkalin, the potassiums and the iodines, have not been kept in balance. Hence those conditions in the liver as related to the excretory system and the sedimentary conditions that have existed there, that make for a reflex in the spleen and the pancreas activity, and thus the formation of gases from the improper action of the gastric flow of juices of the stomach itself; though we do not find yet either lacerations, perforations, or ulcerations or caking in the stomach itself proper - but all of these conditions have been indicated at some portion of the distress. Yet these are rather the overflow of the hydrochlorics for the system itself, through the

694-1 Page 3

regurgitation of the impulses as received from sympathetic reaction between the coccyx and lumbar area of the body itself in the digestive period. For during the digestion the flow of blood supply through the active forces through organs of digestion makes for the greater quantity of activity of impulses. This being below normal indicates the activity of lymph circulation through the lower portions of the body, bringing about these distresses - and the lack of proper digestion taking place.

15. The impulses received through the hepatic circulation are from the same condition; the irritation to kidneys, bladder at times, as indicated from the conditions in the pelvis, in the coccyx and lower portions of the cerebrospinal system, that are purely sympathetic - as we find - as yet; though these may become so overtaxed as to produce more serious conditions, but there have been those ministrations to the body in portions that have aided in preventing such from arising.

16. As we find, we would create the balance in the system by adding elements in the system itself not only to create an active force in the building up of these forces for the body but to aid through the glands and the secretions through both the ductless and the duct glands as an active force. Hence we would begin first with this:

17. Take internally small quantities of atomic iodine that may be found in Atomidine, that we may add to the body-functioning that force necessary to keep the cleansing and balancing of the equilibrium through the blood supply. Twice each day, before the morning meal and before retiring, begin with one minim at each dose - in half a glass of water. Every second day increase the quantity one minim twice each day, until there would be taken five minims at each dose twice a day. Then leave off the whole quantity for at least three days. Then begin again with the one minim twice each day and go through the whole routine.

18. We would have those corrections SPECIFICALLY made in the coccyx end of the spine, in the 4th lumbar area, by manipulations either through the neuropathic manner or with adjustments - which means not too great a strain at the time, but RAISING the coccyx end of the spine, making the adjustment from the left to the right side in the 4th lumbar center, and then coordinating all along the spine with the neuropathic treatment - but MAKE the adjustments in the area indicated. These, we would find, would be well to be taken every other day until at least sixteen to eighteen such treatments and adjustments have been made.

19. Also we would be mindful of the diets. Eat sufficient

694-1 Page 4

to expand or dilate the stomach, for its position and its activity depends upon the keeping same in the proper relationships to the active forces of the body itself. We would refrain from eating ANY of the heavy fats or red meat, roast beef or ham at any time. Rather lamb, fowl, fish may be taken.

20. Make these activities in the body and, as we find, by the time there has been at least the second or third round of the Atomidine, for adding to the elements in the system, there should be near normal conditions for this body.

21. Ready for questions.

22. (Q) Will the treatment as suggested relieve the tendency for taking cold? (A) Cold arises from overacidity and the tendency of the slowed circulation, or poor circulation, that has been indicated through the lymph circulation through the head and neck and face. With these corrections, and with the body being so aided by the eliminations of the glands, by the increased circulation through the properties given, well - we will not have a cold this winter!

23. (Q) How can the body overcome insomnia? (A) Insomnia, as is most often seen, arises from the disorders in the nervous system, or the SLOWNESS of the activity of the glands to remain DORMANT when the body is in repose, see? When we have increased the activity of the glands, so there are the rest periods normally of the GLANDS, the insomnia will disappear. These are to make for coordination. Remember, these two conditions are to be met with the various activities: First the conditions in the cerebrospinal system, the coccyx and lumbar area corrections, with the coordination of the centers along the cerebrospinal system, that is at all times an irritation to the sympathetic nervous system, see? And the unbalancing of the gland circulation, that tends to make for the poor circulation and the poor blood supply in the form of the activity, that is to be remedied by the use of the properties that stimulate glands themselves. And in the watching or caring for the diet, keep the body-building. Do that.

PORTION OF THE TREATMENT OUTLINED! EITHER DO ALL THAT IS SUGGESTED OR NONE, else detrimental conditions may result. These are given to work cooperatively one with another, and without the other would not produce the desired effect. If you cannot obtain Atomidine from your local druggist, it can be supplied to you by the Health Home Remedies Co., Box 103, Virginia Beach, Va. But take as directed in the reading. If you let Dr. Wahlen study your reading, I believe she can give the neuropathic and corrective treatments recommended. If any portion is not understood, don't hesitate to ask. We are anxious to help in any way possible.)
