In the Lounge of Time of Reading the Racquet & 11:50 to 12:10 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. Tennis Club, 370 Park Ave., N.Y.C. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here.

2. Now, as we find, the disturbances that prevent the better physical functioning of the body have in a great part been misunderstood. For the effects rather than the causes have been considered. Hence with applications there has come at times relief momentarily, or at others a greater period of activity and then rather the return. For many are the disturbing factors. Yet the basis of these, as we find, with consistency and persistency, may be eliminated so as to make for a much nearer normal condition and produce for the body a much more perfect physical and mental functioning.

3. These, as we find, that are the bases or the causes, arise from a disturbance in the lymph-producing portions of the body, from an insidious activity of what may be called a catarrhal condition that affects the body - through the lymph-producing; thus affecting the system in a nervous manner, in a disturbance to the digestive forces, to the metabolism of the system; and at other times - when there are the acute conditions arising in the sympathetic system - making for an incoordination with the activities in the sensory organism; thus bringing these distresses that we find to this body of [741] we are speaking of.

4. Then, these are the conditions as we find them with this body in the present (in the basic forces we are speaking of):

5. The BLOOD SUPPLY indicates a diffusion of the electrical forces that are assimilated, making at times for very poor assimilations through the body and at others making for an excess. For it arises to disturbing factors through the

741-1 Page 2

ORGANIC functionings that are disturbed by this lack of the proper amount of supply in the lymph and in the emunctory activities of the system. Hence we have a disturbed metabolism of the body. Not an organic condition, but a functional. But, as we have indicated, one that has become deep-seated by irritations from applications that have irritated the more often than making for helpful or constructive forces for the body.

6. As to the NERVOUS SYSTEM, these reactions upon the system produce irritations at times that affect even the reactions to outside influences; so that the body becomes moody, over-disturbed by the individuals about the body, and at other times submissive in an activity or manner; yet making for a condition of finding fault in many directions.

7. The ORGANS themselves of the body, as we have indicated, all find at various times a reaction from same. Not as of a mental neurasthenia; not as neurasthenia such as to make for the hypochondriac reaction, but rather - as indicated - a functional disturbance that at times has produced symptoms of many various natures for the body.

8. In the throat, bronchi, lungs and larynx, here we have - from the very nature of the conditions - periods when these have caused disorders; but are functional and not organic in their nature.

9. In the heart's action, as indicated, we may have those periods when the pressure may be of such disturbances as to cause some anxiety - in the very nature of the conditions; and at times the activities through the glands' functionings through the digestive system produce a disturbance in the liver, spleen, pancreas, in all of these portions of the system. But these again are as various periods because of the various reactions that have been indicated from same.

10. And at times we find the glands in the eliminating system, as from the kidneys - the activities of the genitive system - are only the increasing of these pressures; thus making for the general disturbances that are indicated.

11. As we find, then, in meeting these needs, these will require persistency; yet if they will be followed closely there will be shown definite, decisive changes for greater improvement - and eventually a much nearer normal reaction for the body - unless other influences arise that are not indicated in the present.

12. Then, we would make those applications of the plain radio-active influences for the system, that will so alter the circulatory system that the various glands, the various functionings of organs, will become more and more coordinating and more and more balanced in the functional

activity.

13. Also we would add very minute particles or parts of Atomidine, for the activity of the glands, as combined with the low form of electrical change in the body itself through the Radio-Active Appliance.

14. The Atomidine should be taken in periods. First, take one minim twice each day - in half a glass of water. Increase each day one minim until five minims are being taken twice each day; before the morning meal and before retiring in the evening. After taking for the five days, leave off for five days. Then begin again with the one minim twice each day, and repeat the whole procedure. Repeat for three or four or five rounds, with the five day lapses between each; all during the period continuing the use of the Radio-Active applications each day for a period of thirty minutes to one hour, preferably done as the body rests during some specific period of the day, rather than at night or evening.

15. As to the matter of the diet, keep rather to the alkalin reacting foods; and where acids of any building foods are used let them be specifically in nuts and fruits. Naturally, the normal vegetable reaction would be kept in at least one meal during the day.

16. Ready for questions.

17. (Q) Just what alcoholic beverages could the body take without harm? (A) The wines, or those that act less upon the glands of the liver itself. For with the lack of these flows through the system, and especially in the liver secretions, these make for disturbances to the pancreas and the left lobe of the liver.

18. (Q) Will you outline a specific diet for the body? (A) As indicated. Those foods that have a tendency towards an alkalin reaction, but let the proteins be taken rather in the form of nuts and fruits - for the fats and oils, you see; these are much more preferable. Do these things consistently, and we will find we will bring for this body, [741], a much nearer normal condition; giving a better physical body for the mental and spiritual activities in this material plane.

19. (Q) What alcoholic beverages should the body particularly abstain from? (A) Hard liquors.

20. (Q) Does the body have sclerosis [cirrhosis] of the liver? (A) Rather, as indicated, the drying of the lymph flow. Sclerosis [cirrhosis] is a hardening, or spotting. THIS is

741-1 Page 4

rather a drying. Hencewith an equalized circulation, with the forming of gland secretions, the body would be aided in overcoming the condition. See?

21. We are through for the present. Copy to Marquise de [743] " " Ass'n file (See letter [which was enclosed] to The Reilly Service giving specifications for the Radio-Active Appliance. Also chart to patient with directions for taking the Atomidine. And an Alkalin-Reacting Food list, [See under 642-1 Reports.] of which it seems his principal diet should consist - with the exception of nuts to furnish the proteins. GD. The Atomidine should be obtained from any big drug house; it is manufactured by The Atomidine Co., 64 Sydney Ave., Mt. Vernon, N.Y. Chart for taking the Atomidine, rather than following directions on the bottle: Drops in half a glass of water twice each day, before break- fast and upon retiring - as follows: 1st day - at each dose - 1 drop. 2nd day - " - 2 drops. 3rd day - " - 3 drops. 4th day - " - 4 drops. 5th day - " - 5 drops. Leave off for 5 days. Then repeat whole procedure, including rest period, 3, 4 or 5 times; continuing each day the Radio- Active Appliance applications as indicated.)
