1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions he has submitted, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes.
3. Now as we find, there is not in the present any IMMEDIATE danger of great disturbance, unless an acute condition would arise respecting the abilities of eliminations through the alimentary canal.
4. However, there is a tendency towards the clogging in the areas about the caecum. And this naturally, making for an inclination for plethora or dilation in the ascending colon, makes for a tenderness and soreness and the lack of the ability for the proper eliminations through alimentary canal - working a hardship upon the liver and gall duct area by such reactions, sympathetically.
5. As we find, it would be well to use the Castor Oil Packs at least once a week, oftener if it becomes practical, over the caecum and liver area; that is, the right side, extending from just below the ribs to LOW down in the area about the groin, see? And each time the Packs are given, follow same with a good large dose of Olive Oil, see?
6. And do not eat too heavily.
7. This for a little while may tend to make for the inclination for the body to lose some weight, but this will be necessary to cleanse or CLEAN the alimentary canal; and this is the more correct way if there are to be the better forces and influences in the bodily activities; that is, liquids and semi-liquids preferably. No heavy meats - no hog meats - no roasts or the like of that. Fowl, fish and lamb should be the preferable meats, and these rather broiled or the like - rather than fried foods of any kind.
8. These would be the better forces as we find for the body.
9. Keep Alcaroid close at hand as an intestinal antiseptic, as well as a digestant. And if there is a feeling of

bloating or fullness after any meal, take about a quarter to half a teaspoonful, dissolved first in a little water and then a full glass of water added.
10. Do these, and be mindful of the activities that these are not too strenuous but those in keeping with the general conditions of the body; and we should make for better forces in this body.
11. Ready for questions.
12. (Q) How long should treatment be kept up to eliminate or cure the condition, without any operation? (A) It should be kept up until there is at least a full cleansing, and a feeling rather of elation when the body arises of morning. This SHOULD be done in three to four weeks - dependent, of course, upon the bodily activities.
13. (Q) What causes white spots on the skin back of hands and wrists? (A) The poor circulation. Hence the need for stimulating the activities through the whole of the alimentary canal, and especially stirring up the liver - through the use of the Oil Packs and the Olive Oil as an eliminant. If necessary, if there is a feeling of too great a fullness in the abdominal area, use a light enema.
14. (Q) What are the conditions of the heart, lungs, bladder, kidneys, liver and other organs and glands of the body? (A) Natural strain as produced by a clogging of this nature tends to make for sluggishness, but no organic condition, - rather a sympathetic activity through the functioning of most of these. The heart's activity quickens, of course, but the blood pressure and the pulsation and other conditions are near to normal. The liver, as indicated, is sluggish. The general glandular forces of the body tend to be slowed up and necessitate cleansing through the alimentary canal, in the manner which has been indicated.
15. (Q) What are the conditions of the blood and nervous system? (A) A sympathetic disturbance, but not in a manner as to be greatly disturbing unless the conditions were to remain, or others arise that are not indicated in the immediate.
16. (Q) What about the mental condition? (A) Keep this constructive. Of course, this can always be changed by the attitude of the body. Keep it in a constructive and creative attitude, and remember that the spiritual influences rising to the greater dependence of the body upon Creative Energies will make for attitudes that are constructive. Keep in that way and manner.

17. (Q) Any special suggestions for this body to do to keep in good shape after treatments taken? (A) Keep the alimentary canal clean, and keep the body well- balanced as to the alkaline and the acid forces of the system itself. Do these as we find for this body, [779].
