1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time with suggestions for corrective measures, answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [773]; this we have had before.
3. While acute conditions exist in the present, there are general improvements in this immediate disturbance.
4. We find that there needs to be for this body a stirring of the liver and a coordinating of the circulation between liver and kidneys. This as we find, should not be done so much by cathartics, though laxatives of a mineral nature should be taken in the present. But there should be corrections osteopathically that would stimulate activity through this particular area. And gradually, with the osteopathic manipulations, there should be a stimulating toward the emptying of the gall duct itself. This would be well for this body. This will change a great deal the general conditions in the body.
5. The rest we would keep in a normal balance. Here we need to add to the body the A and D vitamins, or preferably - for this particular body - we would take Calcios - after the corrections osteopathically have been made, not before or during that time. When there has been the recuperation from the present congestions and the stimulating osteopathically of the activity of the liver and kidneys, draining the gall duct, then begin with the Calcios. At least twice to three times a week eat a whole wheat cracker spread thinly with the Calcios, especially do this regularly through January, February and March.
6. (Q) How can eyes be further improved, especially the injured one? (A) We would not disturb these, save by the general stimulation for kidneys and liver, and keeping the upper dorsal and cervicals correct in circulation, in coordinating the lymphatic and cerebrospinal circulation.
773-21 Page 2
7. (Q) How often should the osteopathic treatments be given? (A) This depends on which is indicated. For the eliminations or corrections in the liver and gall duct and kidney area, at least twice or three times a week. For the general stimulation to eyes, and to upper dorsal and cervicals once a month.
8. (Q) What will correct feet and posture? (A) Adjustments as would be made in the feet will correct and prevent that tendency to clop or flop.
9. (Q) Why does complexion become so often sallow? (A) That's just what we have been talking about!
10. (Q) What exercise and diet would be best? (A) This depends upon the habits and upon the location of the body. As there is the exercise, let there be also stimulation to the physical, mental and spiritual body; not as routine alone, but building for body and mind. And keep a well balanced diet, tending more towards the alkalines.
11. (Q) Outline best studies to give a well balanced background for his education and future life? (A) This should be a well balanced program but in those lines of music and art should there be the studies - whatever is chosen for the life's work. For the body may keep well balanced in that direction as a writer, as a musician, or as a reporter or the like.
12. (Q) What can his advisors do to help him prove worthy to God and man in his future life? (A) He is reaching the age to make decisions for himself. Choose his ideals, spiritual, mental and material and work towards applying self in those directions.
13. (Q) Advise him as to the proper approach and association with brother, [759]? (A) Each tub must stand on its own bottom. While there are differences of opinion, choose rather those things where you agree. Don't argue things where you disagree.
14. (Q) To his parents, for their guidance? (A) These should be in those directions as to stimulate the tendencies toward the choice of ideals.
15. (Q) Should he finish high school or go to prep school for his best college background? (A) This again depends upon circumstances. As we find, prep school.
16. (Q) Which school would you advise? (A) This should be a choice by the entity.
