1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [700], and those conditions that disturb the body in the physical and in the mental forces of the body. For these, as we find, are correlated in making for the disturbing factors in the physical body. For in many respects we find physical conditions very good, yet there are impulses and conditions that are exhibiting themselves; and unless these are corrected there must be inhibitions within the functioning system that would later produce greater distresses in the body. And with the correction of certain impulses in the present we will make for a perfectly normal functioning body, relieving many of those conditions that have been and are as a portion but not all that is necessary for bringing normalcy to the body in the present.

2. These, then, are the conditions as we find them in the physical forces of this body, [700] we are speaking of, present in this room:

3. In the BLOOD SUPPLY we find there are both pathological and psychological effects being produced in the various portions of the system, through the repressions or lack of the proper eliminations in the system, from the physical reactions. These make for the distresses that disturb the functioning of the system itself, and through the manner of affecting the circulation through the overacidity that has been and is produced from time to time in the body itself; thus disturbing and making for distortion in the functioning in the organs, as we shall find in the various portions of the system; making for an abnormal pressure in the blood supply, and - as we shall see - affecting the system through THESE pressures also that are produced.

4. In the NERVOUS SYSTEM we find very high-tensioned, most through the worry, most through the mental activities. Hence the sensory system and the sympathetic organisms

700-1 Page 2

become the greater involved, though in specific centers we find there are conditions where the pressure on the nerves produces the condition rather than the nervous forces being the cause. There are effects, then, in various portions, and disturbances through the sympathetic system being causes in the way of being contributory measures to the physical forces or pathological effects that are brought about in the body.

5. As to the functioning ORGANS themselves, as we find:

6. The brain forces are very good, yet these disturbances as indicated - through the activities in the impulses as applied in a physical sense to the organs of the sensory system - bring the distresses in face, head, and in those activities in the sensory system - as in the auditory forces that are disturbed, producing buzzing and heaviness in ears at times; the taste and the activities of the organs of the throat and head become involved sympathetically - as in those areas in the throat, the nasal cavity, the soft tissue of the face at times. These become involved, as has been indicated, both from an effect in the nervous system and as a contributory cause to the pathological effects in other portions of the system.

7. Bronchials, lungs, larynx, are very good; though the pressures make for the shortness of breath at times in overexcitement or overactivity. And this is as a result of an impeded circulation to those portions of the system; that is, the head and neck - as has been indicated - through the repressions there, and are both causes and effects. Lungs are very good.

8. Heart's action, as indicated, a sympathetic condition; though not of any organic disturbance.

9. The digestive area or stomach, and its contributory activity to the digestive system - we have rather a nervous digestion, yet producing a tendency towards conditions of an acidity in the system, that becomes detrimental not only to the blood supply but as poisons for the system that have made for engorgements in a portion of the colon itself, that produces pressure, forming gases at times and producing other disorders and disturbances. Also we find the tendency for accumulations in the areas of the gall duct or bladder it self, as a sedimentary condition; not affecting, as yet, in such natures or measures as to make for other than a discomfort, yet with these attendant conditions in the ascending colon, as we find, unless these are corrected they must eventually bring physical distresses that would be more than a measure to cope with. And with the acidity, we find the tendencies for the pressures in the bladder and

700-1 Page 3

disorders in the organs of the pelvis themselves are as sympathetic conditions in the physical forces of this body, [700] we are speaking of.

10. Then, in meeting the needs of the physical conditions in the body at the present, we find first these as those conditions that would bring not only relief in the immediate but the preventive for disorders that arise - as has been indicated - from impulses being created by the disturbance both in the functional system and in the effect as produced upon organs themselves in specific conditions:

11. For the first month we would have at least two high colonic irrigations. This would not only remove the pressures in the ascending colon area but relieve those pressures that make for the lack of the proper digestive forces in the system itself; and also relieve the pressures in the blood supply and make for a cleansing that will revivify that assimilated for the proper distributions through the system. Then these would be taken about once a month for one or two; then once for every two months - until TWO or three more are taken.

12. Also we would be mindful of the diets for the body. Be rather warned against white breads at ANY time, for these create for the body - under the conditions that exist - the tendency for the disturbance not only in the stomach itself proper but for those accumulations and the lack of the proper activity and circulation through the hepatics; for these make pressures in the system. Then, only use whole wheat, corn bread at times (this preferably scalded or properly made egg bread), or - of course - the rye; and these toasted - NOT the white breads.

13. We also find that pastries or sweets should be materially reduced in the associations of the system.

14. After the meals we would use, morning and evening, the ALCAROID; quarter teaspoonful in a whole glass of water. This would be helpful to making for the proper assimilations.

15. We would preferably use the activities of the VIBRATIONS from the electrically driven vibrator at least once each day, preferably as the body is ready to retire. The treatment should be extended from the base of the brain to the end of the spine, along the cerebrospinal system.

16. With these conditions followed, we will find we will bring the reliefs to this body, [700].

17. Ready for questions.

18. (Q) How can I save my home and overcome the unhappy condition that has almost wrecked me? (A) This, to be sure, can only be accomplished first in the

700-1 Page 4

controlling of self and of self's emotions, that have been magnified by the associations and the activities in the experience of the body. For, through those regular channels that are set for the financial activities or associations in the body may this portion be attained. But in the mental attitudes, the mental associations, know first (and repeat this in self until there is the conviction and the knowledge within self that it is a portion of thine OWN experience): NOTHING, physically, mentally or spiritually, may be taken FROM thee that is truly thine, that thou hast gained through thine own mental and spiritual activity - lest thou ALONE cast it aside!

19. (Q) How can I regain my voice as a singer? (A) Those conditions in the physical that have prevented, do prevent the full activity of the attributes of the body, WILL be restored in the CORRECTING of the physical disturbances of the body. Then by singing or pouring out the soul; not to be seen of others, not to satisfy alone self's own laudation or even audition, but as to make - THROUGH the application of self - that channel which will bring to others something that is helpful and hopeful in their OWN experience. And this will bring to self, to others, CONTENTMENT and peace and harmony, as little else can. Not for self; for others!

20. (Q) Shall I go to Francis and live with him? (A) Weigh these conditions well in thine own experience. As we see in the present, it would be well. Keep that faith, that simplicity of trust that thou once had in those influences within self that prompted thee in thine activities; and ye shall find - will find - that His strength, that comes to those who put their trust in Him, may be truly within. Get self and self's own material desires rather in that position of being used as helpfulness, hopefulness to others, and thou wilt find rest from the strifes, the turmoils that have disturbed the mental body. For the abilities are within thee, the opportunities are before thee; turn them not aside. Give the body and all its attributes a more perfect channel of beauty of expression in all thine associations with others, and ye will find ye have made a choice that will bring happiness in thine experience.

21. (Q) What channel shall I choose at this time? (A) Only that which may be found in those promises that have come from Him who is able to keep that we may commit unto Him against any experience in a material life, "If ye

700-1 Page 5

love me, ye will keep my commandments, and I will come and abide with thee," that ye may HAVE in THINE experience that which will bring the greater knowledge of the love of the Christ life in thine experience.

22. We are through. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file (You are already familiar with hydrotherapy; methods of high colonic irrigations; take AS directed in reading. Alcaroid is a digestant powder manufactured by The American Ferment Co., but I think you can obtain it from any drug store. The electrically driven vibrator, as you perhaps know, is a hand machine that may be purchased and used at home; or it may be given for you by any who use such appliances. Let us hear how you get along. We are interested in your welfare. GD.)
