Time of Reading 3:50 to 4:05 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Alabama. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [779]; this we have had before.
2. There are many changes in the general physical forces of the body since last we had same here.
3. The general PHYSICAL forces show that there are still disturbances from the lack of proper elimination and coordination between the eliminating systems of the body.
4. Hence we have some toxic conditions. These produce reactions that make for an upsetting of the digestive system at times; at others affecting the digestive forces as to produce headaches; at other times we find the muscular forces and the extremities aching, or tightness in portions of same. At other times in the shoulders and head and neck there are the inclinations for the easily taking of cold or congestion. Then there are these activities when all of these COMBINED make for the general disturbing conditions.
5. Hence those applications as we find that would be administered in the present would be as much for preventative measures, to eliminate the inclinations, and to make for a building up that would produce a much nearer normal condition.
6. To be sure, a great deal of the toxic forces or influences, the depressing conditions, arise from mental attitudes also; that have weighed and do weigh upon the body. These to be sure may be altered or changed also.
7. In giving that as we find that would be the more helpful for this body, [779] we are speaking of, in the present:
8. We would use the Fume Baths, about once each week. In the fumes that settle over the body, we would use preferably for this body an equal combination of Spirits of Camphor and Oil of Wintergreen; about half a teaspoonful of each in the pint of water used for the Fumes. These would be better than taking internal medicines.
9. Immediately following the Fume Bath we would massage the

body thoroughly with this combination of oils:
10. To 2 ounces of Russian White Oil OR Usoline as the base, add: Pure Olive Oil.................1/2 ounce, Oil of Cedar Wood..............1/2 ounce, Witchhazel.....................1/4 ounce, Oil of Sassafras Root...........10 drops.
11. Though these do not tend to mix, if they are shaken together their activity will be more beneficial when they are massaged upon the various portions of the body; as down the spine, around the neck and down those portions of the limbs, over the muscular forces, through especially those areas across the small of the back, across those areas of the lower portion of the abdomen, and down the right side to the caecum; across the body following those traces of the colon area itself. These should be the lines or the manners in which the applications of the massages with the oils would be made, as well as the activities for the better production of coordination and better eliminations for the body.
12. And with the activities of the body that will prevent the recurrence of those congestions in the caecum and colon, with the eliminations of the digestive disturbances, all of these will be aided.
13. Necessary at times, when there are the accumulations of gases, that small quantities of the compound be taken that would make for the production of better lacteal reactions; such as may be found in Bi-So-Dol for this particular body. This taken about half a teaspoonful dissolved in half a glass of water, then a full glass of water taken afterward, would be the proper dosage - just after the meal would be preferable for the body; when there's a feeling of fullness or unpleasantness after a heavy meal.
14. As to the mental reactions for the body, these we find should be kept more in the constructive manner; knowing that as the activities of the mental are upon the spiritual and the material influences, there may come the closer consciousness of the associations of self with spiritual influences in its life.
15. Let rather then the prayer or the meditation often be:
16. HERE, O LORD, AM I! USE ME AS THOU SEEST FIT, THAT MY LIFE, MY ACTIVITIES, MAY EVER BE A CHANNEL TO BRING THE KNOWLEDGE AND THE CONSCIOUSNESS OF THE CHRIST LIFE IN OTHERS' EXPERIENCE.
17. As to the physical forces of the body: When the body comes from the Fume Bath, sponge off; then massage the body with the oils in the manner indicated. We will find the

refreshing activities through such for the body, and the influences for better rest, as well as the general activities of the system improved.
18. Ready for questions.
19. (Q) What are the conditions of the heart? (A) As indicated from the incoordination between the eliminating forces of the system, we find the toxic forces producing a heaviness about the circulation between the lungs, the heart and the liver. But with the setting up of a better circulation by the stimulation to the eliminations, we will find these conditions improved.
20. (Q) What causes the pains and fluttering about the heart at times? (A) Just as indicated, toxic forces and incoordination between the eliminating forces, or circulation to the superficial and the deeper portion.
21. (Q) What is condition of lungs? (A) These are very good. There is the natural inclination to be sure from the very character of the work, and with the dust from same, and then the activities that are from the poor circulation - or poor coordination - for there to be a heaviness. With the taking of the Baths or Fumes, and the activity of these, we will find the body able to throw off much of that which has at times caused inconvenience. The lungs so far as concerned organically are very good.
22. (Q) Kidneys? (A) Toxic forces overactive in the kidneys. Hence the very character and the nature of the Fumes - the combination of the Camphor and the Oil of Wintergreen.
23. (Q) What about the blood pressure? (A) This changes, is irregular; but with these activities, better condition. Hence the very character of the Fume Baths. These will not raise the temperature nor the pulsation as much as if it were dry heat. These then should not be too great or too strenuous, but sufficiently to make a deep activity of the superficial circulation. From five to ten to fifteen minutes at a time in the Cabinet or Fume Gown should be sufficient.
24. (Q) What causes pains in lower part of back and hips at times? (A) As indicated, these are the areas through which and over which the oils are to be massaged. And these are sources or areas from which toxic forces arise.

Do as has been indicated for the body, and remember to keep often that meditation given, and not only say same but LIVE same - in its relationships to its fellow man! Know that with the consciousness of the Christ-Life being WITH THEE, though all the world may be against thee, thou and God are a majority!
