1. EC: Yes, we have the entity and those relations with the universe and universal forces, that are latent and that manifest themselves in the personalities of the entity now know as - of called - [797].
2. In entering the present experience we find many influences having their weight in the experience of the entity in the present sojourn. From the astrological sojourns that make for those innate of mental urges, as dreams, we find:

The greater ruling influence in Jupiter from its height of experience in the affairs of those indwelling in the earth from such a sojourn brings (this is not considering the application of will) a great expanse of vision, those things having to do with groups or large organizations - or activities dealing with things that influence individuals as to their relationships with many; interests in things, conditions or experiences that influence the activities of groups, whether it be as to small, large, state or national influences or associations; those things dealing with those in authority, in power; and should bring in the present experience of the entity the handling or large quantities of moneys that are another's, but the entity would have the control of or the activity or association with same. These are as urges, these are rather of that nature dealing with the material experiences than beneficent or benevolent or spiritual forces. Hence we will find the periods when Jupiter is in the ascendancy in its influence will have a great deal to do with the urges as to whether the entity is optimistic or pessimistic from the mind. Hence we find conditions in the present (as an illustration) going or leaning towards more of an optimistic outlook as to opportunities presenting themselves in the form of thought,

expression of activity in its associations with groups or organizations or activities in these directions; while we find that in the middle or latter portion of the year and years past there was the tending towards the opposite direction. This is merely an illustration, that the entity may study same and - through the knowledge - apply it according to that which IS the ideal of the entity as to its relationships to such experiences or conditions.
4. From the sojourns of the entity in Uranus there is the innate experience in which things having to do with the occult or mysterious influences will have their urge in the entity. As to how these are used, and for the necessary balancing of same, they should be turned rather to the spiritual aspect than to the purely occult; but rather the approach from the SCIENTIFIC aspect than the mystic. However, those things pertaining to such influences make for an interest; also very temperamental conditions in the experience of the entity. And while the entity may be determined in self, often outside influences over which the entity apparently had little control have influenced. This, then, with the adverse influence in Mars, makes for warnings respecting temper - or as respecting anger, or spite; for such would of themselves, with the material aspects, bring detrimental experience in the activities of the entity if they were allowed to become a portion of the experience. Hence the urges that arise should be controlled; else they may bring conditions that will make for the activities becoming DETRIMENTAL rather than advancement in the present experience. NEVER do anything for spite, then, or to get even with someone else!
5. The influences in Venus, we find, make for a gentleness that overshadows at times the adverse influences in Mars; and if these are cultivated or applied in the experience they will make for the greater advancement for these are the greater spiritual influences in the entity. So, in the relationships with the opposite sex in the present experience - if activated through these influences - there will be brought the greater joys and blessings and experiences in this present sojourn.
6. Then, these are as urges - but irrespective of what the entity has done or does do with such; yet from the sojourns in the earth it may be seen that which has builded for much of those experiences brought about in the material application which are indicated by the urges:
7. As to the appearances, then, that influence the entity in the present, ONE experience - to be sure - overshadows all the rest:

8. Before this we find the entity was in the land of the present nativity, during those periods when there were the settlings up of the land, in the western portion of the country from the nativity in the present; or during those periods when - around Dubuque and Dearborn - there were those acting in the capacity of the agents, or the granters of much of those activities by those peoples in authority during those particular activities.
9. In that experience the entity gained and lost; for acting in the capacities for the governors of Virginia and Pennsylvania - and as the representative of these - the entity lost in the material things through the rebukes that were brought by the activities around Dearborn. But with the establishments upon the lands or in the rivers that brought that particular fort (or on the Wabash), or Vincennes, the entity rose rather to a position materially of high estate; and then making for the greater advancement during those sojourns, in the name then Cleopas Cowper.
10. From that experience in the present we find the interests in those activities relating to the sojourning of individuals, as to that which brings about or produces certain effects in the affairs of individuals. Hence the activities in the present or the training of self into those lines having to do with vocational trainings, or the activities of others in vocational activity - as an advisory individual, or as a student of such, or as in capacities that will enable others to be helped by the abilities that innately and manifestedly are (or may become manifested) in the experience of the entity, may bring the greater material and - guided correctly as indicated - the greater spiritual developments.
11. Before that we find, overshadowing the influences in the entity's activities, during the reign of Nero in the Roman rule the entity was in the capacity of an advisor or a counsellor to that entity known as Nero. Though not rising to the prominence or fame as some, yet the greater counsel during the experience was through the entity - that made for ANY of the advancements in those periods: though they ordinarily are not counted as much. Yet in some directions the Roman influence and power had the greater effect upon the conditions that came about, or was in influence that is STILL being felt in the activities of the world - especially as to the persecutions that SCATTERED those that made for beliefs, in giving then the advantage to those of many climes and many nations, as to those things that have - in the spiritual sense - held the material WORLD together.
12. Then in the name Cleopas, the entity from the material

