Time of Reading San Francisco, 11:15 to 11:30 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. California. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes (Eating breakfast!). We have the body, [785].
2. Now, as we find, the conditions that disturb this body have to do with the poor assimilations in the body, and the effects arise from the lack of the proper activity of the glands in the system. ALL of these suffer from lack of proper nourishment in the system, and cause the tendencies for the lack of sufficient blood supply and the effect upon the thyroids, the lacteal ducts, the activity of the glands in the caecum, and affect the kidney activity.
3. These, then, are the conditions as we find them with this body, [785].
4. The BLOOD SUPPLIES indicate undernourishment.
5. The NERVOUS SYSTEMS indicate also the lack of the the proper stimulation, making for the listlessness, the inactive forces in the system as to its tendency to become overexcited, tendency for the rubbing of the nose and face and crying a good deal. All of these are nervous reactions in the system.
6. As to the functioning of the ORGANS themselves, these we find not organically disturbed; rather as to their functioning, through the impoverishment to much of the body.
7. Then, in meeting the conditions as we find, first we would begin with a very small quantity of Atomidine as a stimulant for the gland activity in the thyroid, in the assimilations in the gastric flows themselves, as to the stimulation to the spleen, to the pancreas, to the ducts of the liver, to those activities that will be created by the changing of the elements in the system. Take one minim or drop twice each day, in water; preferably taken before the morning meal and just before retiring at night.
8. Also we would have each day a gentle and GENERAL massage, especially along the cerebrospinal system, making specific adjustments - or of specific centers to be stimulated - in

the 1st and 2nd dorsal, in the 4th lumbar.
9. Following or immediately after such a dry massage each day (which may be in the form of a general manipulation rather than specific adjustments, or the general massage would be the better - as of the neuropathic nature), an Olive Oil massage would be helpful. Right AFTER the dry massage is given, we would massage the Olive Oil around the neck, down the frontal portions of the body, across the abdomen, down the limbs - as well as along the cerebrospinal system.
10. As to the diet, this wold be rather specific - and we would use foods that are of the natures carrying more body-building properties, that will - with the Atomidine being taken for the assimilation - add to those activities that will strengthen the body, mentally, physically.
11. Mornings - first a cooked cereal of whole wheat or a mixture of barley and wheat, that carries the specific elements in the vitamins A and D. Preferably use this with half cream and half milk; not all either, you see. A little sugar, not a great quantity of same. There may also be taken milk or cocoa at the same meal. Occasionally the cereal may be altered with the stewed fruits, especially those that tend to make for an active force with stimulating the hepatic circulation; as stewed figs, prunes, apricots and the like. Preferably NOT apples or peaches; though pears may be included at times.
12. Noons - beef juices with vegetable juices; these may be altered or changed at times to suit rather the taste of the body. And included with same may be barley or rice occasionally.
13. Evenings - preferably only malted milk, though this may be taken with an egg well beaten in same; or whole wheat toast and milk. This should be preferably not boiled milk, but that which is merely heated sufficient to be the more palatable.
14. These, as we find, would bring the better conditions for this body, [785].
15. Keep these up for thirty to sixty days, and then we would give changes.
16. Ready for questions.
17. We are through with this reading. Copy to Grandmother " " Ass'n file (See booklet [which was enclosed] on Atomidine. See letter [which was enclosed] with directions for Neuropath. GD.)
