Time of Reading 3:55 to 4:05 P. M. Eastern Daylight Savings Time. ..., N.Y.
1. GC: You will give the physical and mental condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures and developments; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before.
3. As has been indicated, there are still increased and better developments, and better blood flow, and a better balance in the abilities of assimilations through this body.
4. These, as we find, without other influences not indicated, are good - and need to be kept in this general direction - by the general exercises of the body, the stimulating to the imaginative forces of the body, the appealing to the natural tendencies toward the artistic temperament in all its forms, its relationships to others of the opposite sex, its relationships to music and to all of those things that go to make up the temperament of the body.
5. Insist upon those associations and activities that do not allow the flare-ups or the getting mad or being angry; for these do that to one of such a temperament as to produce resentments. This will be well to be considered by those who direct the general welfare and who watch the choosing of the associations for the body.
6. As for the conditions in the optic forces - these we find constantly on the improve.
7. Occasionally we would have a thorough relaxation osteopathically; with special reference to stimulating the association of the vagus center with the optics. These need not be regularly, but once a month for several months, and then again once a week for some periods.
8. And when such is done, DO have the periods when the boracic acid wash is used for the eye of evenings; not every hour or so, but as the body prepares for bed bathe the eye in an eyecup with a normal solution for cleansing the eyeball. This will aid in keeping any inflammation from

arising.
9. As we find, and as indicated, unless other influences arise not at present seen, we have a good, normal, BETTER development than we have had heretofore.
10. Ready for questions.
11. (Q) Should Adiron be continued? (A) After the fifteenth of this month, discontinue - until in September or October, when it would be continued; for this combination of the vitamins and the iron, and the cod liver oil, is the correct balance for this body.
12. (Q) Are his present environment and studies conducive to his fullest development? (A) In most, yes. There are some associates not ALWAYS good; but these may be indicated - if watched - by the very activities and associations - and gradually weeded out.
13. (Q) How can the mother be more helpful to this body? (A) By the loving encouragement - for this body; positiveness, of course, but positiveness in affection. For, these are the ways and manners to induce the best with this body. Keep the spiritual attitude. This, with the natural tendencies to the artistic, needs to be kept balanced.
14. (Q) What form of activity should be stressed? (A) That which requires a great deal of associations with BOTH sexes, for THIS body.
15. We are through with this reading. Copy to Mother " " Ass'n file " " Dr. T. R. McLean, D.O. .
