Time of Reading 4:00 to 4:15 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Fla. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [714].
2. Now, as we find, the disturbing factors in the general physical forces of the body are being taken care of in a very NATURAL way and manner. Yet, as we find, there are not the proper precautions taken respecting the diet for this body in its developing body and its mental and physical reactions to the conditions that have disturbed it through the rather malnutrition, or the excesses of the effects of certain forces or influences in the body.
3. Beware of SWEETS! And let a portion of the diet at least two or three times each week be liver (calves' or pigs' liver) - broiled, not fried and tripe.
4. Take those exercises for the body that are rather the setting-up exercises. These should be taken consistently MORNING and EVENING.
5. Keep in the open.
6. Keep plenty of the foods that are well-balanced with the vitamins necessary for normal developments.
7. And we will bring for this body a much NEARER normal physical, mental and spiritual development, [714].
8. Ready for questions.
9. (Q) What can the mother do to help her? (A) Be rather consistent, and let the activities of the mother and the child be more of the COMPANIONATE nature! Make for one another rather the COMPANIONABLE expressions between each. Do not have secrets, or this or that thing, not spoken of between the two!
10. (Q) In what part of the country would she have the best health and develop most in body and mind? (A) As indicated, the present surroundings are WELL!
11. (Q) Is the school she is now attending the right kind? (A) Very good. VERY good.
12. (Q) From what doctor could we secure best medical aid in St. Petersburg?
714-1 Page 2
(A) As we find, it is not NECESSARY for any PARTICULAR medical aid at present. When it's needed, ask Thomason! (?) [GD's note 6/30/65: He could have said Thompson. D. Carl Thompson, D.C., of Selma, Ala., had previously lived in Fla., and might have referred them to someone.] [GD's note: This may not be the correct spelling of the doctor's name, but that is what it sounded like.]
