Time of Reading 12:05 to 12:10 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.Y. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: We have the impressions of the body, for there are changes being made in the activities; but these activities of the body we have had here before.

2. As we find, while there is still the lack of sufficient of the red blood - or the anemia tendency, those precautions that are being taken are well for the general reaction.

3. We would find that a GENERAL adjustment osteopathically, occasionally given, would be very beneficial to not only this replenishing of the blood system, by those ministrations, but enabling them by the releasing of the pressures along the cerebrospinal system to allow better distribution of that assimilated.

4. In the specific conditions that have existed with the optic, we find there is still some little lack of full conformity in the shape of the pupil itself.

5. Then an occasionally given osteopathic treatment would be well; or following any periods where the body would be - as in the present - under the stress of strains upon the general system, the low electrical treatments would be advisable.

6. But even the use of THESE (the electrical treatments) would be more beneficial if the manipulations would be given occasionally; once a month, twice a month, three times a month - any of these might be correct.

7. Do that.

8. Ready for questions.

9. (Q) Are the treatments with Dr. Erlanger, 20 W. 77th St., the ones referred to? (A) Those are the electrical treatments - Dr. Erlanger.

10. (Q) How often should these be given? (A) As just indicated, this depends upon the general resistances and how much exercise or activity is given to the usage of the optic forces or nerve forces to this particular portion of the system.

But with all of these, keep the equal balance with an occasional gentle manipulation, osteopathically, throughout the system.

11. (Q) How can vision in that eye be improved? (A) This only by strengthening, as has just been indicated; by not allowing the system through strain from cold, congestion or poisons of any nature, to become active as related to that particular portion. Hence as we have indicated, by the keeping of a better distribution of assimilations, the keeping of a better distribution of even vibratory forces from the plexus along the cerebrospinal system, by the occasional use of the manipulative forces, would perfect in a great measure, and increase the ability of the activities to the optic forces to become more helpful in gaining their normalcy.

12. (Q) Any suggestions or treatment for improvement of blood condition? (A) As just indicated, keep those stimulations that have been and are being given - but give the opportunity, by the relieving of pressures, for better distribution of that assimilated.
