Time of Reading 3:35 to 4:00 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.Y. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [716]; this we have had before.

2. Now that there are those experiences in the mental attitude of the body, that may with the holding of same bring responses to the physical forces, we may give that which we find will be helpful to this body.

3. Now, we find there are hindrances to the better physical functioning, and these - while having been produced by those not intentionally - in the activative forces that were to make for the breaking up of conditions in the body - have made for the severing of muscular forces that have made for such a ligament or tissue formation in ligaments as to hinder the proper responses being made through the coordinating of muscular forces, locomotory forces, activative forces in portions of the system.

4. As we find, with care and consistency, and with being hopeful, prayerfully consistent, we may bring conditions that will be much improved from the present conditions.

5. While there might be much given as to that which has caused or produced the conditions, these should be rather viewed by the entity, the body [716], in this attitude: "The physical conditions that have come upon me are those most necessary for my own soul's development." While there have been periods of antagonism and of belittling self, making for the berating of the circumstance, the conditions that have come upon self, know that these conditions have given thee the opportunity to see that in it all there has been given the privilege for others to express in their activity the true spirit of love, that creative influence that is worshiped by man as God. And these in thine own self and in thine own mind, in thine own body, then, can quicken that which will make for thine own self, thine own

716-2 Page 2

body, thine own mind, being and manifesting that same influence in the lives of those that thou may meet, that thou may contact day by day. Yea, they may bring to thee - with thine own inspiration, thine OWN intuitive forces, by applying them in thine own experience - such creative influences, such creative energies, as to RENEW thy strength. For His promises have been given; "Those that love me will I renew, even as the strength of the unicorn, as the flight of the eagle, and thy days and thy habitation shall be called blessed by those that know thee."

6. Then, use those influences in the material world. For ALL force, all power that is manifested in a material world can and only does come from that universal force, that creative energy we worship as God; that which we may renew in its proper associations, its proper activities and relations to self, that which not only builds a physical body, that builds a strong determination for a usefulness in thine own mental body, but makes for that beauty in the soul development that will bear thee up in thy periods of destructive influences that come. The shadows and thy fears that make men afraid will be cast away, for "If ye will be my children, I will be your God" has been the promise to all. And "I will bear thee up lest at any time ye dash your foot against a stone."

7. Then, in making application, my son, of these things in thine own experience, approach them not with fear and trembling; rather as that which is thy birthright. "Seek and ye shall find; knock and it shall be opened unto you." For THIS day there is set in thine own experience that which, if thou will apply in thine own material body, thine own material experience, will RENEW thee even as His promises have been.

8. In the physical body we find, then, we find it necessary for the adding to same in such measures, in such a way and manner that we may bring to the nerve tendons, to the lymph and blood circulation, that which will carry into and through the locomotories of the body the abilities in the centers for that strength - which will make those portions in the lumbar and sacral areas, in the heart's action, in all the activities of the body, able to RENEW their strength. Then, as thou hast shown thine self patient in a few things, so may the reward be - in that thou forgivest those that have despitefully (unintentionally) used thee - that thou wilt come to the knowledge, to the understanding in thine inner self, as to be brought to that activity wherein each individual that knows thee will feel better for having known thee, and will know that strength is awakened

716-2 Page 3

which comes from the renewing of the associations of the soul with the Creative Forces.

9. Then, make these applications in the present, in that of thine strength. Begin with these to be taken only alternately each day into the system, those properties that create the balance for the elemental forces that connect or keep for the renewing of the vitality and the strength in the nerve impulse itself. Thus may the ganglia be built up, that the strength in the organs themselves may be gained, that the revivifying influences will give for thine inner self that which will create that which will build in the body - as thou holdest to that thou knowest within thine inner self that He, the Giver of all good and perfect gifts, is renewing thy strength and thy life within thee; and that thou wilt use same in His service so long as the days are given unto thee for thy activities in this material world. And we will find STRENGTH being built in thine body as the stamina in the steel. And as that in the vital forces renews thy vitality in thine body, use thy mental self.

10. Begin, then, with this: Prepare two solutions in this manner, and keep them separate. First solution: Chloride of Gold, 1 grain, to 1 ounce of distilled water. Second solution: Bicarbonate of Soda, 10 grains, to 1 ounce of distilled water.

11. One morning before the meal, take 1 minim of the Gold solution and 3 minims of the Soda solution in half a glass of water.

12. The next morning take 1 minim of atomic iodine, in that called Atomidine.

13. The influences that will be brought into the system from this combination will build for the activities of the glands those principles necessary. For know that even in these elements there are the active principles that are a portion of that living force that may be found in thine inner self, that will quicken those destructive forces that have hindered the replenishing of those nerve ends to act through the body in such a way as to give the strength to same. These properties would be taken in this manner, one combination one day and one the next, for ten days. Then discontinue for three days, so that we have the reaction of same. Then begin again and take for ten days. Then have a rest period of three days. Then begin again, but on this round take in this manner:

14. One day (morning before breakfast) take 2 minims of the Gold solution and 6 minims of the Soda solution in half a glass of water.

15. The next day take 2 minims of Atomidine instead of 1, in

716-2 Page 4

half a glass of water.

16. Continue in this manner for the ten day period, with a rest period of three days; then repeat it again.

17. Begin also in the beginning with a massage across the lumbar, the sacral, these areas, with a compound that there may be made the activities through the portions of the body where the incisions or the scar tissue and conditions have hindered the proper recuperations. Such a massage with this compound would act with those things which we have suggested to be taken internally, that are to act upon the organs and the functioning of organs and glands and the system itself, to create the necessary influence for not only the removal of these tissues, not only the replenishing activities, but to build strength and stamina in the body. The compound for massaging would be prepared in this manner:

18. To 6 ounces of Witchhazel as the carrier, add (in the order named): Oil Of Mustard........................20 minims, Oil of Wintergreen.................1 1/2 ounces, Oil Of Cedar Wood......................1 ounce, Kerosene, or Coal Oil..................2 ounces, Oil of Pine (NOT Pine Needles).........1 ounce, Sassafras Oil..........................1 dram.

19. These, of their natural state, separate. Shake the solution together before a portion would be applied to the body. Use only sufficient that will be absorbed by the body at any one period. Massage this in, from the 9th dorsal to the end of the spine; also across the groin and the abdomen, but not more than will be absorbed by the body. Do not RUB too hard, else we will produce a rash or a tendency for too great an irritation. Use a gentle, circular massage, so that the body absorbs that which is applied.

20. Into the lower extremities, from the base of the sciatic nerve and the back portion principally - but, of course, include the whole circular motions along the lower limbs, massage a combination of equal parts Olive Oil and Tincture of Myrrh. Heat the oil to add the myrrh. This will make for STRENGTHENING in the muscular forces, even as those activities in the other portions.

21. Do these not as rote, but rather SEEING and KNOWING that there is being added that helpful, that creative influence within thine self that will give thee thine rightful place, thine own personal activity in the affairs of the world in thine associations with thine brothers.

22. And after doing these for FIFTY days, we will give thee further instructions.
