Time of Reading 11:05 to 11:15 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Michigan. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes.
2. Now, as we find with the physical forces of this body, [787], there are disturbances that are oftentimes interpreted as being causes; when these arise from pressures that exist in the axes area of the body; the atlas in the 1st and 2nd cervical, sympathetically - the pelvis axis being the primary or first cause; making for those disorders in the extremities as well as that which has upset much in the functioning of the organs in the body.
3. These bring those effects upon the organs as to cause the disturbance in the circulation, to such an extent as to make for these accumulations that arise in portions of the system - rather in the form of the accumulatons through the lymph glands in the torso, making for those pressures in the digestive system as related to the jejunum activity, and producing that regurgitation and reactivity through the circulation between the liver and the kidneys - that arises there at times.
4. In making corrections in the physical forces of this body, as we find, we would make corrections in the lumbar and the sacral, and specifically about the coccyx itself - as well as in the feet, where the burses make for those accumulations or those activities that cause strain on the whole of the sensory as well as the sympathetic nervous system, coordinating the atlas in the upper cervical and the pelvis movements here. These will make the corrections for this body.
5. These conditions, as we find, arise or come from an injury in a manner from not only an accident but recurrent conditions that happened soon after same. Then there was the building of these through the pressures created in the body, so as to bring about these disturbing forces.
6. As to the building supply for the system through the
787-1 Page 2
diets, we would cling rather to that which makes for the reduction of acidity; the building of the white AND red blood supply, through a consistent activity towards nerve building foods and values.
7. Necessity demands that there be the proper amount of the activities through the digestion, that these do not cause or produce an over fermentation without sufficient of the gastric flows through the lacteal activity to produce over-acidity.
8. Hence, there should be a reduction in sugars - only taking those sugars from fruits and from the vegetables; with the fats that would be from nuts, preferably. Use rather almonds and filberts than black walnuts, English walnuts or even Brazilian nuts; though these will be helpful at times, but very small amounts of same.
9. Not meats, then, that are of the red nature; nor greases of meats. These elements should be supplied rather from the fruits, vegetables and nuts.
10. Ready for questions.
11. (Q) How often should treatments be given, and how long kept up? (A) These should be given at least every day until there is a relief or a correction in the axis and in the atlas area; and then they may be made farther and farther apart. It should not require longer than eighteen to twenty-eight days to make the proper corrections; and then the general building of the body should bring about normalcy. If temperature arises in the body, reduce same by the colonic irrigations - that we may remove the tendency for this plethora in the lymph accumulations.
