1. EC: Yes, (in the Gents'); we have the body here, [806].

2. Now, as we find, there are very definite disturbances in the better physical functionings of the body. These have to do with conditions that have existed for some time in the body, and yet with a condition rising that has become more acute the effects have become what may be said to be the greater disturbance, and have set up conditions that are very disturbing and that are sapping the vitality of the body itself.

3. These, then, are the conditions as we find them with this body, [806] we are speaking of:

4. The BLOOD SUPPLIES indicate that there is lack of quantity and quality in directions. The red blood supply is very deficient in numbers, using up same in the attempts to create a balance through conditions arising in the digestive system specifically.

5. In the NERVOUS SYSTEM, the natural drain on the system from the loss of vitality and the inability for proper assimilations all tend to make for a high nervous condition, both in the cerebrospinal system and in the sensory or sympathetic system also.

6. In the physical forces of the body there has been for some time a condition of the drooping or dropping of the stomach, through an injury in the spinal system that has allowed the secondary cardiac plexus forces to droop or sag. And this has made for the lack of the proper emptying of the stomach itself, causing - then - lacerations in the pyloric end of same, and irritation, belching, pains across these

806-1 Page 2

portions of the body; causing these general disturbances. This naturally involves the activity not only of the whole of the hepatic circulation but more specifically the liver, the gall duct and the spleen. These pressures, and these relaxations producing pressures, from the upper dorsal area, have affected the sympathetic and the sensory organs to such an extent as to disturb the hearing, and makes for - through the poor circulation - reddening of the lids of the eyes and those disturbances that are sympathetic in the soft tissue of the face itself, especially when there is cold and congestion and the climatic conditions that are surrounding the body such as to make for contributory causes to the general condition.

7. Then, in meeting the needs of these conditions for this body, [806] we are speaking of, first we find that there would be the necessity of the relaxing of the body sufficient so that there might be - without injury to the organ itself - such a belt worn as to keep the position of the stomach in a much better condition. This would be done by the deep manipulations (and these we would have Wright do!) in the upper dorsal and from the 9th and 10th dorsal upward to the cervical areas, relaxed; then a belt worn so as to keep - when on the feet and in activity - the proper position of the body itself.

8. We would be mindful of the diets, and to eradicate the conditions we would - after each meal, for periods of a week at a time for several weeks, until there is the digestion taking place without regurgitation, take the small quantities of Al-Caroid. Take a quarter to half a teaspoonful after each meal during such periods, first dissolving the powder in a small quantity of water and then adding a glass full of water.

9. Also we find that the continued taking of the manipulations, or the continued relaxation and tautening of the muscular forces would be most helpful.

10. At times, for the eliminations through the alimentary canal, it would be necessary for irrigations that will carry away the tendencies for the accumulations from the NON-activity of the hepatic circulation. This will relieve those pressures on the bladder. Also with the manipulations we would relax those areas about the left lobe of the liver and over the lacteal duct and over the gall duct area; the kidneys, and those conditions in the gall duct area; not too heavy a pressure, but this may be EMPTIED - after the third or fourth week of the treatments.

11. We will find also that relieving the pressures by such relaxations, and bringing about the better normal position,

806-1 Page 3

will increase the circulation to the head; and with same we would stimulate by the use of the electrical forces that may be had from the sinusoidal being used not in the high frequency but rather in the reverse coil; making the applications of same to the body on the 3rd and 4th cervical and on the 4th and 5th dorsal centers, that the deeper circulation to the head may relieve those pressures and the tendency of accumulations and those forces that arise from a catarrhal condition that naturally arises from the slow circulation in ears, head, and the activities in and through the face and nasal passages.

12. Do these. As to the diet, this would be an outline; of course, this is not all, but should be the principal portion of the diet:

13. Mornings - citrus fruit juices combining the orange and lemon juice, grapefruit or pineapple; also a coddled egg using only the yolk of same, Sanka coffee or Ovaltine or the like as a strengthening, with only whole wheat bread well toasted - and butter may be used with same.

14. Noons - preferably the juices of vegetables as combined with the juices of meats, and a WELL-balanced vegetable salad made of green vegetables combined with such as celery, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, peppers, radish, carrots and the like, with which there may be used a salad or an oil dressing.

15. Evenings - well-cooked vegetables with only meats consisting of fowl or lamb. No fried meats or fried foods of any kind. No potatoes. Preferably leafy vegetables. When there is a bulbular vegetable taken, there should at least be two of the leafy character to counteract it or to balance the meal.

16. Doing these consistently and persistently, as we find, will bring the better conditions for this body.

17. In making the corrections, these should be done for the first two or three weeks three times a week; while the sinusoidal would be used twice each week - Tuesdays and Thursdays, or Mondays and Fridays. Use this for fifteen minutes, and the general applications as indicated, which will bring not only relief but resuscitating forces for the body.

18. Ready for questions.

19. (Q) How long should the body be relaxed before wearing the belt, or how many treatments given? (A) After the first, and when we are able to have the stomach near in position, we would wear the belt; any that will hold the abdominal area in place, and especially for the stomach. Preferably the elastic character, that is

806-1 Page 4

preferable with the activities of the body. It would be well that most of the water taken (save that used when taking the Al-Caroid) be elm water or Yellow Saffron tea. This will prevent the burning. Do not use elm water that has stood for any length of time. If belching arises from same, cut down the amount - a small pinch in a glass of water is sufficient, of the ground elm.

20. Do these, consistently; we will bring relief.
