1. EC: Yes, we have those impressions, and those conditions, those circumstances that surround this body, [736].
2. In describing or in giving that which might be helpful or hopeful for the physical forces of this body, we find that these coordinations between the mental and the material or physical body have been broken by those conditions that came about as a reaction from subjugation of physical functionings in the system. Hence making for first irrational reactions in the mental body, producing first insomnia, then bringing - through the gradual separation of those activities through the pineal - an engorgement in the base of the brain, or where the entrance of the balance between the sympathetic and the cerebrospinal system makes for coordination between those activities of a SYMPATHETIC body and a normal response to the physical forces that may become known as the voluntary and involuntary activity. But those impressions that are registered for destructive forces to self, to conditions or to circumstances surrounding the body, have varied as these periods of reaction have come about. Had these been acted upon in times past, as we find, there might have been a more DETERMINED effort.
3. Yet in the present, as we find, there may be those abilities or influences that may be had in depossessing - as it were - the reactions to the body; or the forcing of the nerve ends through the ducts that guide through those changes that come about in those periods of refraction from the activity of the pineal influences might yet be materially aided. Yet under the environs, under those conditions that surround the body, this would be very hard to accomplish.
4. However, as we find, conditions may be made favorable;

not through giving the body bromides - that have been and are being administered at times - that act upon the system as to bring those rashes and the disturbing factors at times (not in the present so much, yet a portion is shown in the present - of a rash to the body) - but we would use rather a compound that would necessarily be administered under the supervision of those in charge; and later to change the environs, as we find, would bring for the body a material change.
5. This would be through the administration first of the GOLD cure, that is given with the Chloride of Gold and the Bromide of Soda. These would be made into separate solutions. The Gold solution would be one grain of Chloride of Gold to one ounce of distilled water. The Soda solution would be three grains of Bromide of Soda to one ounce of distilled water.
6. Begin with, the first day, one minim of the Gold Solution and two minims of the Soda Solution given twice during the day - administered either with the foods or as a portion of that when the body is ready to retire.
7. The next day increase the quantity one minim of the Gold, which would make two - with the four minims of the Soda.
8. Each day we would increase the dosage in this manner until five minims of the Gold solution and ten minims of the Soda solution are being given twice each day.
9. When such a dosage is reached, we would then discontinue it for a period of three days.
10. Then begin again with the one minim of the Gold solution and two minims of the Soda solution, gradually increasing as indicated.
11. When there have been at least three periods or rounds of the above, and there are the changes wrought in the system of such a nature as to make for the inquiry through these channels, we may then give that which may COMPLETE - or bring about a much more satisfactory, a much nearer normal condition for this body of [736].
12. It is necessary, to be sure, that this outline be followed consistently.
13. The food, the diet, the activities in the open, should be kept much in the same way and manner - that may make for the more helpful influence.
14. And if there are the facilities of the abilities for administering the ultra-violet ray, as COMBINED treatments along with the medicinal properties indicated, it will make for more certain and more sure effectiveness upon the body. Such a treatment would be about twice each week, from two and a half to three and a half minutes, preferably over

those areas of the solar plexus and the lumbar plexus; which are the areas from which the breaks have occurred that have made for the irrational reaction.
15. Ready for questions.
16. (Q) If they are able to make a change of environment for the body, where would you suggest? (A) Such changes would be better facilitated or brought about WHEN there is shown that CORRECT improvement through the ministry of these applications we have suggested for activative forces with the system. It should act not be hard to get the cooperation with those in charge here.
17. (Q) What is the solution of the Bromide of Soda known as, to the druggist? (A) Known as Bromide of Soda! It's a brown powder - Bromide of Soda.
18. (Q) Would it be safe to allow those in charge now to administer this treatment? (A) It should be administered in these surroundings; for, as we find, it will make for a definite reaction. At FIRST we will see something of a more active influence, you see; then the gradual quieting - and the more interest, and the more desire for association, for companionship, for those that bring about the closer relationships.
19. (Q) Would you advise any special diet for the body? (A) The normal diet that has been and is being administered would work with these conditions in the present.
20. (Q) Any other suggestions? (A) As indicated, follow these in the present; and we will find we will not only have shown helpfulness to the individual body but create for the loved ones the greater confidence or faith in that which may be accomplished through the closer ministrations of those suggestions that may be made in bringing the normalcy, or near normalcy, for this body.
21. We are through for the present. Copy to Mr. [721] " " Ass'n file (Extra copy was enclosed in case doctor or some in charge would be interested in studying the patient from the reading standpoint. Also see instructions [which were enclosed] for Gold and Soda solutions, to be administered by nurse or one close to body.)
