Time of Reading 3:10 to 3:30 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.J. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [718].
2. Now, as we find, the general physical conditions of the body are very good. Rather would there be the warnings respecting the tendencies in the physical forces of the body, the correction of which in the present would make for more activative forces in keeping the mental and physical force in accord with that which may make for the greater mental and spiritual developments in the present.
3. These, then, are conditions as we find them with this body, [718] we are speaking of, present in this room:
4. In the BLOOD SUPPLY we find there are the tendencies for too great a quantity in the activative forces of the system, which tend to raise or increase the pressure in the system; making for the system's attaining to those conditions which make for smothering conditions of the organs through the gatherings or accumulations in the system. This is the greater portion of the condition wherein the body should be warmed concerning; for should this increase to such an extent as to make for the active forces in the heart's action, this would cause then measures to be taken that would make for acute conditions.
5. As to the NERVE FORCES of the body, these we find very good in the general conditions of the system.
6. The ORGANS themselves:
7. Brain forces are very good.
8. In the disseminations, the differentiations, those abilities or faculties as with the sensory system, make for the intuitive activities through the body itself, that show the discernments and those responses to same are above the normal.
9. In the organs of the sensory system do we find this heaviness of the blood flow at times, making for those tendencies where the organs of the hearing, the organs of

sight at times - not because of age or the activities, other than the impairments. These are only tendencies, and are accompanied with those periods when at times there is the filling in the ear as of sound; there are those periods when the eyes give some disorder.
10. The throat, bronchi, lungs, larynx - too full is the flow of the lymph to the head, making for those conditions that disturb at times.
11. The teeth need some local attention. This is from those activities that come from the natural developments or natural consequences of activities in the system.
12. In the lungs, the flow of blood there is good.
13. The heart's action, as indicated - to which the greater attention should be taken as respecting the activity or flow of the circulatory system through the body, though not as yet any organic disturbances; only those reflexes as indicated.
14. Digestive system is very good.
15. Those activities in the pancreas with the spleen is another condition wherein those excesses of the system in the activities of the glands through the functioning of assimilations tend to make those tendencies towards too great an avoirdupois at times; making for those accumulations in portions of the body that become excessive to the activity of the circulatory system.
16. The reflexes that make for these in the lower portion of the body, the heaviness of the body on the feet at times, making for periods when the disturbing of the circulation makes for that tendency of the body to find self growing tired in its activities, in the physical forces.
17. Then, in meeting the needs of those conditions for the PREVENTIVE measures, rather than for curative forces; for as we find the indications are as given:
18. Local application or attention, of course, should be maintained with the teeth.
19. Then we would aid the circulatory system by adding the low form of electrical vibration in the Radio-Active Appliance (plain), that would be attached to the body for thirty minutes to an hour each day; for periods of two to three weeks at a time, with a rest period of two to three days between each.
20. The diet should be kept in those ways known best by the body, that does not make for excesses in the accumulations of those increases in the body.
21. Do these; and we will make for the better conditions for this body, [718].
22. Ready for questions.
718-1 Page 3
23. (Q) Are the glands of the body functioning normally? (A) There are those tendencies as indicated, of the glands in the circulatory area, through the assimilation, through the lacteal area; those in the liver with the pancrean effects are in excess. Hence the necessity of equalizing same through the Radio-Active attachments to the extremities, that will make - with the differentiations in the activities in the diet - an equalizing of the conditions; for if this outline is followed we can find a decrease in the circulatory pressure and a decrease in the weight WITHOUT making for detrimental conditions to the body!
24. (Q) Would a change of occupation [from managing rest home] overcome the periods of depression, irritability and neurasthenia? (A) These, of course, are more the activities of the irritations in the mental forces as related to the responses in the sympathetic system. And a change in such would make for a more PLEASANT condition; for the tendencies are towards the reactory forces in the system to make for a repression in the imaginative, in the intuitive forces of the body. Those, then, that would tend toward research in any field of activity, whether in the archaeological or in the PRINTING - or rather in the nature of conditions of individuals that have changed the thought and the activities of the world in art or literature; or in those that pertain to any of the applied arts as related to LIFE in its HOME environment.
25. (Q) Has an event which happened five years ago anything to do with my present lack of enthusiasm and tendency to delay getting at my painting? (A) Rather tended to make for the inclinations for putting off; as well as has that of the neglect to self in making for the environs that are more in accord with the innate expressions of self. These might be found by going more into the inmost or soul development of the entity. For the soul forces seek expression, and these find the outlets rather in those fields of art and research.
26. (Q) If so, why should I make subconscious suggestions to myself that prevent me from making the best of myself? (A) These are the natural consequences of physical reactions in the body, or the eternal battle between material and spiritual influences.
27. (Q) Would Christian Science help me? (A) Christian Science would be beneficial to the body. ANY research into ANY activity. Rather in that research of same
718-1 Page 4
in its application to others, rather than to self, would be the more beneficial.
28. (Q) Should my tonsils be removed again? (A) Rather would we have those vibrations created for the system to change the flow of circulation; and these, as we find, would not disturb the body.
29. (Q) What is the condition of the appendix? (A) As we find, near normal. There are those heavinesses as indicated through those portions of the system where the greater disturbance arises, from the lacteal ducts and the pancrean and spleen functionings. But with the change in diet, the change in the vibratory forces in the system as would be created by the low electrical vibrations through the Radio-Active Appliance, there would be created a better balance. We do not find any disturbance there of an acute or even sympathetic nature, save for pressures.
30. (Q) Are there any other suggestions for better physical or mental development? (A) Let those influences in the intuitive activities of the mental and emotional body be rather in the control, than allowing same to be continually submerged by the mental on account of material or physical forces that surround the body. For these in their expression may bring to the body that awakening within self that is constantly seeking expression.
