Time of Reading 11:35 to 11:45 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. L.I., N.Y. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [765]; this we have had before.

2. As we find, conditions are very much improved since last we had same; but are not as good in the present as they have been. There is the tendency, as it were, for the returning to less abilities, or less strengthening in the lower portion of the body. There is less activity in the lumbar and sacral. These conditions may be expected, and especially so when there are not those precautions taken as respecting the diet. True, there has not been a great change; yet these tendencies for this reaction arise from those indiscretions in that direction. For, when much of the pressure has been removed, to allow sediment or settlings in the system is to cause these conditions to arise again. And, as indicated, while it is shifted somewhat, making for more of a hindrance in the one limb than the other, the condition is not eliminated from the system.

3. We would adhere more closely to the diet, and make the adjustments in the lumbar and sacral area, particularly along the edge of the lower end of the spine where the lower portion of the coccyx centers radiate to the sciatics along - especially - the right limb, see? or the right side of same. To be sure, these cross in their reaction to the system; but these centers should be HELD, the nerve ends, as it were, just for a few minutes - one to two minutes - as the place may be located by the operator making the pressure there, and on the 4th lumbar. And we will find it will make a change or relief in the limb itself, even that may be felt to the toes, you see; holding these at the times of the treatments, and keeping up the massage and all the applications, being very mindful about the diet, we should still have considerable improvement with this body, [765].

4. Ready for questions.

5. (Q) What would strengthen her? (A) Just keep up these applications as indicated, and those changes suggested. The strengthening may be had a little bit later by a cleansing through a tonic that may be helpful to the body, but these we would not have in the present; rather the spirits frumenti with egg and malted milk would be better.

6. (Q) Any further advice at this time? (A) Do these and, as we find, these will be the better conditions for this body.

7. We are through with this reading.
