Time of Reading 3:55 to 4:00 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Virginia. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [760]; this we have had before.
2. Conditions as we find in general are much improved from those as we have had.
3. There are still those inclinations naturally for anxiety or nerve conditions to produce - from the digestive forces as indicated - the formations of gas, which make for pressure upon the circulatory forces. Also there are those tendencies and inclinations to give trouble or feeling of dilation of the heart - as also to act upon the superficial circulation to produce a tendency for a rash upon portions of the face or nostrils or the ears.
4. These then need the keeping of that which has been indicated for eliminations well first of the body. These we would keep by the use of enemas occasionally, though there may be a good evacuation for the colon's irritation from gases and gastric flow by the use of irrigations to relieve gas pressures.
5. Also we would find helpful those activities as indicated heretofore for better coordination of the kidneys with the hepatic circulation to keep a well-balance - with occasionally Gin; but this should be very good, for it carries sufficient of those reactory forces of Juniper for the kidney cleansing; which with the hepatic circulation and the activity between the liver and the kidneys and the liver and the heart need to relieve stress; though this should be taken, of course, in moderation, or in the manner as has been indicated - only when there are those feelings of the necessity for same.
6. The activities for the body should be in the open considerable, for this makes for better reactions.
7. In the matter of the diet, keep well to those things that have been indicated.
8. Ready for questions.
9. (Q) Should any local application be used on the rash?
760-24 Page 2
(A) Only that which will tend to keep a softening of same - this is the better. But it's constitutional and nervous rather than a local condition. As the eliminations are kept this will gradually disappear, and local applications only tend to rough those portions and do not relieve conditions. But when severe, keep the lotion or those combinations for same that have been indicated are well.
