Time of Reading 3:15 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.J. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here - this we have had before. In some respects we find the conditions are gradually on the improve, yet we find SOME disorders from the atmospheric changes - the dampness, and the conditions that make more acute the disorders that have existed, and do exist, with the soft tissue or structure in face, glands, head and nostril; yet the administrations that have been given for the general disorder, and for coordinating of the nerve forces of the body, HAVE been good. These we would keep much in the same manner.
2. We will find some changes necessary as CONDITIONS are developed, or as changes come about for those tendencies of congestion in the glands, in throat, and the conditions - or LACK of proper eliminations in the soft tissue, or the tendency for accumulations in nostril, in the back of head, and the like. These, with some of the LOCAL antiseptics, may be aided materially.
3. Do not over stimulate the nerve centers in the shoulders, head or neck, except FOR the ELIMINATIONS in this portion of system; that is, to the excess of that as is made for the CORRECTIVE forces in the lumbar and sacral regions. Then we will find the conditions to be kept in a gradual building up.
4. The mental training, the activities of the body-physical, shall be kept in accord with the DEVELOPMENTS of the body as the coordinations are made more and more near in a normal manner. We find RESPONSES are seen in these directions more and more in accord with the changes as come about in the system.
5. In the matter of the diet, these are being cared for very good - only do not allow too much sweets, or those tendencies for certain CHARACTERS of fruits that make for too much acidity in system. Ready for questions.
6. (Q) Is Dr. Conger giving treatments correctly? [W. Millwood Conger, D.O.]
758-28 Page 2
(A) As has been outlined, these are very good - some warnings as respecting the conditions as develop, and warnings as to over stimuli in the nerve forces of the head to EXCESS when there is not proper coordination in the lumbar and sacral region. This will make for nerve reactions.
7. (Q) What is present condition of nose? (A) As has been indicated, the climatic forces are not as well for body as some others as has been given.
8. (Q) What fruits should be avoided? (A) Apples, bananas, and such.
9. (Q) Should present treatment of nose be continued, or would it be best to follow instruction given by Dr. Lydic to use Icthyol [Ichthyol] and Glycerine and local massage? (A) Would be well to follow that as has been outlined for these conditions, yet the CLIMATIC conditions must be met also. Icthyol [Ichthyol] and Clycerine are rather sever, unless these are MATERIALLY cut down from normalcy in application, yet they are MOST effective for soft tissue of face.
10. (Q) Why does body cough heavily at times? Is it due to congestion or nervousness? (A) Both. The climatic PRESSURE, the pressure that is created. We would watch the blood pressure, as well as the heart's action.
11. (Q) Any further suggestions for this body? (A) These are right smart, if they will follow THESE they will do well!
12. That is all the questions regarding this body.