standpoints LOST; from the spiritual standpoint the entity gained, in that the entity used self in those things for the advancement of those that showed their abilities in applying that which would bring about the material AND spiritual advancement in their various activities.
13. Again we find INNATELY those things that may be applied in the present experience of the entity, as to associations with those in power - associations that may aid others in the developments for themselves in their material and spiritual welfare. Hence again the vocational activities, or advisor towards, or counsellor for such relations will be those fields in which the entity may find the greater advancement.
14. Before that we find the entity was in the land now known as the Arabian and Persian, during the periods when there were the gatherings of many peoples from many lands to those cities in the hills and in the plains, during the periods when there were the breaking up of the Persian king and the rulers that overran the land from the nomad plains, as well as those from the old Chaldean. This brought to the entity those classifications in its activity as to what would be termed in the present an ambassador or an emissary or a representative of a land in the relationships in other lands. For the entity then came to those activities in the plain for the searching out of those things that had made for the drawing of so many to those particular activities.
15. This will lend for the entity in the present the abilities for the preparation of self, if so chosen, in the diplomatic service; or as what may be termed the activities for the relationships in the consulate service - or the activities for such relations.
16. Then the entity was in the name Cajakan.
17. Before that we find the entity was in the Egyptian land, among those that came from Atlantis. The entity was among those that aided in bringing the records, and the rule and power, into that particular sojourn; acting then rather as the director of the crafts, or what would be called in the present as the commander or one in authority of the fleets or the ships that came into that particular land. With those establishments and with those peoples, the entity again became one that made for the developments in the associations with those along the waterways, and the explorer, the activities in establishing new relationships with lands then to those individual groups unknown; again acting in the capacity, then, of a REPRESENTATIVE in the various activities, in the name Ajxor.
18. Then, as to the abilities of the entity in the present

and that to which it may attain, and how:
19. First, know in self that which is the ideal; not from the material standpoint first, but as the IDEAL in the spiritual; and then set the MENTAL self to seeking in the mateiral to give expressions of that in its various relationships and manners in the material plane.
20. As to the fields of activity, as indicated, in the preparation dealing with vocational activity - or the relationships of one land or people or group to other - the entity may find the greater mental, material and spiritual advancement in the present.

22. (Q) For what special experience did I come into the earth plane at this time? (A) That there may be completed in self what the entity, as an entity, does with the knowledge it acquires or understands in its relationships to the Creative Forces or God. For the purposes as from the beginning are that all may show themselves as equal to being in the presence of Creative Forces.
23. (Q) What is my life's work? (A) As indicated, in vocational guidance or the preparation of self for relationships with groups, countries, lands, or such associations.
24. (Q) Please advise as to how I may approach this work that will bring the best results? (A) As indicated, first - as to how - what is thine own spiritual ideal? Then make the material manifestation of same in all of its relationships to create or bring that into activative or active service.
25. (Q) Will I attain my desire to play Major League Baseball? (A) Practice makes perfect in all such relationships, and - as indicated by the relationships - the body may make for that which will produce the cooperation necessary for same. However, the practice in those directions as given will make for the advancement towards the greater development.
26. (Q) When will the opportunity be presented, and will I be a success? (A) Should be able to create that within the next two years which will be the basis for what it will do with itself. Remember the warnings, remember the buildings that are necessary within self for the whole activity.
27. (Q) Please give advice as to how I may approach this work that will bring the best results. (A) As given.
28. (Q) Should I continue playing football? (A) Well.

29. (Q) What college would it be advisable for me to attend? (A) That which deals with that which is in the way of the better preparations for that CHOSEN as the life's work; in the vocational - these preparations may be had in any of those extensions, or - as we find - the greater would be in Columbia.
30. (Q) Please advise as to how I may approach this, or as to what course or subjects I should take for my best development. (A) As in keeping with that chosen to be the life's work, as indicated. Vocational Guidance - these have their special lines of endeavor, if it's chosen.
31. (Q) Is there anything I could do, or not do, to be of better service to my family? (A) When individuals apply themselves for the greater activity for self, in keeping with those things that bring only the activities of being true to self, it makes for the greater activities to the associations or family ties. For when one is true to self, one cannot be false to others - if the self is the SPIRITUAL self.
32. (Q) What is my seal? (A) The compass and the cross.
33. (Q) To what color or colors - (A) (Interrupting) Red and blue. The note is High C. [GD's note: A standard set of questions for a Life Rdg., suggested by Esther Wynne, head of A.R.E. Here it seems that EC anticipated the last two and answered them before they could be asked.]
34. (Q) In what period or periods was I associated with my mother, [1657] and what was the relationship? (A) Atlantis. She was your sweetheart then!
35. (Q) Any other advice at this time? (A) Use that which has been given for the study of self. The desires of the body, of the mind, may be acquired only in keeping in accord with constructive or creative forces as found in the spiritual life. Without this being the basis, he who labors labors in vain.
