Time of Reading 10:30 to 10:55 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Virginia. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [713].

2. Now, as we find, while the body-physical is very good in many respects, there are conditions the correction of which will prevent the arising of disturbances to the better physical functioning; making for a better body for the activities in this experience.

3. In these conditions, as we find, there are disturbances in the circulatory system as produced by definite physical conditions. There are those effects from outside influences that have caused specific reactions, that with the combination of disorders bring distress to the physical functioning of the body.

4. These, then, are the conditions as we find them with this body, [713] we are speaking of, present in this room:

5. In the BLOOD SUPPLY we find a condition that is both the cause and result of specific and sympathetic disorders; a deep circulation with a poorer capillary or superficial circulation. Hence an incoordination in the metabolism of the system. And these, as we find, bring to the body at times disturbances in portions where injuries to the body for activities of a circulation, as through the bronchi and lungs, make for distresses and pressures at times that need the specific relaxation of the body; that tend to make for congestions in areas of the body that in turn at times bring effective forces in the physical activities of the system.

6. The blood pressure, then, is abnormal; the deep circulation and the superficial - or in the lymph and capillary - making for disturbances that unbalance the division of the blood supply itself. Hence we have those reactions to the system from these conditions.

7. In the NERVE SYSTEM we find from outward appearance this is very good in most of its activities, but the

713-1 Page 2

incoordination between the circulations of the system - and the forces that make for the activity through the sympathetics - so that we have certain portions and conditions that respond in the system in such ways and manners as to make for a great deal of disorder or distress to the body. For these through pressures, whether atmospheric or conditions that arise from congestion, cold or poisons, bring about distresses in the manner in which the organs of the body will function with the conditions of the system. As indicated in the body itself in the respiratory system, though no ORGANIC disorders in the lungs themselves, there ARE those pressures that make for a filling of the bronchi and the lobes here to the throat and the head, that at times give disorders - which is purely a reflex or sympathetic condition, and of the nature from the activities in the sympathetic nervous system.

8. As to the ORGANS of the body itself:

9. Brain forces and their distribution through the system are very good. The discernments of the physical activities, of the brain forces with the exterior forces, are very good.

10. The organs of the sensory system, we find, show reflexes that at times give disorder. This is rather from the disturbances in the circulation itself.

11. In the throat, bronchi, lungs, larynx, and in the soft tissues of the face - these at times give disturbances, or make for disturbances through this poor superficial or the return circulation to the lungs, the liver and the heart. And, we shall see, the disturbance arises more from the activities in the digestive system, or the excretory functionings of the organ of the liver itself, than from other portions of the body. For these, as we find, make for those conditions that become contributory and at the same time are the basis of the conditions that make for the disturbance in this body, [713] we are speaking of.

12. In the gall duct area and in the left lobe of the liver itself we find the SPECIFIC disorders. These produce, then, the effects as these in the system:

13. Those tendencies for the slow activity of the peristaltic movement first through the eliminations, or the alimentary canal. These, then, make for the accumulations - or the slowing up of the circulation through this portion; raising, then, the pressure in the activities to the blood supply itself, FORCING - then - more of the circulation through the head, through the throat, the bronchials, the larynx, and all those portions of the system; making for those pressures there and producing accumulations in the colon - in the transverse area an engorgement that makes for

713-1 Page 3

the disturbances through the assimilations of the system. These conditions in the colon area, then, as we find, arise reflexly from the disturbances in the lacteal ducts, in the gall duct, in the activities of the pancreas and spleen in its association with those conditions for the assimilations of the body.

14. Then, in meeting the needs of the conditions for this body, [713] we are speaking of; first we would begin as with this:

15. We would use the high enemas or colonic irrigations for the REMOVAL of the tendencies for this accumulation arising from the conditions in the body itself. Now these are, as indicated, effects; these are not causes. Hence we are beginning with the effects that have been created in the system. We would not have these colonics too often. At least let a week be between the first two, and two weeks before the next, then three weeks before the next - which SHOULD be sufficient to have reduced or altered or changed these activities.

16. Also we would begin taking internally the properties found in Atomidine, that will act with the GLANDS (all of them), specifically with the thyroid, the lacteal, the adrenals, the caecum area, and the glands that function through the activities; STIMULATING to activity the conditions in the liver, in the pancreas, in the spleen, through the change it creates by this vibration in the system; changing the pulsations in the system, so that those tendencies of the tired, dull feeling that comes over the body will be relieved - that comes from taxation in any form or manner. These properties would be given in this way and manner: Begin the first day with one minim twice each day, before breakfast and before retiring, in half a glass of water. Increase one minim a day until five minims are being taken twice each day. Then leave off for at least four days. Then begin again with one minim twice each day. These would be continued for at least four or five different rounds, but never more than the five minims twice each day before beginning over again on the next round.

17. We would begin with the CORRECTIVE movements of the cerebro- spinal centers where there are those segmentations that prevent the proper flow of the impulses between the sympathetic and cerebrospinal nerve force; making corrections specifically in the 3rd and 4th dorsal area, coordinating the cervical area with corrections in the upper dorsal, making the massages in the lumbar area to aid in the eliminations that would be begun.

18. In the diet, beware of sweets and of red meats. Keep a

713-1 Page 4

well-balanced diet, that makes for the building of blood, that makes for coordination in the system.

19. Do these, and we will find we will bring the NORMAL conditions for this body.

20. We would take the manipulations and adjustments twice each week for the first three weeks; then once each week for another two weeks; then we would rest a period; then we would begin again.

21. Ready for questions.

22. (Q) Will my present physical condition prevent me from having a complete, satisfactory, intimate married relationship? (A) No. If these activities will be carried out as indicated, there will be brought a NORMAL physical condition for the body.

23. (Q) What would you suggest to reduce my large stomach? (A) If we will use these same treatments outlined, being mindful of the diet, the whole avoirdupois will be changed; for we will change the circulation throughout!

24. (Q) Any further advice about the diet? (A) As indicated, beware of red meats and too much sweets. In the rest we would keep a well-balanced diet. Not too many potatoes; if you eat potatoes eat the jackets and not that from the inside, see? Very little of the potato. No fried foods at all. Otherwise, keep a well-balance, and we will find better conditions for this body.

25. (Q) Any further advice? (A) In the mental and spiritual forces of the body, let that be kept in mind as of a constructive influence; making within self the purposes, the aims, the desires for making all whom the body physically or mentally contacts the BETTER, thinking better of themselves and of their desires, their purposes in life. As one give out, so does one find in self the increase in the outlook for the more optimistic, the more worth while, the more purposeful self. Do that.

26. We are through for the present. [Immediately following above reading [713-1], Mr. [713] said he was very pleased and relieved: "Boy, you are a wizard - that's all I can say!" He told us he had been taking prostate massages - he expects to get married next month and was worried over his physical condition.] Copy to Self " " Ass'n file
