1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [738]; this we have had before.
2. Much change has come to the general physical forces of the body. Many of the centers along the cerebrospinal system are improved from that when we last had same here, especially in the strengthening to the locomotory centers, in the brachial plexus, across the right shoulder to the right arm and the muscular forces as raise or lower same from that plexus area; as well as those in the lumbar, lower lumbar and sacral in the left portion and the lower limbs. All of these show improvement.
3. Be more mindful of the diet, that there are given those foods that do not cause too much increase in the flesh of the body in excess to the strengthening in the tendon and muscular forces of the body. Or, see that the food values carry silicon and iron in such a form that it may be assimilated by the system.
4. This, then, is the only change, and that a minor one.
5. Be mindful that there is kept the rubs as indicated, of the oils, over those portions of the system; also the vibrations of the electrical forces, keeping the plates cleansed as is proper and in the manner that has been indicated.
6. Do not give cereals and citrus fruit juices at the same meals. These counteract one another and are not good for the body. Be sure that there is the crushed wheat, or barley and wheat - as may be had in Maltex as a cereal - two or three times each week, with the milk that has been indicated.
7. The rest we would keep. The more it is in the open (as it is in the present) the better it is for the body, provided there is not allowed to be so much of an exercise as to tire the body too much. Well that there be taken

considerable exercise with the body lying upon the back and the feet in the air, working as upon a treddle or bicycling. Well that there be the swinging motion of both arms, as it were, as the body stands, from the diaphragm upward. These are well.
8. Keep these things for the body. Keep the faith, and we will see the body normal.
9. Ready for questions.
10. (Q) Is there any indication of a curvature of the spine? (A) There are many portions along the spine where, of course, corrections are to be made; but not a curvature. If the exercises are taken and the massages or rubs are given, these will take care of MOST of these. We must later have some corrections. Not a curvature.
11. (Q) What type of bracing, if any? (A) Let's make nature take care of these, rather than using props or braces. He doesn't desire them as yet. Let's use what we have! Remember, those that give the braces are the creative forces that we create by the mind and the body, and from the source from which the soul arrives itself. Man may dispose and give that which will make for a material activity, but the Giver of all good forces or of Life itself makes the increase. And the healing can come, and will come, from those sources. There's none better! Learn it!
12. (Q) Would Sun lamp or the Carbon Arc Violet Ray be helpful when body cannot be out of doors? (A) From now on, or through a period until the body will be active sufficient, it will not be necessary; for the body can keep out of doors or in sunlight sufficient.
13. (Q) When attempting to walk left foot turns outward. What should be done to improve this condition? (A) Those activities we have just indicated, in making the pedaling from the position of the spine and the massaging as indicated should be kept up. These are all correct in the present. If there are the changes necessary, or that come about, we will give them. Do not let any condition localize, of course, anywhere; but these are alright in the present.
14. (Q) What type of shoe would be most helpful? (A) Those that may be called sneakers. They are braced to the ankle, you see, and they raise sufficiently to make for heaviness in the soles and raise the heel sufficient.
