1. EC: Yes. As we find, conditions are considerably improved with this body. While there is the necessity of there being occasionally the general manipulations (which have been VERY well given for the body), to make for the coordination of the central portions of the system should be the activities when making such manipulations and adjustments. As in the upper dorsal area, so that all of the assimilating system and an activity in the upper cervicals, so that all the hypogastrics and the central nervous system and blood supply are stimulated. Yet there should be across the liver and caecum area quite a little massage, that these may be stimulated for their activity in the general assimilating systems.

2. As we find, the malt cereals, or such as Maltex, would be well to use as a portion of the morning meals. We would find also that in the matters of the milk, and especially of the dried milks or the Dryco, if these are changed occasionally to the malted milk with the chocolate flavor, and the like, these will be more palatable for the body - and will be taken much better by the body.

3. If we will keep these general conditions, making for specific corrections occasionally in the coordinating forces of those centers from which the sympathetic and cerebrospinal have a radial axis - as in the 3rd and 4th cervical, 3rd and 4th dorsal, 12th dorsal and the 4th lumbar - these are necessary for coordinating the assimilating and distributing system with the sympathetic nerve forces of the body.

4. Ready for questions.

5. (Q) For how long a period and how often should the manipulations be given? (A) Once or twice a week, and these would be for periods of two to three weeks, then rest or leave off a week, and then begin again.

6. (Q) Please outline foods to be included in diet -

(A) (Interrupting) These have been given. But we would follow as we have indicated, with some changes in the character of the cereal, see? The citrus fruit juices, yet do not give these at the same meal with the cereal, to be sure. But more of the whole wheat and with malt will be preferable, and also the malted milks will be the better than even the dried; though these would be included at times, as we have just indicated.

7. (Q) What improvements? (A) About ten percent improvements.

8. (Q) Any other advice at this time? (A) Any of the chocolate drinks that are prepared as foods will be helpful and stimulating to the body.

Be consistent and persistent, and we will see - as the weather improves and as there's more exercise outside - the body will improve faster.

9. We are through with this reading.
