1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [772], present in this room. Now, we find the physical forces are very good throughout with this body. There are tendencies that, would the body have corrected in the present, will PREVENT disturbances and conditions as might BECOME disordered later on. These would depend upon the activities and the environs of the body.
2. These, then, are conditions as we find them with this body, [772] we are speaking of, present in this room:
3. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, this we find NEAR normal, but a tendency of a deficiency in the red blood supply. This, to be sure, in some respects is due to conditions under which the body has recently gone - but there is too MUCH of a tendency of increasing the white blood without an equal balance in the red blood supply. This, as we find, is one of those conditions of which the body should be mindful. These are the conditions, as this change in the present would prevent that tendency of cold or congestion, building up - not to fats, but building up that the body would enable the blood supply to meet not only the needs as for the NOMINAL replenishing, but for the resistances as are necessary for a vital body to have to MEET resistance in the system.
4. IN THE NERVE SYSTEMS, these, as we find, are very good in their general conditions. To be sure, there is some irritation through the pelvis regions, as causes that increase of discharge at periods in the experience of the body. This from the pressure as exists in the lumbar and lower dorsal region.
5. IN THE ORGANS OF THE BODY ITSELF:
6. In the organs of the sensory system, these we find respond in their reflex actions and are very good. At TIMES there is a tendency for the eyes to be under strain. This from those conditions in the lower dorsal and lumbar, of a
772-1 Page 2
nerve strain.
7. Brain forces and their reflexes of the body, good.
8. Throat, bronchials, lungs and larynx, operate - as it were - under the responses and reflexes of the system.
9. Heart's action near normal. There is the tendency for the filling in, in the eliminations of the system, from those activities of the GLANDS, where secretions have been for the distribution of forces in body. This good, so long as there is not the tendency for the mammary glands to become irritated through the non-eliminations, and their tendency to secrete those of the chyles for the development in body.
10. In the digestive system, this is very good in many respects. Near normal in its balance, save at times when there is the tendency of too much of the alkalins as would balance with those of the acids of the system. At other times we find an acid reaction, which makes for a tendency - through those pressures as have been produced in system - of overactivity between the liver and the kidneys, thus causing a pressure through those of the kidneys on the bladder, and an extra amount of secretion at times, that shows that inflammation and acids are being thrown off at an abnormal rate. NOT an abnormalcy for the body. The body MEETING the conditions as exist.
11. Then, the warnings as would be for the system and its functioning, that the body may be kept the near even balance, that there is those corrections in the system as related to the nerve forces - especially in the lumbar and lower dorsal region, that the system may resist ANY of the conditions as would cause disorders or distresses to the nerve system, and relieving the pressure will relieve that condition as makes for the activity of kidney, also the discharges through the system.
12. In the eliminations, or for the alimentary canal - these, in the diet, we would keep a well balanced diet - not an excess of acid, neither an excess of those of non-acid. Not too much meat, but those that tend to make FOR the more of the iodines in the system. THIS, as we find, will bring the nearer normal and the more active forces as for retaining or gaining vitality for the body.
13. The manipulations, then, once - twice each week, or - in the beginning - they may be three or four times each week; then, until six or eight are taken, will make the proper adjustments and alignments in the cerebrospinal system, and remove the pressure.
14. The DIETS we would keep well balanced, drinking plenty of water - that the eliminations and tendency to
772-1 Page 3
constipation may be eliminated, as well as those tendencies for a low blood pressure, with that of a high hepatic circulation. Ready for questions.
15. (Q) How about the overweight? (A) The body, for its best vitality building, should not REDUCE in the weight by a lack of the proper forces, but the exercises should be as to make more of the STRENGTHENING forces - as walking, as rowing, as of outdoor exercises that will give the elasticity to the system, that PREVENT an excess of weight, see?
16. (Q) Why the tired feeling at times? (A) This has been given. For those conditions of the system as related to the nerve pressures in the lumbar and sacral region.
17. That is all the questions.
18. By the removal of these pressures, we see we prevent then that accumulation of this pressure when the kidneys becoming overactive are throwing out poisons, and when it succeeds - in a high hepatic circulation - this, then, removes the tired feeling, when the body has rested a bit and exercises in oxygen, or more air.
