Time of Reading 4:40 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [759] - this we have had before. Now, we find there are SPECIFIC conditions as cause the distress. This from infectious forces in the portions of the body as are indicated, from cold, congestion, and infection, producing temperature and an unbalancing of the whole system.

2. We would, under the supervision of physician, give that that will ALLAY the pain, and that would bring about the ability to rest; while there is BEING given those things as will reduce the temperature and overcome the infectious forces, for with temperature so high spasmodic conditions may be the result unless this is reduced - see? These will necessarily take the form, then, of narcotic that will ALLAY the pain and produce more rest, prevent the fanning about and of taking more cold, or more infectious forces arising from same. This we would do IMMEDIATELY. These may need, then, drastic measures, under the stress. Hence we would begin at once with same.

3. Ready for questions.

4. (Q) What is best relief for breathing that the body can have? (A) That that will act the quicker with the respiratory system. As we will find, ONE of the best will be that of the Syrup of Squill.

5. (Q) What narcotic should be given? (A) This should be given under the physician, rather than - for THESE would be in keeping, or in line with that that the physician should give for the allaying of, or stopping infectious forces in same.

6. (Q) What caused this condition? (A) Cold, congestion, and not the correction of those conditions in the cerebrospinal system, as was once given. These were partially done, but when there was the return of the strain in the cervical, then naturally more congestion arose there, with the cold.

7. (Q) Should his tonsils be removed?

759-6 Page 2

(A) They will necessarily have to be removed, with the infection that has been caused, but not in the present - until fever and infection has been reduced.

8. (Q) Should adenoids be removed? (A) These do not cause so much trouble in the present, except when there is a SYMPATHETIC reaction, though when one is removed the other could be easily removed.

9. (Q) Is the ice pack more effective than hot pack? Or should he have either? (A) The ice pack more effective, where there is so much temperature or so much inflammation.

10. (Q) What eliminant? (A) This would depend, too, upon the character of the narcotic that is going to be necessary to give; for we would not want to have these working one against another.

11. (Q) Should he have a gargle? If so, what? (A) This will depend upon the applications that are made; for, as we find, punctures will be necessary to be made in the tonsils themselves for the releasing of the pus, or that which is causing or producing the high temperature and infection.

12. (Q) Has his diet in the past been correct? (A) This is very well balanced.

13. (Q) Should he take Cod Liver Oil? (A) He needs something, after these conditions.

14. (Q) How can recurrence of this condition be prevented? (A) By removing the cause!

15. (Q) What is the medical term for this condition? (A) Sore throat, or tonsillitis.

16. (Q) Should he have any osteopathic treatments at present? (A) This would be helpful, but it's reached too far for that to be so effective in the IMMEDIATE - because he needs IMMEDIATE attention! This should have been done sometime ago! Then we wouldn't have had this occurrence! For, as was given, were these corrected, those adjustments necessary in the upper dorsal and throughout the cervical, there would be those preventions that would PREVENT the recurrence of the trouble in throat and in the soft tissues of the head!

17. (Q) Whom would you suggest to take care of this condition? (A) One that's acquainted with the conditions and with the body!

18. (Q) Any other suggestions? (A) We would do this, and do it now!

19. That is all the questions.
