1. EC: Now, the conditions as we find with this body are somewhat changed from that which we have had here before. While there is still much to be desired in corrections that would make for a more uniform activity of the vitality in the system, there are some improvements. There are naturally those changes coming about in the activity of glands, in the activity of the organs of the system. With these, and with the general nervous strain and that which may be said to be the temperament of the body, there is needed special attention at certain periods of the activity of the body, at least.
2. As we find in the present, these would be the more desirable activities for the body:
3. First, we would give that it is desirable to have plenty of air, light, and yet heat for the body, during its rest periods.
4. There should be also of mornings the warm or tepid bath, with a cold shower afterward, and a brisk rubdown especially along the spine. This should be adhered to; for these sudden changes or these conditions will prevent a great deal of this tendency towards languidness, as well as creating much better appetite or an appetizing effect for the whole activity of the body.
5. We would find that each day the application of the Radio- Active Appliance to opposite poles or opposite sides of the body will be most beneficial in stimulating an equalized circulation.
6. As to the diet itself, we would make something of an addition or some changes in the present. We would have at least three or four times each week the liver extract; as we find, preferably that prepared by Valentine, or Valentine's Liver Juice, but not with the iron in the beginning - rather without same. This would be taken, of course, rather as medicinal properties. In the diet we would keep close to those foods that are body, blood and nerve building; such

as:
7. Mornings - there would be an alteration from day to day between cooked hot cereal (whole wheat, or whole wheat and barley) and citrus fruit juices; but do not take take the gruel or the cooked cereal WITH the citrus fruit juices at the same meal. Also we would have either a coddled egg or a poached egg or the like, but not too much or very little of the white of same; more of the yolk of same; or these may be stirred well together (the yolks of eggs) and made as an omelette - plain omelette, or mixed at times with very crisp bacon that has been crumbled before being mixed with same. Ovaltine or milk. Also preferably have whole wheat toast, or buckwheat cakes with honey. Any or all of these maybe taken, except do not take the gruel or cereal AND citrus fruits at the same meal; change these about. It is preferable to combine orange juice and lemon juice; for this particular body, half or a teaspoonful of the lemon juice to a glass full of orange juice; the grapefruit juice, pineapple and pineapple juices - all of these are well for the body.
8. In between the morning and noon meal we would have a malt drink, or a combination drink, which would make for body- building; such as in the combinations of cereals made with dried milk, as would be in those combinations that may be taken at such periods.
9. Noons - preferably either the flesh of fowl or of fish, but this never fried; preferably roasted or broiled. After same may be vegetable juices or meat juices, and these would be as a combination for it.
10. In the afternoon we would have again a malt drink.
11. Evenings - a well-balanced vegetable diet.
12. Keep the exercises in the open, and let these be not too much of running but a great deal of the bending, dancing, and those exercises that make for the stretching of the body; but not so violently as to cause the overtaxation to the body.
13. These kept, as we find, would bring the bettered conditions for the body.
14. Have periods of three days each when one to two minims of Atomidine would be taken morning and evening, and then a week period of rest or leaving off between such three day periods of taking same. Repeat the Atomidine periods for at least three, four or five rounds, and we will find better conditions for this body of [714].
15. In the mental attitudes of the body, those that are of the artistic, or of the temperaments towards those things of an artistic nature, should be rather not only the nominal

exercises but the recreational exercise, in reading, in activity; and these will bring the better forces for the body.
16. (Q) Why does she seem so depressed and seems to be actually suffering - (A) (Interrupting) Suppressions.
17. We are through with this reading. Copy to Mother " " Ass'n file (See letter [which was enclosed] to The Reilly Service. See booklet [which was also enclosed] explaining Atomidine.)
