1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, giving the cause of any existing conditions, with suggestions for the improvement of any of these.

2. EC: Now, we find the conditions in this body are improved, even from that as we had here before. There are still some troubles with the equalized eliminations in the system, and at the present time this is exhibited in form of a catarrhal condition existing in nostrils and burning in throat - ear drumming. These we see are manifestations of the poor eliminations and the cause of the conditions, for the lymph and the tissue weakest in system receives or takes on the conditions produced by the toxins left by the poor eliminations.

3. Well that the body would use for this occasionally, when these become troublesome (as at present), equal parts of salt (common table salt), soda (baking soda) and Cream of Tartar in sufficient warm water that this may be snuffed up the nostril, until it is carried through to the mouth, and increase the length or time of the vibration from the violet ray forces along neck and back of neck, and around throat. This, we see, will keep these eliminations going from the system, prevent the trouble re-occurring in shoulder and in neck and trouble in throat. Do that.

4. In the eliminations in system, we find this comes from the system not coordinating properly throughout. Produced as much by diet and amount of water taken in system as anything else. This last we find is produced from lack of sufficient water in system to produce sufficient in the digestive system that of the proper forces to eliminate. Then drink more water, regularly. Do this, and we will keep the body, [779], near the normal conditions.

5. We are through for the present.
