Time of Reading 11:30 to 11:45 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Calif. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body; this we have had before, [757].
2. In many respects we find conditions improved in the physical forces of the body. There are still those reactions that are not at all times pleasant, yet the general condition is much improved. And those conditions that have caused or produced the greater part of the disturbance in the blood, in the assimilating system, in the effect of clarifying, are improved; yet there are those reactions that tend to make soreness, heaviness in structural portions of the body even at times, tending for nausea at others, tending for irritations and heavy character of headaches at others - which indicate disturbances, and are not easily seen. These may be described as the system attempting to adjust itself under an over abundance of stimuli in one direction without sufficient materials with which to replenish or replace in others. This makes for periods when there is what may be best described as a "gone" feeling, as if there were the fainting away, lightness in the head but headaches afterwards.
3. We find that it would be well to continue the greater portion of those things that were formerly outlined for the body; or, in this way or manner in the present:
4. We would be mindful that the diet is that which is easily assimilated. Not too great quantities of starch foods, but sufficient to aid in creating the proper balance in those periods of assimilation necessary for proper fermentation. We would not have too great quantities of sugar. Or the body may, under the existent circumstances, go on an entire grape diet - see, ENTIRE grape diet, for at least three day periods; then to the regular normal diet that has been indicated. Quantities of grapes! And should there appear any disturbance in the stomach and duodenum through those
757-6 Page 2
periods, make a poultice of the grape hull and pulp - between cloths and apply over those areas; or over the abdomen and liver area, you see. Make this about an inch and a half thick - that large a quantity, you see, all over. Plenty of water, but just grapes for three days - QUANTITIES - all that the body may eat.
5. Also we would take a course of the Ash. Be sure to have the Animated Ash that is prepared by [165]. [GD's note: See Mr. [165]'s ltr. of 11/13/33 in 432-1 Reports, explaining the Ash.]
6. After the Ash is taken, we would use the ultra violet or the plain violet ray - but very short periods. NEVER should the ultra violet, when in full measure, be over a minute or a minute and a quarter, you see. The violet ray may be given for two to three minutes, but never the ultra violet.
7. Those rays from the Infra Red may at times be given, but during these periods when there are the periods of the grape diet do not use the Infra Red at all - see?
8. If these will be carried in a normal manner, and sufficient massage gently given over the whole system to coordinate, we will find we will continue improvements for this body of [757].
9. Ready for questions.
10. (Q) What will relieve the urethra, which is badly inflamed and sore? (A) If the diet is followed as indicated, this condition will be materially aided. We would use the douches that are as antiseptics for same; such as a weakened solution of Creolin, we find would be the better. About one part of Creolin to ten parts of water, or to twenty parts. Or, a teaspoonful to two quarts of water.
11. (Q) Is it good for the bowels to move two to three times daily? (A) Provided they do not become under a strain. It is well that the eliminations be properly balanced. But, as indicated, there has not been sufficient of the replenishing forces that are necessary under such strains.
12. (Q) Is it the kidneys or the adrenals that cause the pain in small of back? (A) The adrenals, from too heavy a stimulation to this particular portion through too strong or too much use of the ultra-violet, that stimulates the internal circulation too strongly.
13. (Q) How long should I follow these treatments before another reading? (A) We would let at least a week to ten days be between the three day grape diet, you see, and we would have at least
757-6 Page 3
three series of the grape diet before a re-check. This will give the opportunity for the proper balance.
14. (Q) In making the grape poultice, should the grapes be heated or anything mixed with them? (A) Nothing mixed with them, and NOT heated. Let them make the heat from the body by drawing onto the system in a normal manner. Well that they be rolled, you see; retaining the hull WITH the pulp. Any type of the grape is well, at the present season.
15. (Q) Any other advice for this body at this time? (A) Do these, as we find, for [757] at this present time.
