Time of Reading 11:45 to 11:55 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Conn. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body and those conditions that disturb this body.

2. Now, as we find, there are disorders from rather a complication of conditions; and while some respond to applications, they are of such a nature as to work one against another - so unbalanced has become the physical condition with this body.

3. Where there have been those disturbances by the application to the system where the disturbance has been to the locomotion, through the activities of the influence upon the body by the disturbances in the organs themselves, these may be materially aided.

4. Where there are those disturbances upon the organs of the sensory system, the activities in same, the inflammation that arises from same, these may be HELPED; but not near normal conditions be brought about.

5. These are the conditions, then, as we find them with this body, [737]:

6. The BLOOD is surcharged with poisons; the lack of eliminations producing such disturbances as to make for the poor circulation through portions of the organs of the body.

7. Those disturbances in the NERVOUS SYSTEMS are a part of the reflex and of the disorders in the system.

8. As to the disturbances to the sensory system, as we have indicated by the breaking down of ganglia in portions of the body, there have been the attacks upon these by the various forms of the disorders to the organs themselves.

9. Then, in meeting the conditions in the present, we find the best may be accomplished through not only the strengthening of the spiritual forces but by the application in material things - as from rubs, that will bring to the body the better applications, the better circulation, and

the reduction of much of that which has disturbed the body, mentally, materially, physically.

10. To 6 ounces of Kerosene as the base for the application of other properties, add: Russian White Oil....................2 ounces, Witchhazel ..........................2 ounces, Oil of Wintergreen...................1 ounce, Oil of Mustard......................20 minims, O'Cedar, or Oil of Cedar Wood........1 ounce, Oil of Sassafras.....................1 dram. Shake these together, for they tend to separate. And massage morning and evening all the body will absorb, along the cerebrospinal system and the diaphragm area, over the limbs; so that we may make for a GLOW throughout the whole of the body. Not too hard; rather the circular motion than the pinching or pulling.

11. We would be mindful of the diets, that they are lacking in sugars or fats.

12. And, as we find, we would bring for the body the better conditions; ease and rest.

13. Let a great deal of the applications be done in meditation and prayer.

14. We are through with this reading. Copy to Esther Wynne - Special Delivery " " Ass'n file
