1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [744].

2. Now, as we find, the abnormal conditions that prevent the better normal functionings have to do with incoordinations that have been brought about by more than one disturbing factor. While there are specific disturbances in the physical structure of the body, there are those conditions that need correction - or the correction in the functioning and the coordinating of functioning organs would bring a better mental coordination and a lack of those conditions that produce the contraction in muscular forces at periods, and that which hinders the normal activity of the structural body and its attributes throughout.

3. These, then, are conditions as we find them with this body, [744] we are speaking of:

4. The elements of the BLOOD SUPPLY in their tests show the negative reaction in the most, yet these are lacking in the proper divisions of the hormones in the hemoglobin to produce in the system that which makes for sympathetic and cerebrospinal coordination. Hence those periods when these reactions occur in the body. This lack of the body's being able to produce same is the effect of the glands in the system being able to separate from that assimilated by the body for the activities in the glands TO the stamina in the nervous system, affected from the lesions and adhesions that exist in the lacteal ducts and in the caecum area more specific. This has prevented, and does prevent, the adrenals and the lacteals throughout the system from coordinating with the pineal, and especially the lyden glands in the lower portion of the brain that coordinate with the locomotions of the body. This in its reaction occurs from the 1st and 2nd cervical; hence the drawing - or the condition here that is lacking in its coordination.

744-1 Page 2

5. As to the effect to other glands, we find the inability of portions of the extremities to become full in their growth of activities. Hence the necessities of making for changes sufficient in the system to meet not only the needs to produce resuscitation to the activity of these disturbed factors, but as to produce the continued improvement as the GROWTH of the body progresses.

6. While these applications, then, must of necessity be slow, if they are made persistently and consistently they will bring in their activity an almost perfect, NORMAL body. Hence those responsible for this entrance need not only that the care be administered but in their own experience the patience that will aid them in their own inner development.

7. In the NERVOUS FORCES of this body, [744] we are speaking of, we find these incoordinations; more specifically in the lumbar - the DIRECT reaction from the lacteal ducts and the glands in the caecum and those portions to the pineal in the brush portion of the cerebrospinal, but also in the brachial and in the 1st and 2nd cervical areas. There is not the lack of nervous energy, but it is being misdirected in its coordination with the PHYSICAL activities of the body.

8. As to the ORGANS themselves, these - lacking in the proper gland secretions for other portions of the body - are drawn upon by the lack of the vitale necessary to keep coordinations in same. Hence at times we may find a portion of the developing body developing in portions near normal; at others we will find there is lack of that coordination necessary.

9. Then, in meeting the needs in the conditions with this body in the present, there will be necessitated periods of change, periods of rest, periods when it will be necessary to change entirely the activities for producing the better reactions; for we must begin with those conditions that exist in the main in the present:

10. First we would make those applications to the physical body of hot Castor Oil packs, in periods of three to five days at a time - letting the applications each day be for two to three hours; three to four thicknesses of heavy flannel dipped in hot Castor Oil and applied as hot as the body can stand in the lacteal duct, lower portion of the liver, through the caecum area. This is to make for that absorption for the system that will allow and will call for, through the reactions of counter-conditions from the external forces of the body, an accumulation of LYMPH and the better portions of the forces in the circulation to meet the needs and to gradually break up the tendencies for the adhesions of tissue in that area. Re-dip flannel to keep

hot during treatment periods.

11. Then for three to five days we would apply the low electrical vibrations that may be had from the wet cell battery carrying the Chloride of Gold solution (one grain to one ounce of distilled water). The attachments would be made each day during the three to five day period, for fifteen to twenty minutes, in this manner: The smaller copper connection or plate would be attached first, at the 1st and 2nd cervical plexus area. The larger nickel anode passing through the Gold solution would be attached last, in the umbilicii and lacteal duct center - to the right of the navel and toward the liver portion.

12. Then for three to five days we would apply the same low electrical vibrations from the wet cell battery, but carrying Spirits of Camphor - full strength. The attachments would be made each day during the three to five day period, for fifteen to twenty minutes, in this manner: The smaller copper anode would be attached first, in the lumbar center (4th lumbar). The larger nickel anode passing through the Spirit of Camphor would be attached last, to the LEFT side - or over the solar plexus, left side of the umbilicii or the solar plexus center - the larger solar plexus center there, see?

13. Then we would have three to five days of rest from these applications; that is, leaving them off for that period, see?

14. Then begin the whole application again, carrying out all of these; going through the same procedure. Continue repeating in that manner.

15. In the interim, or during these whole periods, we would have each evening the RUB along the whole cerebrospinal system with equal portions of Olive Oil, Tincture of Myrrh and Oil of Wintergreen. Heat the Olive Oil and add the Myrrh, THEN add the Oil of Wintergreen. Massage only what the body will absorb; not only in the spinal cord or center but those paralleling of the sympathetic nervous forces - for the body will absorb same. And this will make for not only the enlivening of all centers along the cerebrospinal system but would extend more specifically over the brachial area and the lumbar area and along the limbs.

16. As to the diet, keep rather the alkalin-reacting foods - that will make for the keeping of a balance in the elements of the phosphorous, iron, and the necessary elements to produce stamina in the activities of the glands and of that assimilated - which will build for a mental coordination and a keeping of the physical body growing towards its normalcy.

17. After thirty-six to fifty days of following these

treatments, we would then give further instructions.

18. Do that.

19. Ready for questions.

20. (Q) Are there any particular foods the body should abstain from? (A) Those that are excess acid-building. Not any great quantity that would produce acetic reaction in the gastric flows; for, as indicated, these turn the solutions from the natural fruit juices or from the natural vegetable salts INTO those conditions that will NOT absorb with those properties being applied - either by the rub, the applications, or by the vibrations from these elements; for the salts of the Gold with the vibrations through the low electrical forces create for those very tissues that have been injured by this adhesion until the flow prevents coordinations in the application of the sympathetic and cerebrospinal reactions - they create new life for this body. Be patient and be persistent, and we will bring conditions that are satisfactory.

21. (Q) Where did the adhesion occur in the liver region? (A) In the lacteal duct area, where the absorption makes for the division of that assimilated; or as the chyle is emptied from the duodenum.

22. (Q) What were the causes of these conditions? (A) As indicated, first prenatal influences - then aided by a temperature in the internal organs of "flu" activity, and the combining of these produced the conditions.

23. (Q) Would scarlet fever have caused the condition? (A) This was a contributory cause, you see. When we have a weakened condition, you see, any high temperature - whether from what is ordinarily termed the cold germ highly active or the measles, roseola, scarlet fever or any of these - may affect; and dependent upon that portion attacked as to the effect brought about. Follow these, and we will see results. We would give further information in thirty-six to fifty days.

24. We are through for the present. Copy to Parents " " Ass'n file (See letter [which was enclosed] to Reilly with specifications for battery; also an Alkalin-Reacting Food list, of which it seems her principal diet should consist. Let us hear in 36 to 50 days, so we may make appointment for
