1. EC: Now we find there is considerable difference in the conditions now existing that cause distress in the system than [from] that as we had before. The conditions as we find them at the present time are gradually improved, especially in the region of the intestinal tract at and in the upper intestinal digestive tract, for with the change in conditions in the excretory functioning of the liver, and in the secretions, this we find is improved. The hypogastric center in this region, however, still gives distress through the tautness of the muscles along the region that they branch from to nerves in their plexus center along the cerebrospinal region. This gives then the reaction in the lower portion of stomach, causing the condition of the acids remaining long and producing the form of gas as forms in the pyloric end. This is then a hydrochloric state of the body. Hence the lower portions of the digestive tract find this same condition when they have been acted upon by not sufficient flow of the functionings in the liver for the system. Hence the traverse [transverse - GD's note: EC always called it "traverse" colon] colon shows the effect still of the conditions, yet that in the region of the liver is much improved from that we had before. In the upper portion of the cerebrospinal nerve centers and their ganglions we find the strain in and about the center that governs the brachial forces. Hence the reflex condition to the force in the upper portion of the secondary cardiac plexus. This causes then the contraction that appears as distress through the cardiac portion of the stomach proper, and the reflexes to the upper portion of the body, to the side of the facial reactions and the sympathetic forces.
2. Then to bring the better forces to the body and to remove those conditions, keep much of that as has been given for the relaxation and the contraction of the muscular forces along the cerebrospinal centers that govern these portions of the body, relaxing those that have the tautness in the upper dorsal and lower cervical, manipulating the muscular

forces in the lower dorsal and upper lumbar, that the relaxing of those secretions as thrown off in the intestinal tract, that are governed by these, taking consistently, that is, so that we do not have the reaction of same, pure olive oil in the system to relax the condition in the duodenum, reaction through pancrean forces, reaction through liver and the emptying of the lower intestinal tract. Also, for the gas condition, using those properties of Pepsin, that we may produce more lactics in the lower portion of the digestive tract. Do that.
3. (Q) What diet should the body take? (A) Those properties as would be found in Zwieback, or in toasted bread that will not cause the extra fermentation. Fruits, better those that are prepared from the ripe fruit; pears and such fruit. Cereals that are easily digested. Whole wheat well for the body. Not much of anything now, until the system is emptied and we have the gas formations going down rather than going up.
4. (Q) How often shall the olive oil be taken, and in what quantity? (A) Small doses taken often, that we may assimilate same, and take as food as well as a lubricant for this portion of the body. This is an active property for duodenum, liver and upper portion, especially in the region nearly that of the Peyer's Patches or Glands.
5. (Q) What is the condition through the chest? (A) Reaction from that of the upper portion of the stomach; center, secondary cardiac center under strain. Put that in the relaxation forces, as we will have the contraction in the lower forces of the spinal centers.
