Time of Reading 11:25 to 11:30 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Ohio. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: In many respects, as we find, conditions show a more optimistic outlook in a general manner. However, the abilities for locomotion are still disturbed, and those activities that would make for the moving of same.

2. As we find, it would be well, with the corrections that have been indicated and which have been administered for some time, to turn these more to those centers where eliminations may be set up. That is, in the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th cervical; in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th dorsal; as well as along the locomotory centers or the axis in the lumbar area.

3. Then we find that it would be MOST helpful to the body in the present state to have the use of the diathermy from thirty minutes to an hour about once a week. But unless the centers as indicated are stimulated for the eliminations, we find that the diathermy would tend to make for soreness. However, if the corrections are applied in the manner indicated, each day or every other day, the diathermy then about once a week, we find that these should continue to make for the greater improvements.

4. These will allow the electrical forces from the low form of electrical vibration to become more effective with the circulatory forces of the body; thus making for the better conditions.

5. Ready for questions.

6. (Q) Where and how should the diathermy be applied? (A) To the cerebrospinal system and to the trunk portion of the body, as would be given in the regular treatment with the diathermy. Do not have the diathermy of too high a frequency when it is applied. Have rather the LOW than the high, see?

7. (Q) Why do I lack my equilibrium? (A) The incoordination between the vegetative or sympathetic and the cerebrospinal systems; the inability to give sufficient stamina for the locomotory activities to be

normal.

8. (Q) Will I walk again? (A) This depends upon the manner in which the body responds to those applications indicated. But as we find, if these are done consistently, you will!

9. (Q) Should all present treatments be continued? (A) Some altered as indicated, and some added.

10. (Q) Any further suggestions? (A) Keep in the optimistic frame of mind. Make the PREPARATIONS, as it were, in the mental forces, for a useful service to the Creative Forces; as the body has the opportunity in its speech and in its activity for the constructive forces. And we will find these will add much to the body. Think more along the spiritual lines. KNOW that the health and the strength and the powers are His. USE them in His service.
