Time of Reading 3:35 to 3:50 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [805]; this we have had before.

2. Many are the changes in the general physical forces of this body since we have had it before. There have been and are many conditions that are in need of correction, or in need of the proper stimulation; yet as we find in many respects there are only the needs of general precautions and the proper stimuli to the ganglia along the cerebrospinal system to make for better reaction throughout.

3. As we find, the anxieties of the mental reaction, the wearying of the physical body, react upon the organs in their functioning. Thus, through the nerve forces of the body, the general disturbances are produced that are experienced most in the present.

4. We would use periodically the Radio-Active Appliance, that makes for an equalizing of the circulation through the system. Keep the plates on the Appliance cleansed, and attach each evening for thirty minutes to an hour, to make for coordination.

5. Also we would have the general massage, that may be had either through the masseuse or the more general osteopathic treatments that would make for SPECIFIC coordinations in the locomotories of the system; particularly in the 4th lumbar, 9th dorsal, 3rd and 4th dorsal, and in the 3rd and 4th cervical centers - coordinate these.

6. With these applications, and the general precautions that the body does not overtire self mentally or physically, we would find the body would RESPOND most wonderfully.

7. The general massage we would have according to the temperament or the general reactions of the system to conditions within, without.

8. In the diet, keep to that which is KNOWN to the body to be body-building.

9. Ventriculin will be most helpful as a stimuli to the forming of activities with the gastric flow; this preferably WITH IRON. Do not take it every day, nor once or twice a day; but two, three or four times a week would be most preferable for its effect upon this particular body, [805].

10. Ready for questions.

11. (Q) What is the cause of the frequent sick headaches and what shall I do for them? (A) The slowness with which the digestive forces act upon the assimilation of foods. This causes the disturbances from headaches. Thus we have added the massage or the corrections, aided by the Radio-Active forces, for the tempering - as it were - of the circulation.

12. (Q) How can I improve my eliminations? (A) As indicated from the slowness of activity, there is caused too great a flow at times of the acidity - which, when it acts upon the influences through the jejunum and the alimentary canal, causes the slowing of the lymph circulation and hence the peristaltic movement of same. The Ventriculin as indicated supplies gastric flow, which - as combined with the other influences indicated - should be sufficient. If periods occur when this does not prove efficient, it would be well to add the enemas that carry in same the alkalines to GRADUALLY aid the colon itself to absorb and build that necessary activity from such an influence. If the enemas are used with the properties of the Soda and the Glyco-Thymoline after same, it would be well. To the first gallon of tepid water add a heaping tablespoonful of baking soda. In the last water used for the rinsing, to the quart add a level teaspoonful of the Glyco-Thymoline as an antiseptic. With the increased flow of circulation, with the aided and helped condition in the gland activity, the body should not only be kept feeling more fit but build better conditions generally.

13. (Q) Have the adhesions cleared from the colon? (A) There are reactions at times, to be sure; but not as may be called the adhesions. These have cleared in the most. There are cohesions, or TENDENCIES arising at times.

14. (Q) Have I any internal growth? (A) No. Not as such. There are natural inclinations where there is the lack of the lymph and emunctory activity through the torso of the system, by the clearing of the

805-3 Page 3

activities in the system, to form - as it were - in groups; that become at times lymph pockets, but these have not segregated or formed themselves into growths. Do these things as we have indicated, and we find that we will bring very close to the normalcy for the reactions of this body, [805].

15. (Q) What can be done so that the body may take the Ventriculin, since it makes her sick? (A) Take it in very, very small quantities the more often. But do not, as has been indicated, take large doses at specific times. For anything that becomes rote to the body becomes obnoxious or objectionable.

16. (Q) Any other suggestions for the body at this time? (A) Keep constructive in the mental attitudes towards its relationships with others. Make the more and more of the experiences worth while.

17. We are through with this reading. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file (See letter with directions [which was enclosed] to MASSEUSE or OSTEOPATH. With the last Bulletin did you receive the article written on the Radio-Active and Electrical Appliances? If not, please remind me to give you one when you come over for your Life Reading. GD.)
