Time of Reading 12:10 to 12:15 Noon - Eastern Standard Time. ..., Calif. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [757].

2. A great many changes in many ways have taken place in the body, [757], since last we had same here.

3. In many ways the body continues to meet the general conditions or disturbances that have arisen and do arise from those weakened conditions that have been experienced, and for which we have given suggestions from time to time for the body's better conditions.

4. As we find, then, we would keep near to those suggestions that have been indicated. When the varied conditions arise, as do at times those disturbances through the digestive forces or through the eliminating channels of the body, we would revert to those activities that have been indicated to be used under such conditions.

5. Use the Ash occasionally with the ultra-violet or the violet ray; the use of the ultra-violet at times that the greater stimulation may be kept.

6. Keep the massage occasionally that there may be the distributions through the various ganglia along the system, that the whole of the coordinating of system may be kept.

7. And we will find the better responses for the body.

8. Ready for questions.

9. (Q) What causes headaches, vomiting, pain in right side, stomach and back? (A) The reverting of the system to old tendencies, as we have just indicated. So we would keep reverting to the various conditions that have been outlined and described for the body, in the various activities, and as to how and what we were to accomplish in the system. Thus, as we find, we will gradually bring the greater and better conditions. The use of these various things will have their varied effects. But be consistent and persistent, and we will make for the better conditions.
