Time of Reading 3:30 to 3:50 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. L.I., N.Y. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [734], present in this room.

2. Now, while we find the general physical forces of the body very good, there are those tendencies and disturbances in the physical forces of the body the correction of which would make for a much better and much nearer normal conditions.

3. These disturbances, as we find, are as those periods of disorder or uneasiness; bringing for the system tendencies for accumulations in the circulation to find themselves in a pocket like. Not as tumors, not as the formations of same; but as plethora conditions that exist in portions of the circulation - which are only lymph accumulations - produced by the taxness that exists in the functioning of the organs of the pelvis and for the lower digestive system. Hence we have those accumulations there in the attempts of the body to make for an equalizing of the circulation through these portions of the system.

4. Then, these are the conditions as we find them with this body, [734] we are speaking of, present in this room:

5. The BLOOD SUPPLY we find very good. At times there is this excess in the flow of same, creating the metabolism that is unbalanced and making abnormal pressures in the heart's action or in the general circulation, from the lack of equalization; producing those tendencies for periods when the extremtities become inactive or NUMB - as it were - or slow in the circulation, as if asleep; or these portions in the locomotories, whether in the arm or lower extremities, experience a heaviness, and pains through the muscular forces at times. These are the tendencies in those portions indicated, where there are the tendencies for the accumulation.

734-1 Page 2

6. As to the NERVOUS SYSTEMS, these are very good in the ordinary conditions of the body. But with these tendencies there are periods when the coordination between the circulation in the upper and lower hepatics makes for distresses to the organs of the eliminations; thus making for periods when there is a heaviness, or an activity in the kidneys and bladder that makes for irritations to the body - or as distresses for same. This is from the tendency for the accumulations, and through the pressure on the nerve system at such times there are those activities that are as distress to the whole of the nerve system.

7. In the functioning of the ORGANS themselves:

8. Brain forces are very good.

9. Activities through the sensory organism - as in the ear, nose and throat - we find periods when these have an accentuated activity; or the auditory forces make for ringings - or tendencies in the ears for sounds. These are sympathetic conditions, either in those or in the facial portions of the body - where the sympathetic circulation through the soft tissue of the face becomes at times IRRITATED. Not as the excess, but sympathetic conditions.

10. Throat, bronchi, lungs and larynx - these are very good in their circulation, when we consider the general conditions.

11. Heart's action, as indicated, is a sympathetic and not an organic disturbance; but with those pressures in those portions of the colon, where there is an accentuation of the activities of those distresses in the lower hepatic circulation, there is produced a pressure in the area - but a sympathetic and reflex condition.

12. Digestive system, generally very good; though we find periods when we have rather that of the sympathetic indigestion - periods when there is no desire for food, or others when there is an excess; yet at those periods when there is an excess the digestion is not so good.

13. In the other portions of the system we find as indicated in the general conditions of the body.

14. Then, as we find - to make for the better reactions through this system, to create a greater balance and a more normal activity, to create a more normal weight - or to prevent those tendencies for the excesses at times to become disordered or disturbing to the factors of the body that would create the better balance, in making for the organs of the pelvis a more perfect or normal activity, to relieve the distress occurring at times in the hepatic circulation - we would:

15. Have prepared and use the Radio-Active Appliance, plain;

734-1 Page 3

not in the evening or at night, but rather as the body rests - as it should - during the day, whether morning or afternoon - have the regular rest periods. As the body rests, then attach same to the body to the extremities; for a period of thirty to sixty minutes each day - and when the attachment is made first to the right wrist, the other attachment would be to the left ankle; while the next day the attachment would be first to the left wrist and then to the right ankle. Be rather consistent with this, if there would be brought the more perfect coordinations.

16. Also we would prepare a compound as follows, to be taken internally:

17. To 4 ounces of Compound Simple Syrup, add: Tincture of Valerian..................1 ounce, Elixir of Calisaya..................1/2 ounce, 10% solution Iodide of Potassium.....20 minims, 10% solution Bromide Potassium.......40 minims, Tincture of Capsici...................3 minims. Shake this together before the dose is taken, which would be one-half teaspoonful in half a glass of water two or three times each day. This would be dependent upon the nervousness that is felt from within. And especially during those periods when there should be the normal eliminations or activities throughout the whole system, if it becomes necessary, if these properties are taken every two or three hours - or three hours apart - it will quiet the body and make for the better circulation, the better elimination; quieting the whole general system.

18. Doing these, as we find, would bring for the body the better and more normal conditions.

19. As to the matter of the diet throughout, we would keep those things that make for less and less of an acid system; more of the alkalin reacting foods, such as would be found in this as an outline - these not ALL, but as an outline:

20. Mornings - citrus fruit juices, or at times with the pulp of same. Do not have citrus fruit and cereal, either cooked or dry, at the same meal; though cereals may be taken at some periods. With either of these there may be taken coddled egg, soft boiled eggs - PREFERABLY without the white, only the yolk of same taken. Whole wheat toast, little or no butter, but coffee - preferably that without the tannic acid, or a cereal drink.

21. Let one meal each day, whether in the noon or evening meal, be only of GREEN vegetables RAW - all raw! Or a portion of the time at this meal there may be used broth, or

734-1 Page 4

vegetable juices, or the like.

22. At the other meal there should be a well balanced vegetable diet; preferably three of those that grow above the ground to one below the ground, and two of the leafy vegetables to one of the pod variety.

23. Keeping these, we will find the body will grow to a near NORMAL condition.

24. Ready for questions.

25. (Q) What causes the pain in the back? (A) Those pressures as indicated in the lower hepatic circulation; the accumulations there, as from too great a quantity of lymph that gathers in those portions of the system. Equalizing the circulation, changing the activities through the diet, the digestive system, and through the properties given, will relieve these distresses.

26. (Q) Should thyroid be continued? (A) Thyroid is NOT the disorder with the system, as we have indicated; though this, of course, is helpful to most bodies - unless they take a great deal of outdoor exercise.

27. (Q) Would you advise that the thyroid be continued, then? (A) Only at times.

28. (Q) What causes feeling of depression and crying spells at times? (A) This has been indicated, at those periods that arise. Hence the activities that we have given through the stimulations upon the organs or those portions where these depressions are active, or where the nervous reaction acts upon the body. Do these, and we will find we will overcome such conditions.

29. (Q) Any further suggestions for the body at this time? (A) Be consistent with those suggestions that have been made, and we will find these will bring for the body a near normal condition; and a much more normal body for the physical and mental and spiritual reaction. Let the life be more in keeping with that which is held close within self. Do not force issues, but keep the mental and the spiritual first and foremost, and then through the physical will come those manifestations that make for an experience and a life worth while.
